Thumb Pain Healed, Faith Strengthened
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
A sharp ache in the left thumb arrived out of nowhere and felt impossible to ignore. Rather than brush it off, we treated it as a clue—an urgent nudge to find the person it belonged to. That choice led to a precise moment in a healing service, a clear call for anyone with a left thumb issue, and a rapid change confirmed by movement and relief. The story doesn’t stop at the first breakthrough though. A few days later, the pain tried to return, and we met it head-on with simple, steady faith.
We walk through how to recognize a word of knowledge, act on it with courage, and validate healing without hype. You’ll hear how timing lined up perfectly between the initial pain and the person who responded, why recurrence doesn’t mean defeat, and how to speak to lingering symptoms without giving them power. When the discomfort shifted from thumb to wrist, we didn’t chase it with fear. We named it, prayed decisively, and invited action to prove the change. That practical rhythm—discern, declare, test—anchored the process and built confidence.
This conversation offers a grounded approach for anyone seeking healing or praying for others: stay alert to unusual impressions, respond quickly, and hold your ground if symptoms echo back. We emphasize clear language, gratitude before full resolution, and the importance of not narrating failure when the fight isn’t over. If you’re curious about recognizing prompts from God, contending when pain pushes back, and encouraging people to move in faith, this story will serve you well. Pain Points To A Person
Linda BuddLady got healed of pain in her thumb. And I felt that pain. And it came on me the day before the healing service that I was going to lead. And so I knew that it was a word of knowledge for someone, but it was really, really bad and painful. I mean, it bothered me a lot. So then that evening, uh, the next day, I called that out in a service, and I said, Who's got a problem in the left thumb? And my friend Margaret said, It's me. I do, it's so painful. And I said, When did that hit you? And she told me, Well, it was at the very same time that I felt it. So that's pretty amazing. So I said, Well, that pain is coming off of you right now. If you'll just begin to move your thumb around, you're going to discover the pain is gone. It's not stiff any longer. It doesn't hurt to use it. And uh she began to do that. She said, Yes, it's gone. Well, then a few days later, I felt it again, and so I knew that I needed to pray for her again. So when I ran into her and saw her, I said, Um, did that pain try to come on you again? About two days later, she said yes, and I commanded going in the name of Jesus. And I said, Well, at the same time, that's when it tried to come back to me as a word of knowledge, and so I prayed for you again. And she said, Well, it's all gone right now. Well, that was truly amazing. And so then, uh, a week later in the healing service, I got a word of knowledge for carpal tunnel syndrome, and she said, I have pain in the wrist, it's the same wrist, same hand, as I got healed in the thumb. And I said, Well, that devil's just trying to move to your wrist. And so I commanded the pain out of her wrist, and I said, You've got to go. And she's got a new wrist, she's got a new thumb in the name of Jesus. And, you know, she told me then that all the pain left. And so sometimes you just have to fight for it. But don't ever give up on your faith. Don't ever say, Well, I guess the Lord's not healing me. That's just not true. Don't go there. Instead, declare how good God is and praise him and thank him for your healing in the name of Jesus.
