Plane To Vegas And Strip Shock

Well, the fun began before we even got to Vegas, because the fun always begins before you get anywhere, doesn't it? We're boarding a seven eight seven. Now the seven eight seven is a beautiful aircraft. Historically, it's also an aircraft where the doors are roughly five seconds away from falling off at any given moment. It didn't even have a tail cam. No tail cam. I live for the tail cam. What am I supposed to watch on landing? And to top it all off, Andy from Electrostin was on the same flight. I know, I know. Look, he's fine, he's alright. We're professionally polite. But still, of all the flights on all the days in all the world. Actually, I did have one thought at thirty thousand feet. If this plane goes down, that's fifty percent of the world's major Eastern suppliers are gone in one go. So if you're listening to this and we've gone missing, go check if DG Labs have an alibi. Just saying. Anyway, Caz spilt her drink on me again. Virgin Atlantic comprehensively broke the Wi-Fi, which I had predicted with 100% accuracy. Eleven hours in a metal tube with no Wi-Fi, no tailcam, and the in flight entertainment was Look, there's only so many times you can watch Frozen, and I'm fairly sure the other film was Crouching Tiger Hidden Dildo. That's what it said, probably. In flight entertainment is basically the bit of Netflix and nobody wants to watch, the reject pile. Streaming, but sadder. The good news is the food was fine, toilet was clean, and eventually the Wi-Fi limped back to life for a bit. So you know, small mercies. Landing was character building. Some people might call it a landing, I'd call it more of a controlled arrival. In the business, and I'm using that term loosely, it's what they call a carrier landing. Hard. But we got down in one piece, which is the main thing, and we taxied to the terminal. Getting through security wasn't too bad. Took longer to get the cases. Then another bus. Because of course there was another bus. Out to the car hire where we were confronted with the largest black Jeep Wagoneer I have ever seen in my life. We named it Frankie the Tanky. Out of the car park and there was only one destination. Not the hotel, not yet. Because when you're in Vegas, you do Vegas. You have to, it's the law probably. So down the strip we went. First impressions? Well, it's brighter than it looks on the tell, probably brighter, but also more compressed. Hotels almost on top of each other, in fact there were hotels on top of each other. Everything squeezed in along this four mile stretch of absolutely relentless everything. It's a lot, in a good way, in a slightly overwhelming where do I look way. But eventually the jet lag won, the bright lights dimmed. Well they didn't dim, we just drove away from them. And we headed towards the hotel. It was big. Caz was happy because we had a room facing the Bellagio fountains. In fact she was very happy. Twenty four hours of travelling and it was straight to bed. So, next day, stand set up. For once, the crates we'd shipped from the UK were actually there when we arrived. Banner stand, background pod, the lot. I'm always nervous until everything is physically on the stand. But full credit to the organizers, everything was where it was supposed to be. We just needed to unpack. We had four of us. It was easy. We ordered one shelf too many. Caz always overpacks. I don't know why I'm surprised. But that was quickly sorted. The stand was up in under two hours, and that included me faffing around with cameras trying to get a time lapse running. Have you seen it? It's on YouTube. Standing there with the stand on, looking at what we brought over, the products, some bits we'd been quietly working on, things that haven't yet been announced. It felt good. More on that on another time. For now, the stand looked great, The Belargio of butt plugs. But we'll get to that. With everything set up, we had a bit of time to explore. And then day one happened. We were shocked. By eleven in the morning we'd have more inquiries than in the entire previous trade show combined. Nearly all of them were stores, actual stores. I didn't know there were that many stores in the US. Catered breakfast and lunch, other shows, please note. Everyone wants to talk about sex and food, so combining them is always going to be a good idea. I could go through the rest of the days, but it's going to be more interesting if I let the team tell you the stories. So I'm now going to hand over to what happens when you record a podcast in a hotel room at the end of the three days of a trade show. Three very, very long days. With Caz and some very special guests.

We're going to talk a bit about Altitude Intimates, the show, why we went, what we felt like. Why did we do it? I don't know why we did it. I just paid them to do it. Caz, what was your first impressions when the doors opened?

Okay, first impressions were like when the doors opened to the hotel was hmm. I wonder if this is going to be a quiet one because we were tucked in a corner on an end. It's like, hmm, are we actually going to be found? And then once the show opened, nice discouragement, maybe they might find us. All will be revealed.

Um, everybody was so helpful. Um, all our stuff was sat there waiting for us. It was very, very well organized and yeah, very friendly people.

Ian 5:43

Ian, your thoughts? Oh my god, this room is the biggest room I've been in in my life. Um, it looked amazing. Um, frames, banners, curtains, and plastic all over the floor to keep me off the carpet. I think it was more to keep the um forklift trucks off the carpet.

Oh no, ooh. Can we not mention spikes? This podcast is a spike-free zone. Spikes. No comment. This is actually the first time we've done this particular show, so what were we expecting? Kaz?

Caz 6:31

Um what we're expecting. Maybe to speak to one, maybe two, possibly three people. Maybe to get a little bit of interest. We really weren't sure where it was gonna go for us because having never done it before, and having seen the floor plan, which the first time I saw it was, oh my god, it's big. And it was like, yeah, but big doesn't always mean it's gonna be the best. And I've proved otherwise.

Yeah, we'd done Amy a couple of times and we've done some European shows, and unfortunately, they tend to be running a little flat. I mean ANME is not bad. Um, European shows, yeah. I think these days it might be a case that I mean we've been doing this for what 20, 21 years, 22 years. So I think a lot of people know who E-Stim Systems are. So you're coming to a market where they know who you are, they know where you are. With Europe, we have distributors in Europe, Mr. B. So we spend a lot of our time directing people towards Mr. B for any European sellers. So I think coming to a US show which was larger than Amy, I mean it's probably four times the size of Amy, with reasonable expectations. I mean, we had people had told us that this is the show to go to for the US, and yeah, it turned out to be quite a stonking show. So what what kinds of people were coming? And I'm I'm gonna open these questions to the floor, so just talk. What sort of what were you expecting and what did we get?

But prior to the show I had about four or five confirmed appointments and a couple of maybes. But having done shows before and having had appointments before, you know that 90% of the time they're not gonna turn up. So my my view was if they turn up, they turn up, if they don't, they don't. And actually, they all turned up. One was slightly late, but they definitely all turned up and were all very productive. And then I think the other guys are agree. Everybody else we've spoken to have been brilliant.

Rachel 8:32

Yeah, definitely. I mean, I've met some of the nicest people, everybody's so friendly and welcoming. Uh, we've met a few characters, uh a few characters. Yes, a few characters. Um, no, to begin into this, I didn't know what to expect really because this is our first year. I thought, you know, if we talked to a few companies, it'd be worth it. But I'm just blown away with how much we've got.

The first thing that struck me was how busy it was, um, the scale of it. Um, and I initially thought on day one it'd be pretty quiet, but it wasn't. We were inundated right from the get-go.

Caz 9:09

It was like within what, 10-15 minutes of the doors open. Yeah, and there was one person in two, and then at one point, even Wayne had to speak to somebody because we were all talking to different people at the same time.

Wayne 9:21

I'd say had to. I I do enjoy talking to people, I just it's that initial first contact.

Caz 9:26

Yeah, excuse me. I've been at events with you where it's been like, okay, it's quiet. I'm just gonna go for a little walk, and I've got two feet away on my phone going to it's can you come back, please?

Wayne 9:37

Well, they might be asking technical questions, like um, I don't know, I can't understand.

Caz 9:42

You should know your own products, you've designed them.

Wayne 9:45

I know the products, it's just the it's the people beer.

Ian 9:47

I'm I'm I'm I'm yeah, I'm I'm not a people person. But you're not allowed to walk off because we know what happens when you walk off.

Oh, yes, when I walk off first day, Rachel had gone for a rest because Rachel's just like every now and then she's having a little snooze.

So, and I'd gone off to visit the ladies, and well, I'd just got into the ladies, just about to um well, I won't go into too much later, and then suddenly whoop whoop whoop whoop, please be aware. Whoop, whoop, whoop, whoop, please be aware. The fire alarms went off, and it was like, great, can I at least have a go to the wee wee, please?

Did you notice they had a really interesting way of running fire alarm? Because initially they had the fire alarm go off and then it changed to whoop whoop whoop. We are currently investigating the fire alarm, you don't need to do anything.

Rachel 10:44

Yeah, and then there was silence from you weren't the one that got locked in the toilet. I'd like to add, I had no idea this was going on. She was asleep. I was fast asleep in my in my room.

Wayne 10:55

Well, I'm not sure if it if the alarm actually fed into the hotel as well.

Caz 10:59

I think it was segmented, yeah, but yeah, I was locked in the loo.

Wayne 11:06

It has got locked in the loo during a fire alarm, and that and then it they did the whoop, it went all quiet for a while, and then it was whoop whoop whoop, the alarm has been cancelled. Yeah, whoop whoop whoop whoop whoop. It's like if it's been cancelled, why did you need to tell us?

Rachel 11:19

Because they need to whoop.

Wayne 11:20

Yeah, I just think someone's got the whoops. You've got some competition. Yeah, you got competition, Rachel. Whoop boops.

Retailers Party Planners And Real Leads

Caz 11:28

And it was like I got back to the stuff the uh stand and I became paranoid everyone every time I went to the bathroom after it's like okay, it's going quiet. Is it safe? Ready, steady, run.

Wayne 11:40

So who do you think how would you describe the audience? Who was our who was the who were the people visiting?

Rachel 11:47

We had a mixture of all ages, groups, um, companies, retailers.

Ian 11:53

Um we had people that knew what East In was, and we had people that have heard of it but had no idea what it actually entailed. Um and it was interesting explaining that side of it to them.

Caz 12:03

It was very interesting. We had a lot of party planners and party doers, but we never had any of the I'm just starting a business, which we tend to get a lot of when we get approached. We've done events like this in the UK. Um, nearly everybody I spoke to had shops. Yeah, and it was like they weren't like a chain of shops, they were little small independences. I'm being asked for this, how do I get it from you? Yeah, I'd say a good chunk was retailers.

Wayne 12:28

Yeah. Certainly the shops, it it was a major plus point. I mean, I do remember when we used to do UK shows or UK trade shows. The classic one was I'm just starting a website.

Caz 12:39

Well, I've just got my 250 fit free business cards for VistaPrints. I can come to this event.

Wayne 12:44

I think now I'm just starting a website with with the sort of the Amazons of this world and the Etsy's and and all the way things are changing, then people aren't starting websites now. They're they're coming up with other ways, more creative ways sometimes to run businesses. But certainly in the US, in this show, it's been predominantly stores, which is perfect because that's exactly what we want as a company. We're not massively interested in having distributors because we're not massively interested in in how many units we sell. We'd rather have a small mom and pop store in Madison, Wisconsin or somewhere, selling one or two boxes because they know our product and they know their customers. So I think from that aspect that this this show was fantastic for us. Um looking at my list of questions.

One thing, one thing I will add is previous shows we've done, we've had possibly one person in three days. Oh, can I possibly create an account? This one, it was like two, three times a day. Can I create an account? How do I order?

We even got asked, we even got asked as we were breaking the stand down by at least two of our potential customers. Can I buy the stand and take it home with me? They were that keen to get our product in the shops.

Bellagio Butt Plugs Steal Attention

Wayne 14:00

We we'd love to sell the stand, but unfortunately, due to customs regulations and the fact that we had to temporary import everything, it means we have to bring it back with us. So maybe we'll have to look at that for the future. But uh was there a product or conversation that kept coming up again and again?

Caz 14:15

The Bellagio butt plugs.

Wayne 14:17

Yes. You'll have to explain what the Bellagio butt plugs.

If you've not been to Vegas, there's a hotel, a famous hotel called the Bellagio that has a fountain show, and it's done as three circles and a semicircle of fountains, and it's fantastic to watch. When we were setting the stand up, it's let's make the stand look different, attractive, and fun. So we did a semicircle of all our insertables, and it became the Bellagio of butt plugs. And the minute we said it to someone, and it's like, oh, I like that. What have you got? I must say, they were probably looking for Bellagio, yeah, yeah.

And they also like the poker chips. We had a lot of poker chips on the stand to give away with a QR code to the wholesale website and Vegas poker chips.

I think the answer is that they probably Oh, it'd be so funny if it did, though. Yeah, we won't talk about um these two misbehaving in casinos.

They disappeared off twice. Today they're not talking about us, and they didn't just disappear off twice, they disappeared off today together into the casino in the hotel next door.

Yeah, but we did manage to break the cake.

Wayne 15:30

We were looking for the cake machine, which I broke.

Rachel 15:32

Oh, yeah, cake cake vending machine.

Wayne 15:34

The cake vending machine. Um, just to explain this, in Las Vegas they have cake vending machines with massive watches of cake. And we'd seen this before we came out, so we thought we'd go and try one, and we found a cake vending machine. So I made my selection, put my money in, and pressed the button and it broke. It was like, oh, no cake. But he did give me a refund. We then went back about six hours later after they'd fixed said machine, I thought, okay, I'll do the same. But instead the first time round, I was ordering two bits of cake, one for me and Caz and one for Ian and Rachel. So I thought this time I'll just rather than confuse it, I'll order one piece of cake. And I broke the machine again. And again, it did give me refund. So if anyone's in the Hotel Paris has been trying to buy cake all day and hasn't been able to do so because the machine has been broken, it's down to Ian. Absolutely.

We're not mentioning Twinkies till later. Twinkies. Oh, we like Twinkies. Okay, going back to the show, what's the most memorable thing someone said to you across the three days, Caz?

Caz 16:44

Oh, most memorable thing I someone said to me over the last three days. Uh well, there was the lovely lady that I was speaking to today, and we were talking about how the business evolved. And if you've listened to the podcast, you'll know how the business has evolved, and then she just turned around to Wayne and called him a very naughty boy.

But I'm good. So he says she did have some very interesting eyes. Caz at this point is now filing for divorce. No, she's not, Rachel.

Rachel 17:20

Oh, I don't know. Probably, yeah. Airing Way mean called a naughty boy was quite interesting. Everyone's getting at me now. The Twinkie incident. Um the Twinkie incident, which we'll talk about.

Okay, we'll have to explain the twinkle. Actually, no, before we do the Twinkie in incident, we'll um Ian.

Any memorable um yeah, bean asked if we could supply a 25-year-old blonde to take our kit upstairs to show how it works.

Oh, yeah, he was definitely on something.

Yeah, we had a gentleman who appeared to be on speed. Really nice guy. Passionate about it.

He had lovely glittery nail while on his show. He was lovely. Um yeah, oh, did he talk quick? It was like, can you just breathe for five seconds, please? I was going to say that no, no, no, no, please just breathe for five seconds. He was a real character, he was lovely though.

Uh okay, I'll explain the Twinkie incident multiple instances. Um, evidently, eating a Twinkie is an erotic moment now. So I was eating a Twinkie and everyone thought it was very erotic.

Explaining E-Stim Without The Myths

Yeah, the meaty twinkie. Uh Ian, Rachel, um, you're coming at this from outside the business. Yes. Um, is there anything that you noticed that you think we might have missed?

Ooh.

Wayne 19:53

As sort of semi-outsiders type thing.

Ian 19:56

Not really. I think um everything you brought out was very, very well received. Um, the new Don't mention the new things yet. I'm not mentioning anything. They they were good as well. Yeah, beat me out. Uh no, I think it went really well. The sound looked good. Um, there's a couple of areas that you could probably improve with some neon.

Caz 20:15

Oh, yeah, we definitely need to be a lot of things. Yeah, there seems to be an obsession of neon signs.

Wayne 20:19

I mean, this is last year.

Caz 20:20

A lot of the sounds had neon signs after we're in Vegas, so it's got to be neon.

Wayne 20:23

Yeah, we we might be sticking a few neons. Well, hold on, if we're gonna use that logic, if we've got neon signs, can we have some pole dancers as well?

Caz 20:31

Oh, yeah, you two and the follow you two and the pole dancers. We're saying nothing about that. When the boys go off on their little mischievous. And then they come back giggly. They say the girls are giggly, but these two are just like two little schoolboys. And then they pull the face like naughty schoolboys because I don't know what she's talking about.

Yeah, but that stands right by the entrance. Every time we went out to get a drink or go to the loo, you had to go past the pole dancers.

No, you don't because there was more than one entrance out of the very entrance.

But the one we just you know the best bit is we came back at one point, and Ian turned round and said, Did you notice the bunch of roses on the table are all wilted?

I think they were giving those roses ours, well.

I think they were using them for dancing, actually. Yes, yeah, but yeah, there was a big bowl, there was a big bowl of roses that didn't last the first that didn't last the show. Yeah. Okay.

Uh at the end of the first day, when I looked at the massive pile of business cards, my notebook half full on the first day, and I thought, oh well, this is why everyone said we need to be here.

I think I hit that point at 11 30.

And that was yeah, that was about eleven thirty in the morning.

Some of the characters some of the characters were surprising. It's just the quality. Yeah.

Yeah. And we'd spoken to a couple of the people that we know in the industry, including the guys at Cockle who were next to us at previous events, and they all kept saying, This is the one you guys need to be at. You guys will do really well. And I can see why they were telling us to be here.

Wayne 22:42

Absolutely. Yeah, we actually came here because a number of people had said this is the show to do, and you listen to your friends, you listen to people that you respect, and yeah, why not? We tried it, and yeah, it certainly worked for us. So, how much awareness of Easton what was there at the show?

Caz 23:03

One or two people didn't know about it, but a lot of people already knew or were stocking other brands, so they knew what the products were and how they worked. One person was like blown away the first time they felt it. They'd never tried it before. And they were like, if I feel like that in my hands, I can imagine what it's like anywhere else. And there was one other person that I did a demo of. Well, I won't go into too much detail, but she definitely enjoyed it.

Cleanup on aisle one. Cleanup on aisle one. I think the vast majority of people that we spoke to had an awareness of E-STIM, or they'd been asked, can you get some E-STIM stuff in? Um, but yeah, it was good.

Rachel 23:45

Yeah, we also had some beginners as well where we had to explain what it was, uh how it's E-STIM, and some people tried it and they were all pleasantly surprised, thinking, Oh, yeah, for me.

Did you get anyone who didn't like it?

Rachel 23:58

No, no, no, no, no.

Oh no, we didn't. We had one lady that would we were trying to explain the electrodes and trying to explain the texture to her, and she was scared to touch the electrodes because she thought it was electrified. It's like, no, it's not attached to anything. But this is like you can see and feel just how nice these products actually are. Yeah, yeah.

I think that's like built in us from a young age. Like we thought, oh, don't go near the electricity, don't go near the electricity. And then you're like telling them, Oh, actually, no, it's quite pleasurable. Um, done with the right equipment. Absolutely. And the other thing that's surprising is when you explain to them that Eastern's not just for men, yeah. It's also for women, and it's nice to see a lot more females uh going into Easter.

So, do you think that's the bit probably the biggest misconception is the it's male-oriented, it's not a lot of people. Definitely, yeah, definitely.

Very much so. Because a lot of people just assume that Eastern is just for men and they're gonna be exact they they want to just electrocute their bits, and it's like when you explain to them actually, you know, women can use it as well, and when they started to feel it and you explained it more to them, they could see how the potential is.

You know, hence it's nice that you're coming out with such nice female products, you know.

Um and it we it was handy to have the testy units on the stand where people could feel the sensations in their hand.

And it was a good job we brought multiple because we needed them. Yeah, we didn't have to do the batteries because we did have to change the batteries at least twice. Yeah, yeah.

So do you think the fact that we are actual manufacturers as opposed to just selling product makes a difference?

Definitely, definitely. They liked our business model.

Everyone I spoke to, the minute I explained the business model and the the fact that for wholesale into Australia into America is duty and taxes up front and no hidden gods. And the fact we're UK and not from a comp not from a country in the Far East. I like you. Working up all the time.

Yeah, for I mean, for me, one of the things you could see the faces change when you say not made in China. Yeah. Yeah. Made in-house. Yeah. So we've got control of the quality and the whole experience.

And everyone I spoke to when they asked about how did Eastern evolve, and I gave them the backstory, you could see them go, Yeah.

Senor Banana And Why Friends Came

That's not what Ian said. When someone rings you up and says, Do you fancy an all expenses trade trip to Vegas? You'd have to be mad to say no.

No, we we did it because we we like what you do, we like your kit, and it's nice to be asked to come and explain it. It's not help out.

He loves us, and it's a trip to Vegas. Oh, yeah, everyone, everyone wants to go to Vegas. It's one of those bucket list places to go at least once. And the fact we've all had such an absolute blast together, it really has been. My side's hurt. I've got laughter ache because I have laughed so much. You chuckle muscles. Yep. I just I just ache.

Um, we use bananas on our live streams. Um, Caz and Wayne sent us a big inflatable banana who sits behind us as we're chatting away about E-Stim, but we got a little 3D printed banana that we've had for years. And we decided to bring it to Vegas.

We use it to demo uh cock rings and things.

Um unfortunately, one of our dogs got hold of it the night before we travelled and chewed both ends of it off. So he is out of action.

So I get a message, panic message.

Yeah. So we've got group chat, we're always chatting to each other anyway. And this match is filming was oh no, the banana's dead. So me being me, obviously, we've got 3D print farms, jumped onto the computer, onto the 3D print. First one, banana in bandages, no, banana, bananas, nope, bananas with eyes, and I came across a 3D printed banana of a laid-back banana with a sombrero, sunglasses, porn star moustache, holding a bottle of tequila. It's like, yep, pretty. And they had no idea I was printing it. Joanne from Joanne knew I was printing it because I'd messaged her privately and sent and showed her a picture. She said, Yep, they're gonna love that. They had no idea I was printing it. They turned up at the office the day before, the day we went down to the airport and they met Senor Banana with his bottle of tequila.

So then with us. So he's been sitting on the stand. Yep. And then it's surprising the number of people came up and said, Does he vibrate?

Yes, I had a number of people coming up saying, How much is that?

Ian 29:47

Yeah, do you sell the bananas?

Caz 29:48

Yeah, I've been asked for senor banana. So we have entrusted Senor Banana with Rachel Nean to take back to the UK, and we have a senior senor banana waiting for us in our offices.

The banana bunch from the banana bunch. Yep.

So you've got to remember to bring Senor Banana when we go to LA. Absolutely. And I've been senior Senor Banana, and we have a banana bank.

What Trade Show Work Really Takes

So, Ian and Rachel, what what was it like being on the other side, so to speak?

Ian 30:25

Um, it was an eye opener. You know, it's always nice to come down and see you guys and see behind the scenes what you do. And coming to a trade show like this and actually being on a stand rather than one of the people walking around visiting other companies and handing out business cards, was an eye-opener. You know, we had amazing neighbours, left, right, and in front of us, some really nice people. Um, and it's nice to see how this sort of side of the industry works.

Caz 30:52

Have you enjoyed it? Absolutely.

It's been it's been a hard work. Yeah, it has. It's been a long days on your feet.

Caz 30:58

Um compared to when we did when we all did Amy last year, this has been busy. It has been manic at times.

People forget how much you actually spend standing on your feet talking to people. It's it's yeah, it's a long show.

People are like before we came away, we're talking to people saying, Oh, yeah, we're off to Vegas for a trade show. It's like, yeah, you go in there on a holiday. I don't think people realise just how hard you work at these events because you get you get out to well, we had an 11-hour flight and we got out here. The following day, we were up early, jet lag, time differences. We're seven hours behind out here, yeah. Setting the sand up, making sure everything's there. Suddenly realize, whoops, maybe I have forgotten something. And yes, I admit I forgot one item. What did you forget? I forgot the loop adapters. But that was the only thing I had forgotten. Everything else was there, and then you got the rest of the day, you try and convince your bodies to stay up late, and you're getting tired, you go to bed, you're up early the next day, you do the show, you're on the show floor half an hour, 40 minutes ahead of everybody else, because you want to make sure the the stand's ready, you've got your business cards, you've got all your you get yourself set up. I hadn't even finished setting my laptop up, and I had somebody asking about setting the counter up. It's like, okay, fine, just give me five minutes to get onto some Wi-Fi. Let's see if the Wi-Fi's working. Please, Wi-Fi, please be working, please. Wi-Fi, please be working, please, Wi-Fi, please, Wi-Fi. Oh, good, it is working.

Wayne 32:31

Working Wi-Fi was a saviour.

But it it was a case of please just work, please work, please work, please work. And I had the first initial, why is it not working? Why is it not working? Can't go on the website, can't get on the website. Customers sitting next to me. Ah, panic. Brief, relax. You can do this, you can do this, breathe, relax. I'll be a few minutes. Yeah, breathe, relax. Ah done it.

They care about what they do and they listen. Right? When when people make suggestions or complaints, it is logged, it is taken on board. They can't react instantly, but it's all there at the back of their mind when they develop the next thing. The next thing, um, the next iteration of a product. Um, and no doubt Wayne will be covering that in the very near future.

You can tell you care about the company, you care about your customers, um, you take their feedback on board and you work with them.

Yeah. Um and they genuinely innovate. Yeah, they're constantly tweaking and trying to improve things.

There has definitely been some interesting sights walked past. But what it's just been lovely. What also has been what also has been lovely for us is we've had the opportunity to finally meet up face to face with some of our existing customers who we've been dealing with for years, and it's so nice to finally be able to put a face to a name. One of our customers had come all the way from Australia to this show, and it was his recommendation was for us to do it in the first place, and I can see why he recommended it. And then there was a lovely lady that we met last year, uh Amy, and she came home, she said, I remember you guys. And it was as if like we'd known each other 20 years. She was lovely. So I'll see you in Amy again. Yeah, we'll see you, Amy again. And at the end of the end of the show, I don't know if you guys felt the same. Every nearly everyone we spoke to came who was still at the show today, came to say, Thank you so much for all your help. Have a safe journey home, speak soon, and it was lovely.
