The Attack Five Plan!
What is a big goal that you have? Do you want to improve your marriage, or get into better shape? Well, you can, and by attacking five smaller everyday, you will!
You will also build success energy. Because, when you have five goals that you work to accomplish every day and you happen to miss one of them, then you are still achieving four other goals even though you missed one.
Set a big goal to go after, and then think of five things you could do every day that will help you achieve that goal. Then do your best to do all five every day, and if you miss one or two in a day, then that's okay.
