We are Cay and Christina the hosts of Enlightened Evolution. Two nurses that connected through our individual healing journeys. We hope to bring inspiration to you through sharing our own experiences and lessons learned. Using elements of self-help and spirituality we break down the good, the bad, and the ugly of what it truly means to take accountability and ownership in your healing process.
Enlightened evolution refers to the process of personal growth and spiritual development. It involves expanding one's consciousness, gaining wisdom, and living in alignment with higher principles.
Each week we will discuss a topic that has been instrumental to our own healing. In addition to these topics, we will interview guests that share unique insights from their own personal stories.
