Sabina M. Pons is the CEO & Chief Customer Officer of Growth Molecules™, a consulting and technology services firm helping B2B tech companies drive retention, expansion, and advocacy. With a track record of scaling businesses from $14M to over $100MM, she specializes in building scalable customer success programs that align with business outcomes.
A recognized thought leader, board advisor, and speaker, Sabina co-founded SoCalCX, a community focused on go-to-market excellence, and mentors rising SaaS leaders. She holds a Master’s in Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from USC.
Sabina is also the author of Pressing On as a Tech Mom, empowering working mothers in tech. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated Taekwondo practitioner and enjoys time with her husband and two children.
