We have a special guest with a great New Year's theme. We'll be talking to Andru from Fear Free. Fear Free is a company that helps provide training to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, receptionist, shelter employees, pet sitters, groomers and many more. The training they provide helps us all recognize signs of fear, stress and anxiety in the animals we serve and gives us methods to minimize that and make all the interactions less scary, and hopefully fun!
