Emily Light is an Empowerment & Confidence Builder and photographer. Using a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach, she blends photography with practical empowerment tools in her in-person and online women’s workshops.
She also leads mentoring sessions for young girls to build confidence, self-love and a strong sense of self.
