She doesn't really deal with the frustration, like"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":137.76,"endTime":141.6,"body":"how I was dealing with that indicator, but she deals with the indicator of"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":141.6,"endTime":145.24,"body":"isolation where there's a difference"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":145.24,"endTime":148.6,"body":"between needing your time alone to"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":149.08,"endTime":152.68,"body":"regroup, to kind of rest and then recharge."},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":153.24,"endTime":157.0,"body":"There's a difference between that and then isolating yourself. And I've been thinking about isolation because"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":171.58,"endTime":175.26,"body":"isolation is an easy thing to do. It is easier to pull"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":175.26,"endTime":178.74,"body":"back, it's easier to stay home, it's easier to not"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":178.74,"endTime":182.38,"body":"answer the text, it's easier to not call the person"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":182.38,"endTime":185.98,"body":"back. It's easier to be mad at people and push them"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":185.98,"endTime":189.63,"body":"away because frankly, it just feels"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":189.63,"endTime":193.39,"body":"better. In a weird way. It's easier to push people away and to believe"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":193.39,"endTime":197.19,"body":"the thought of they don't understand, they don't get me. I think this is a really beautiful verse in the"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":219.73,"endTime":222.45,"body":"Bible because some people stop at 2 are better than 1."},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":223.25,"endTime":226.45,"body":"They stop right there. We use it a lot in, in"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":227.25,"endTime":230.13,"body":"weddings. You hear it, you hear it when people are getting married, you hear it"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":230.13,"endTime":233.93,"body":"when people come into business together. I've been challenged recently by a mentor in"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":259.64,"endTime":263.0,"body":"my life to find three people that"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":263.32,"endTime":267.16,"body":"if I'm going through it, these are the three people that I can"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":267.16,"endTime":270.71,"body":"call or if I'm going through it, these are the three people that my fiance"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":270.71,"endTime":273.19,"body":"Christian can call and say, hey, you need to reach out to Gabby. She's really"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":273.19,"endTime":276.63,"body":"going through it. And when that person told me to think about three people, I"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":276.63,"endTime":279.23,"body":"was really challenged because I thought, you know, I have my sisters, I have my"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":279.23,"endTime":282.91,"body":"mom, I have all these people in my life, but do I have"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":282.91,"endTime":285.63,"body":"people that when I'm falling they know how to pick me up?"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":286.83,"endTime":290.15,"body":"And sometimes we put it on people, we blame them. They don't know, they don't"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":290.15,"endTime":293.63,"body":"know. But I wonder if it's because I've never shown them"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":294.9,"endTime":298.66,"body":"how to pick me up. I've never shown them how they can help me."},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":299.06,"endTime":302.5,"body":"And one of the ways that we show them is by spending time with people."},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":303.54,"endTime":307.1,"body":"It's about getting around people. If you going back to the"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":307.1,"endTime":309.78,"body":"frustration indicator, if you are frustrated,"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":310.42,"endTime":314.1,"body":"frustration will lead to isolation. So I encourage you to get around"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":314.1,"endTime":317.86,"body":"people. If you're frustrated, I encourage you to get around people and ask them about"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":317.94,"endTime":321.75,"body":"their lives. Because. Because if you hear their story and what they're"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":321.75,"endTime":325.31,"body":"going through, it'll make you drop that frustration so quick because you'll be grateful,"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":325.31,"endTime":328.91,"body":"man. Lord, you. You've got my back. What they're going through is difficult. It gives"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":328.91,"endTime":332.71,"body":"you perspective. Relationships gives you perspective. It gives you energy. It"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":332.71,"endTime":336.43,"body":"gives you. What's the word? Accountability."},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":336.67,"endTime":340.47,"body":"It gives you that unity that you need. And we know when there's unity, there's"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":340.47,"endTime":344.23,"body":"power. So we don't want to do life alone. Alone. We're not called to do"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":344.23,"endTime":348.08,"body":"life alone. We're called to pursue relationships. But isolation, isolation"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":348.08,"endTime":351.56,"body":"is a great indicator of. Hold on, I'm not getting something"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":352.12,"endTime":355.96,"body":"right here. Two are better than one. They have a good"},{"speaker":"Ecclesiastes 4","startTime":355.96,"endTime":359.64,"body":"return for their labor.
