And I, I've loved"},{"startTime":46.84,"endTime":50.56,"body":"our topic and what we've been discussing the theme of this week,"},{"startTime":50.56,"endTime":54.08,"body":"it really has been about just refreshment and being refreshed."},{"startTime":54.56,"endTime":58.14,"body":"And as we almost approach almost the middle the year,"},{"startTime":58.3,"endTime":62.06,"body":"it's good to kind of get our thoughts together and just"},{"startTime":62.06,"endTime":65.5,"body":"kind of go back almost to the beginning and not lose the"},{"startTime":65.5,"endTime":69.14,"body":"momentum that we have because summer is coming and things are"},{"startTime":69.14,"endTime":72.98,"body":"slowing down. But mentally I think that we're strong and, and we can"},{"startTime":72.98,"endTime":76.18,"body":"do that. On Monday, we talked about a way that we could be refreshed is"},{"startTime":76.18,"endTime":79.9,"body":"by being generous, by giving to others. That the Bible"},{"startTime":79.9,"endTime":83.74,"body":"says that we're more blessed by giving than by receiving. And if we"},{"startTime":83.74,"endTime":87.54,"body":"want to receive, we have to sow seeds of giving. And"},{"startTime":87.54,"endTime":91.32,"body":"then yesterday we talked the promise of God and how he's there"},{"startTime":91.32,"endTime":95.04,"body":"and he truly sustains us and he's with us and he strengthens"},{"startTime":95.04,"endTime":97.96,"body":"us and gives us what we need. And today I want to talk about"},{"startTime":98.68,"endTime":102.44,"body":"another way that our soul can get refreshed. And I believe that that is by"},{"startTime":102.44,"endTime":106.04,"body":"truly worshiping the Lord. There's nothing like you"},{"startTime":106.04,"endTime":109.8,"body":"alone getting in the room or even at your church with everybody"},{"startTime":109.8,"endTime":113.48,"body":"as a congregation when you just align your soul and"},{"startTime":113.48,"endTime":117.05,"body":"you tell yourself, I, I'm going to worship the"},{"startTime":117.05,"endTime":120.37,"body":"Lord. There's something that just refreshes your spirit."},{"startTime":120.77,"endTime":124.61,"body":"And I believe that is because you truly get your eyes off yourself."},{"startTime":124.93,"endTime":128.65,"body":"You get yourself out of the things that you need and"},{"startTime":128.65,"endTime":132.45,"body":"the focus on you. Because we don't realize how focused we"},{"startTime":132.45,"endTime":136.29,"body":"are on ourselves and our thoughts. We live with our thoughts 24, 7. We"},{"startTime":136.29,"endTime":139.65,"body":"are with within ourselves all the time. And"},{"startTime":140.05,"endTime":143.81,"body":"sometimes we just need to take a break from ourselves and set our eyes on"},{"startTime":143.81,"endTime":147.53,"body":"God and take the time to, to bless the Lord in a way that we"},{"startTime":147.53,"endTime":151.01,"body":"can do that is by worshiping him. And I love Psalm"},{"startTime":151.01,"endTime":154.53,"body":"96, 2, 3, because it says, sing to the Lord and"},{"startTime":154.53,"endTime":158.13,"body":"bless his name. Tell of his salvation from day to day,"},{"startTime":158.45,"endTime":162.13,"body":"declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works"},{"startTime":162.13,"endTime":165.93,"body":"amongst all the people. And sometimes we just need to get in"},{"startTime":165.93,"endTime":169.09,"body":"a room by ourselves and God and we just start to bless"},{"startTime":169.41,"endTime":173.17,"body":"God's name and we start to thank him and glorify him"},{"startTime":173.25,"endTime":176.97,"body":"and remember all. All the amazing things God"},{"startTime":176.97,"endTime":180.81,"body":"has done for us. Not that we have done, we've accomplished. We don't"},{"startTime":180.81,"endTime":183.69,"body":"have to go back to the things that we've done. We have to go back"},{"startTime":183.69,"endTime":187.13,"body":"to the things that the Lord has done. And in return, our"},{"startTime":187.13,"endTime":190.65,"body":"hearts are full of gratefulness and we just want to"},{"startTime":190.65,"endTime":194.45,"body":"bless his name. And I want us to take"},{"startTime":194.45,"endTime":198.21,"body":"some time today just to bless the Lord. Wherever you are right now, if"},{"startTime":198.21,"endTime":201.92,"body":"you're listening to this in your car, if you're listening to this at work,"},{"startTime":201.92,"endTime":205.52,"body":"in your lunch break, wherever you are right now, right after"},{"startTime":205.52,"endTime":208.68,"body":"this devotional, pause what you're doing and"},{"startTime":208.92,"endTime":212.6,"body":"intentionally bless the Lord and thank"},{"startTime":212.6,"endTime":216.24,"body":"him. If that means you putting a song of worship, I"},{"startTime":216.24,"endTime":219.96,"body":"can say Bless God by Brooke Ledgerworth. That's a beautiful song. Put it on,"},{"startTime":219.96,"endTime":223.72,"body":"it's three minutes and just bless the Lord. Or if that's you"},{"startTime":223.72,"endTime":227.28,"body":"just saying, I'm going to sit down and write three things I'm grateful for and"},{"startTime":227.28,"endTime":231.08,"body":"just thank the Lord for how amazing he is. Then you go ahead"},{"startTime":231.08,"endTime":234.92,"body":"and do that. But take the time to be intentional to bless the"},{"startTime":234.92,"endTime":238.2,"body":"Lord and in return you'll see how refreshed you feel"},{"startTime":238.2,"endTime":241.88,"body":"afterwards. Because we're getting ourselves"},{"startTime":241.88,"endTime":245.44,"body":"out of everything and just putting our focus and"},{"startTime":245.44,"endTime":249.24,"body":"truly blessing the Lord and not doing it to get something out of"},{"startTime":249.24,"endTime":252.84,"body":"it, but doing it because we truly know the Lord deserves"},{"startTime":253.24,"endTime":256.96,"body":"a time of worship and a time where we just thank him and"},{"startTime":256.96,"endTime":260.48,"body":"bless him. So let's pray. Father God, we want to take this"},{"startTime":260.48,"endTime":264.24,"body":"moment to thank you and to bless your name.
