Welcome my dear friend to this late evening lecture. I want to share with you something that seems so very important to my own heart and to the well-being of this planet, I believe. And it is about sex and our sexual energy and especially how we are having intercourse. And I am drawing here inspiration from the teachings of Christ, um and not the religion, not any religious dogma, not Christianity, simply the Christ consciousness, where Jesus was in touch with divine consciousness, same as Buddha, Mohammed, Krishna have embodied it, which is love and unconditional love. And so this book, The Christ Letters, are speaking about this consciousness of Jesus Christ. And from it I wish to share with you some insights, insights about intercourse and why it is important. So, first of all, and that is a huge realization, the way we create children, the way we reproduce, the way we are having intercourse while conception, while conceiving a new being is really important for the future consciousness of this planet. If sex is lustful out of flesh, we are actually creating a spiritual journey for the newborn that makes it hard for that soul to see beyond their five senses, they will be very physically oriented. Not that it's impossible, but it is just harder. Let's see what Christ says about it. So the first thing he said, What is born of the flesh is flesh, and of the spirit spirit. So if your desire for your woman or your desire for your man is simply for self-satisfaction, it is driven by lust. And if you are conceiving a child in that energy, then that will represent the consciousness of that child. It will be more of flesh than of spirit, it will be very much oriented to satisfy its own flesh physical desires than actually bringing spirit and light and love into this world. Christ adds in it those conceived only of fleshy, lustful desires find it difficult to perceive any truth beyond the evidence of their ears, eyes, touch and smell. Isn't that crazy? And if we want to create a new era of spiritual beings, human beings who are in touch with spirit, with unconditional love and light, then Christ explains how to do it and especially how intercourse looks like when we want to bring into being such new souls. What he says is this when intercourse is prompted by pure heartfelt love between man and woman, the united human consciousness ascends during intercourse into higher and higher levels of consciousness vibrational frequencies until they are caught up in the vibrational frequencies of divine love consciousness. Such a child conceived in such circumstances is born of spirit. And here is why it is so important to really feel into the intention and energy of love making, especially when we are about to create a new child. But not just when we are creating a new child, we are exchanging consciousness even with casual sex, even if we are not conceiving a new being, we are exchanging powerful energy. Here is what Christ says about that. The energy exchange between sexual partners is often is of the same energy out of which the mental electrical and emotional magnetic fields of the body are formed. All is consciousness. Therefore, when consciousness energies within body fluids and mental emotional attitudes and thoughts are exchanged and absorbed, you are each of you affecting the mental emotional physical condition of the partner. I mean listen to the last sentence. Each of you affecting the mental emotional physical condition of the partner. You are exchanging trauma, you're exchanging emotional imprints from childhood. So imagine and think twice when you sleep what your intention is, and especially with who are you sleeping. And if your intention is just lustful desire, just self-satisfaction, because you just need to get it, you just need to have it, right? Imagine that you attract always likewise. So the other is probably in the same energy. They also just need to get it, they need sex, they need to have it. So they too will just use you for their own satisfaction. And you are actually absorbing more of an emotional state, a person who is not satisfied with themselves, who cannot find deep happiness and love within themselves. You're absorbing their own emotional pain and struggle that prompts them into seeking sex with a stranger or just for self-satisfaction. Do you want to be used? Do you just want to be a vehicle for somebody else to gain pleasure? Or do you want somebody who truly looks at you, who truly loves you, who is truly there for you, where you have a deep, vulnerable emotional connection, and you know that you would actually love to exchange consciousness with that woman or that man, because they embody such profound love and light and laughter and joy. That is very, very different. And that is also where porn is very dangerous because porn teaches us to just extract pleasure. It it creates a consciousness of lack, of scarcity, and of emotional poverty. So if we want to change that, we change the way we are having sex. And that will also help us to create a new earth where we bring birth to children of a new consciousness. Let's see what Christ says about that just to add to what I just said, more depth. Intercourse should, to be healthy and life-giving, only be undertaken in true heartfelt love, where the good of the loved one is more important than the good of the lover. It should never be used to heal emotional rifts or wounds. Again, profound. I think it's so important when we interact sexually that we really wonder if our presence is adding or supporting their well-being. And that truly can lead to heartfelt love with our soulmate if we are in such a consciousness, if we are such, if we are aware of it. And here another thing with the emotional interaction or how we are using sex to feel emotionally good, to feel emotionally validated. Look what Christ says about it. Intercourse may be a choice act undertaken after a difference of opinion and anger, where there has been sincere mutual forgiveness and the full restoration of and renewed love for each other, but never to cover the hurts and affect a false sense of emotional receptivity in the other partner. You don't want to have sex to cover up a conflict or emotional pain between yourself, between each other. You want to resolve the emotional conflict, not through sex. Sex should be an expression of the love that is already there. And it is not good for both of your well-being because it penetrates your consciousness with even more emotional conflict. This is also often the reason why we lose attraction in a long-term relationship. Have a look what Christ says about emotions and sexual attraction over the long run. When partners go to each other, still bearing hidden resentment or critical, denigrading thoughts about the other. Those negative consciousness forms are transmitted into the electromagnetic fields of the partner and create a sense of inner disturbance of which the partner is not fully aware. Nevertheless, the relationship is being gradually eroded without either partner being fully aware that this is happening. This is the reason why the physical attraction between partners dwindles and dies. It is destroyed by hidden negative critical thoughts and feelings, which little by little affect each other profoundly on every level of their being. So we are consciousness, and if we are critically thinking of our partner or silently judging them without addressing it to them, without telling them that our ego is judging, our ego is resentful, our ego is blaming them. If we are not challenging that ego part, and if we are still keeping sex in the game while we are silently resentful or in conflict or not sure about this person if we really want to be with them, and actually they annoy us, but we still like the comfort of sex, then this is this emancipates into our electromagnetic field, and it creates even a bigger distance between lovers, and we lose at some point attraction, and that is when we are then leaving, and we don't really know what is going on. So it is really important with your partner to make the agreement that you want to challenge these ego impulses, these emotional and mental processes of the ego that are chugging, blaming, resenting, fighting, that want to be right. And really bring it to the table, bring it to the partner and say, Hey, look, I have my ego here at play, I'm reactive, I'm angry. You trigger my sadness, my fear of abandonment, and my ego wishes to do XYZ. I wish to run away, or I wish to shut off from you, or I wish to punch you, and then choosing a higher form of response, which is from divine love, unconditional love. What would love do instead? Maybe listening to the partner, empathize, showing compassion, allowing yourself to have a voice, and choosing yourself to do what you truly love and where God is leading you. And if you can resolve that between you, each other, and you become friends, intimate, spiritual companions, then your sex will be heartfelt, it will be attractive, it will be passionate, and it will be pure, and you're no longer creating a consciousness, and you're no longer a consciousness that is of anger, of sadness, resentment, and you're also clear cleansing your emotional bodies from that electromagnetic impulses that are coming from the ego. And when that happens, you will be able to bring children of spirit into this world when you both with each other are in divine communion, intimacy, divine union, where you are with unconditional love and respect towards each other, and we should never use sex as the foundation of our connection, and I think that is what Christ was pointing towards here. Sex is an expression of love, but it is not the cause of love, and that is a huge difference. We first nurture the connection between us, we first nurture the connection between our lover, we feel heart to heart, we become best friends, and then we bring that energy into our sex lives and it transforms us. If we believe that sex can restore the harmony between us, we are very, very mistaken in that approach. We are simply creating more of a fractured lower human consciousness. I hope you enjoyed this episode. If you listen till here, I have created a community where I am following a huge divine vision of creating heaven on earth. We are talking there about sacred intimacy, we are doing breath work each week. I share my meditations, my prayers, my daily movement practices to cleanse my body, my emotional body, my mental body from all of which is based on ego and fear, so that the divine consciousness can find us where we can laugh, where we can dance, where we can feel love for each other and this world, and really create heaven on earth. And I am on that journey myself, and I would love to have you on this journey. It's honest, it's authentic, it's raw, and the more we are, the more we will affect the energy of this planet. And I would love to see you in there. I wish you a wonderful day, evening, wherever you are. Much love.
