Episode 4: Hard Situations

In episode 4 of Klarity, we explore something we all encounter in this school we call life: hard situations. 

These are situations when our expectations and predictions don’t align with reality. These curveballs can rock our world and our sense of self.

It’s important to learn how to relate to hard situations in different ways – ways that help us not get derailed by them.
