Institutions & Communities of Purpose

Where you work. Where you went to school. Where you practice a faith. Where you volunteer. Companies or businesses, schools, places of worship, service organizations/non-profits, recreation leagues, musical groups  -- to name a few -- are all kinds of institutions that Karin calls "communities of purpose". In this fifth episode of Season 2,  Karin explores this shaping force on your inner "root system". Places we choose to associate with for a specific purpose (to learn, work, pray, give back, exercise, make art, create)  and be a part of for a period of time influence our perspectives, beliefs, and "filters" on the world, sometimes in ways we don't realize.
