It’s July and it’s time for the Washakie Farmer’s Market. Elizabeth Argumedo Co-Director for the local market joins me to talk about this Saturday July 11, a free pancake breakfast, live music and homegrown, handmade and homemade items.

The celebration of America’s 250th is not over. Executive Director for the Worland Community Center Complex, Steve Hunt stopped by the program today talking all about the Freedom Truck coming to Worland July 14th and 15th. It’s a traveling interactive museum that showcases the founding of America! It’s free and it’s sure to be fun!

Finally, keep listening and I’ll visit with Ruth Dugger the organizer of the Washakie County Fair Parade. There is still time for you to enter the parade July 25 and build a float commemorating the theme, “The Land That I Love”

It’s a fun one today on Hometown Matters!
