Today's episode is third in the series concerning the 1% General Purpose Tax initiative to appear on the ballot November 3, 2026. Amanda Macy, Executive Director for the Worland Youth Learning Center starts the show off right talking about how their 2% of the 1% is used to serve 200 youth. Their service supports the community workforce and makes sure youth have a fun, safe and educational experience outside of school hours. Mayor Ernie Beckley joins me in the second half of the episode to share how important this 1% General Purpose Tax is to the Town of Ten Sleep.
