Carrie Lingenfelter:

Taking a deep breath in. We're going to feel the breath all the way to the bottom of our stomachs and we're going to release the breath. Let's take another deep breath in, all the way to the bottom of our stomachs and then we're going to release the breath. We're going to picture our connection tube to the center of the earth. It's a green tube and we're going to put a rose in front of it and we're going to blow it up. Blow it up. Now we're going to picture a green ball of light at the top of our legs and that green ball of light is spinning and all of a sudden it goes straight down into the earth, all the way down into the earth, all the way down into the core of the earth, and it creates a green tube. We're going to send any negative energy, any big emotions, any negative thoughts or feelings deep into the earth. So breathe into the center of your tummy, the bottom of your tummy actually, and blow out those emotions. Let's do that one more time. Breathe into the bottom of your tummy actually and blow out those emotions. Let's do that one more time. Breathe into the bottom of your tummy and blow out those emotions. Now we're going to picture a white light spiraling all the way around us from the top of our heads to the bottom of our feet. A gold light spiraling all the way around us from the tops of our heads to the bottom of our feet. A gold light spiraling all the way around us from the tops of our heads to the bottom of our feet. We're going to picture roots growing deep into the earth and we're going to say positive energy only. No negative energy allowed.

Carrie Lingenfelter:

We're picturing that we're walking along a black sand beach. How magical to feel this black sand under our feet. As we squish our toes into it, we feel the waves starting to come over our feet. As we get to the edge of the water, we feel the ocean breeze on our face and we can hear some seagulls, often in the distance. Seagulls, often in the distance. We look out at the glimmering, glistering ocean and we see a little fin. Oh, it's not a porpoise fin. I know you were thinking that.

Carrie Lingenfelter:

We look out carefully and we start to go into the water. We see that it's the fin of a sea turtle and she's going up up out of the water down into the water. As she continues swimming along, she looks over to you and she says hey, guys. And you say, hi, sea turtle, I'm so excited to see you. She says I'm so glad you're here. Isn't it fun to coast along this water? It's so lovely on my fins and my face.

Carrie Lingenfelter:

And she says Did you know that we are all here with a mission in life? We all have something in our hearts that's driving us along, that's helping us to connect with who we truly are. Sometimes it's really bold and loud to know our mission. Sometimes we don't know our mission. We're just following the beat of our heart and seeing where it takes us in our journey. So, guys, as you're going along and you're swimming in the water, the turtle says as you're going along in life, just like we're swimming in this water, the road can sometimes get bumpy. Just remember that you are in the right place and in the right time for where you're meant to be. Your path is unfolding in front of you. Don't give up along those bumps, but keep going along your journey. And she says I'm so glad I met you today. I'm off to find more food. Bye.

Carrie Lingenfelter:

She turns around to swim out to sea. You turn around to swim back to shore. You climb up onto the shore and you sit at the edge of the water. You look up at the sun not directly into the sun, but toward the sun and you feel the sunlight on your face. You feel it entering into your tummy and it fills every cell in your body with love and happiness. You feel more sunlight come into your tummy. It fills every cell in your body with peace and content, or being happy with where you are right now. You feel the sunlight come into your stomach one more time. It fills every cell in your body with happiness and peace. You feel so calm in your skin and you get up to walk along the shore. You say thank you sun, thank you sea turtle for all you brought me today. And you slowly oh, and so it is. You slowly wiggle your fingers, you slowly wiggle your toes, you slowly open your eyes and you tip your head over toward the ground to let out any extra energy that you don't need. And so it is.
