Mind Threads
Our mission is clear. We want to foster awareness, understanding and inclusivity in the workplace for those with autism, ADHD, OCD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and more. But it's not just about the workplace. It's about showing youngsters that a diagnosis doesn't need to define them.

Mind Threads S01 Ep06 Sarah Marshall-Maun
In this episode, Antje Derks talks to Sarah Marshall-Maun, a fellow teacher who lives in Antje's home town of Teignmouth in Devon.
Sarah has been diagnosed with ADHD and is waiting for her autism diagnosis. Her daughter is autistic too. After working in both state and private sector education, Sarah founded Teign Tuition, where she teaches KS2. She has, over the years, gained extensive experience and training in teaching children with a variety of learning needs, including ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, hearing impairment, visual impairment and processing disorders.
Sarah talks about the diagnosis process both she and her daughter went through and how she approaches educating neurodivergent students in her Harry Potter themed classroom.
