What's up, guys? I'm James Larriello, the host of the Steep Stuff Podcast. Putting this PSA out into the world because you're probably seeing on social media as well as our channels a drop of this new show called The Substack. I'm here to introduce it and talk about it. The Substack is going to be co-hosted by First Ballad Hall of Famer in the Short Trail World, none other than Miss Rachel Tomaichek. Super excited to have her on board. And we're going to be bringing you guys the Substack episode one, which is out right now. What can you expect from the Substack? This is going to be your once-a-month to twice a month news show. We're going to be bringing you all the breaking news as well as any information that you guys would want to know about the sport. It's going to be tailored toward elite, middle, and back-of-the-pack athletes. So there's going to be a little bit of something for everybody. We're going to be talking about the elite athletes in the sense of different races, race calendars, race schedules, um, point systems for races like the Golden Trail series, the Cirque series, the Skyrunner World Series, and then those miscellaneous races out there. We are going to be, oh, and W RMA. We are also going to be talking about uh stuff for the middle and the back of the Packers. You're going to be learning more information on your favorite athletes. So we'll be talking about the free agency. We'll be talking about different races that pop up. So new races that come into the fold. We're going to be talking about registration schedules, registration dates, how to get into certain races. Like for instance, Mount Marathon. A lot of people, and same with the Dipsy. People might not know how to get into those races. We're going to be talking about registration, registration dates, and all the fun stuff around that. Um, and then last but not least, anything that's in the news cycle. We are going to be bringing you guys the information as different races unfold. We're going to be talking about course records, performances, um, athletes' performances, and what happens at those races. So a little bit of something for everybody. I know that's kind of chocked full and a little redundant of information I just threw at you, but that's what you can expect. Um, tune into the Substack. Like I said, I am so excited. Rachel Tamaychak is a wealth of knowledge. She has raced at this in on some of the biggest races in the world, including twice at Worlds, um, as well as the Golden Trail series, finishing as high as 11th in the overall ranking. She knows what it's like to be at these races and brings a dimension that I just can't. So super excited to have her. And uh yeah, I hope you guys get a lot of value out of this. It's all about bringing value to the uh to the listeners, and uh I super appreciate you guys being on board. So tune into episode one. It is out right now. The Substack Episode One with Rachel to Maichak and myself. So thanks for tuning in, guys.
