My upcoming golf journey in my 50's, where my winter 2024 index is around 5.0 and my goal is to get to scratch handicap.
For once in my golfing life, I'm not going to rely on hope to improve my game. I will introduce my improvement strategies, ranging from fitness & nutrition to mental game to practice plans (offseason and in-season).
I hope others will get some useful insight into their game, as well.

The food that we put in our bodies is likely the most important factor in health, and therefore body function. When trying to improve in golf, millimeters of club face matter, and hence any nagging inflammation from improper food intake will impact on-course performance.
Join me as I introduce some concepts of what to eat, when to eat, and what to get tested for to maintain your golf goals well past 50.
