PRACTICES: 

  • 5-7 minutes/day of mindfulness mediation to practice build meta awareness.
  • Observe conversations around you and try to notice what is occurring between the lines.
  • Notice what is going on within yourself while you are in a conversation and bring curiosity to your own experience.
  • Start sharing your observations with someone while in a conversations “I’m noticing that….” Followed by humble inquiry “Can you share what might be going on?”
