Now, today, all we're going to do is give you an update what we got going on, what we've been up to with the events, with the fishing series, setup videos. I mean, we got a lot coming at you guys and a lot of big things in the future. Guys got a big event coming up Delta Waterfowl. Hey, what's going on everybody? Today, I got daryl moore with me and I got tim scott, my dad and man. We're just gonna shoot a little update video. See what's all going on. Uh, you know, we just got back from road to pro. There's some tough fishing. We're learning some stuff, though. Uh, really is great stuff, though a lot of interesting things are happening on the fishing world right now. I would say fishing in general right now is very tough, so if you don't know what you're doing, you're not catching nothing, so you're probably gonna watch us struggle in this first little bit here, that's what I'm doing, catching nothing.

Oh dude, I'm struggling all the way yeah, that was that first road to pro was tough like I feel. Like I mean we went, went two lakes, went lake fort and then to distract the darbone and lake fort, uh was tough, it's not hyped up what.

Lake fort was tough. Then we got the darbone and dude. It was tough. I mean you got in the fish, but me and tim were over there fighting each other, trying to, I was just trying to be you girl.

Yeah, no, it's definitely the hardest time of year to fish, and we're fishing with tyler stewart. He's teaching us how to do it and we're trying to learn, but we're also not doing very good.

so we should be, we should, should be good after all this Just ask yourselves this okay, how would we be doing if the fishing was good? The fish were biting, I think we'd have bigger bags, for sure.

But it's well. We got 11, 12-pound bags. I mean, it's tough fishing Scraping them. Yeah, we're not that bad of a fisherman, but it seems like we are yeah, I don't know.

You have to find out. Maybe we are good, maybe we are bad you guys got to watch the series when they come out. We're gonna be releasing that january, so definitely keep your eyes peeled for that. Let's talk about some other things that uh, just recently happened.

Like you just came back from florida, yeah, so yeah, last week I uh we got done road to pros and I flew out to icast. Um, if you don't know what ICAST is, it's the Super Bowl of the fishing world down in Orlando. So got to go down there, played in the golf tournament Yeti has a big golf tournament, fishing holes, and it was a real big good time. Everybody, like industry, was there Got to play with Jacob Wheeler MDJ. Did they give you any fishing tips? Oh, they gave me a lot of fishing tips, you know we can talk about some of those too, but we gotta give them a five pound penalty on the next one.

and talk to a couple of those guys and kind of tell them we had going. So you know the road to pro scene. They loved it, they thought it was gonna be something big, you know, and I think hopefully maybe get those guys out there, which will be really good, it will be cool.

Imagine this we're out there. We don't think the fishing is very good, but it might be if you knew what you were doing. What would an actual pro go out there and do? I'm curious, because I'm trying everything I can do and I'm just not doing good.

Road to Pro Fishing Challenges

You know we were fishing a lot of those golf course puns. And like the day before before Jacob got there and MJ, I was fishing him and I caught like six fish, you know, and I was like hitting like 12 puns, yeah. So then our numbers were not good and so I'm like, golly, maybe I suck a little bit at fishing than I on my team. Obviously they're the ones that fish and I'll be the one to golf. And dude, they weren't catching fish at first and I'm like, maybe I don't suck as bad as I thought.

You know they end up walking him and Mark. So the rules were you had to fish the pond on whatever hole that we're fishing holes Really. Yeah, that's cool. There's only five holes. You can fish on L13 to play golf, so we got to like and they put us on hole one, so everybody got to fish all the ponds before we ever got to any of them.

So we're like we got screwed anyway because they they didn't see any bait, and so like we, finally we get to a pond and they're looking at it and they're like, they're like they're strategizing, they're like they're pulling baits out of the box. This bait falls like this I bet everybody's already done this. I'm'm sitting there like, oh my God, there's a lot more of this.

They're cutting stuff like oh my God, who taught this? They're breaking leader lines.

They were taking it serious and I'm like y, the pond is like right here. Right, this is the pond. Next thing I know I see these dudes going across the road, across the bridge, and I'm like where y'all going? They're like well, the rules say we gotta fish a pond and there's a creek. Wow, really wow. That's the difference between guys that are like bro that's guys that are serious about it. They literally look straight at the points like the fish are over there and literally went across the road and started catching fish.

I wonder why they thought I mean they were just, I mean like literally, looked at the points, like the fish aren't there. They're down this creek right now. How do you know that? As boom, you hear him yelling got one golly man. What made him think of that? And the dude's like nobody has caught a fish on this whole day that's insane, crazy man.

If he might as well figure it out. I mean, yeah, they catch one there, catch two, um, and I ended up. I birdied the hole. So then we ended up getting a two on a par five because they caught two fish. You take two strokes off oh yeah, yeah.

So that's cool tournament.

So they were like then, all of a sudden, we oh, we actually got a chance to win this thing, yeah we got this, we're not. How'd you guys finish? I think we ended up fourth. Fourth we shot 11 under and we got fourth.

That's not bad, but definitely because we caught the most fishes while we finished. Well, somebody could play some really good golf, five fish, oh wow you think they were in a position, just a better part of the, uh, yeah, well they got to, so they got to hole 17, which the best point on the whole course before we did they really the group in front was, and one of these in their team is a fisherman too yeah, so, like he just started, so the whole tournament was focused around fishing and golfing.

Yeah, so it's pretty cool, so it'd be decent above yeah, the thing was like if it's fish is not good or you're not good at golf, you can still enjoy it and fish it's time to take like the stress out of it oh, that's pretty cool. So it was cool. They had like a card going around and uh, did jacob play? Golf, or I mean yeah, he played, yeah, they played golf oh, they do play golf no, not like that but he just started. Oh yeah, so he wasn't just horrible.

Um the guys at lose you got some new reels coming out so they're gonna hook us up with some more of those reels and stuff like that. So it's a cool show. Just seeing all stuff, you know, um, how big is that show? It's pretty big. I mean, it's a whole convention center, and it's like people everywhere, yeah. The thing that's misleading, though, too about it. It's like just everybody walk around these jerseys and you're like are you a pro or you just walk around the jersey?

the people that don't know is we got two cameras on our boat all the time. One in the front one in the back that's like a gopro, basically dgi, and then you got the camera boat that's david dan on them running around. So the guy that really has a sucky jaw is nate. He's a guy on the other side of the camera that does all the gopro stuff. So like I'll forget and I'll just start shit talking myself, like you know, this sucks like I suck at fishing oh I do too.
