The Wreakin' Havoc Outdoors crew recounts their recent hunting trip to Canada where they experienced incredible duck and goose hunting with limits filled in record time, facing unexpected challenges along the way.
• Hunting in Canada produced massive numbers of ducks and geese compared to hunting in Arkansas
• Unexpectedly fierce mosquitoes required special "Jungle Juice" repellent that felt like oil when applied
• First evening resulted in filling limits of 70+ birds in just 23 minutes
• Travel issues included sleeping in airports, rental car problems, and lost luggage
• Hunting pressure in Canada was virtually non-existent compared to the war zone of Arkansas during season
• The group had shooting struggles initially but improved dramatically by the final day
• Discussions about upcoming deer season and potential friendly competition for biggest buck
• Conversations about bow equipment led to spirited debate between Matthews and Hoyt users
• Planning to drive rather than fly for next year's Canada trip to avoid travel complications

Canada Hunt Overview
SPEAKER_05It's five o'clock and you're off the clock with B Sky. Today we got the whole crew here and we're gonna go over the the Canada hunt. Alright, we went up there and absolutely slammed the geese and ducks. And we're gonna pretty much just walk you through how it went down. Our troubles at the airport, troubles getting rental cars. Uh absolute great time. But got the whole crew here. We're gonna talk about it. It's gonna be there's a lot of ups and downs in it. It's a lot funny. You know, we got we got deer season coming in this weekend, so we're gonna talk about deer hunting, bow hunting. I'm sure we'll probably get in a fight with Daryl over which bow is better, Matthews or Hoy. You know how it goes. But anyways, before we get into it, make sure you leave a like, subscribe, and hit the bell for notifications. Now let's get in.
SPEAKER_06So you guys just got back from Canada. So out of all, I mean, everywhere you hunted all over the United States, what do you guys what's your guys' opinion about hunting Canada? Of course, a lot of you guys already been there before, right? Brian's been there, you've been there. I've been there, you've been there. So Jake and B Scott's are the only ones that ain't been there before. Yeah. Yep. So what do you guys think about it?
SPEAKER_05Well, my first take was like the amount of birds there and the amount you're able to kill is insane. The pictures you're sending was crazy. I mean, the the volume of ducks there and geese. B Scott said we're not in Feltenthal anymore. I guarantee it, huh? I mean, I mean, what do you think, Jake?
SPEAKER_01Man, it was a it was an eye-opener for me. It's just uh it's a different world. And we we were up there literally the first three days of season, September one, two, and three. And man, it was like what 88 degrees the first afternoon, but we were still, you know, shooting the shooting the crap out of them. And that that's just you know, that's not something I'm used to, you know. Oh yeah. You know, if it's that cold or if that if it's that warm in Arkansas, there's not a duck around.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I mean, you almost you're almost hunting our weather here.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_05There it's like, dude, just go out there and flip-flops, whatever, just bang on them. Yeah. In 80 degree weather.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, and also, I mean, uh also the part of the season that it was in may have been a factor in this, but what stood out to me was hunting pressure. Man, we I I don't know about you guys, but I did not see another field getting set up while we were driving by. I didn't hear any shots. It was like literally just us. It's just, you know, that's unheard of in Arkansas. Oh, yeah. Fifth dog season. I mean, it it's World War III all morning anywhere.
SPEAKER_07I think it's a lot of it too. You can't just show up in Canada and kill dogs without going to outfitter. So, like, there's like you can't just cross the border easily, you can't get your equipment there.
SPEAKER_03So I feel like locals don't do it. That's a fact.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, see, like it's a lot of work, you know. Me and Shockley know for sure you can't just cross the border. Yeah, we were staying. I'm a hell yeah. But you didn't have to sleep in the airport all night.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I know. Well, well, I did have to. I mean, I had to hang out in an airport for sleep.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, you guys had to sleep in the airport, huh? Y'all send me pictures.
SPEAKER_07You ever slept you ever slept next to Shockley? I should really just ask Mac that I think Mac slept next to Shockley. I think there's a few people.
SPEAKER_02I think Shockley is a few people in this group. Yeah. That slept next to Shockley. I think somebody slept next to Shockley. Oh my god, what's Shockley?
SPEAKER_06Whoa, whoa, what is that? What is that? Poor guys. Poor camera guy. Not slickly.
SPEAKER_03We got some good camera guys in the back. What is that? AI. That's not real.
SPEAKER_06But Shockley explained.
SPEAKER_03Why does Matt give me the eyes though?
SPEAKER_06I want to know. Why is your back facing him? Yeah, that's what's weird. Who's the big spoon?
SPEAKER_05Is what I want to know. I'm from the big thing. Evidently me. It looks like from this photo, though, you're getting in position of the little spoon. Every neck is getting in position of the big spoon.
SPEAKER_06So you guys are sharing beds.
SPEAKER_05So what's the next photo?
SPEAKER_03There's got to be another one. That's a lot better.
SPEAKER_07Hey, that should be like a two-that should be a two-part thing. Like, what would you do for ducks?
SPEAKER_04For a hunt like that, I'm sure you'd do a lot.
SPEAKER_05But going back to the hunt, though, something that blew my mind. Okay, I was not prepared for this whatsoever. And if I would have bet money, I would have lost it all. The mosquitoes.
SPEAKER_03I knew that was coming. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_07They were so bad. Serious, sir. So bad. I wouldn't even have thought they lived there. Well, it's crazy is like you'd be hunting. We'd be hunting in an A-frame, just sitting there waiting for some ducks, you know. And it wouldn't be mosquitoes. But if you put your head up to look outside that blind, you're done. Cooked. Let's go back.
SPEAKER_03Last week when they was in Kentucky, I was texting everybody, keeping dibs on everybody said they seen any deer. Tim says, No, but these mosquitoes are absolutely horrible.
SPEAKER_00They're bad.
SPEAKER_03Well, I text Jake. I asked them if they seen anything. I heard, I said, I heard the mosquitoes was bad. He says, Oh, these ain't nothing like Canada.
SPEAKER_07Dude, Canada, dude. There were serious mosquitoes, dude. Why is there so many mosquitoes up there? All the crop fields like this. I don't know. I saw them when I was there. I know it was later in the year, but it was no mosquitoes. This was miserable. It was bad. And these weren't no chump mosquitoes either, dude. We walked in that um full grown. We walked in that gas station and me and Bee Scott, and Beast Scott was like, What's the strongest stuff you got? I don't care what it costs. It ended up being some uh, what was it, jungle juice? Yeah, it's like called jungle juice.
SPEAKER_05Had like a gorilla on it. What's it all about?
SPEAKER_07I don't know. Just make sure it worked though.
SPEAKER_02It's really good mosquito spray.
SPEAKER_03Hey, you sprayed around like you just sprayed it. We was fogging the top of the biggest.
SPEAKER_07If you topped the top of your blind, it's like it was nowhere to be found.
SPEAKER_05It was super thick. Like when I sprayed it on my arms and stuff, it was like oil. Don't worry, we probably can't get it in the state.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, guaranteed to guaranteed to cause cancer. Yeah, sure. There was never no more. It would layer whatever you sprayed it on. We didn't care.
SPEAKER_07They were that bad. It was like WD40. Like if you pulled a video camera up, the mosquitoes look like ducks. Yeah. Like sometimes I would look up and think it was a duck.
SPEAKER_04Oh, we shot a few of them, they crippled out.
SPEAKER_07You know, the dog had to go pick up.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I'd be recording. Stuff would be coming in, I'd be recording, and I would be like, there's they're they're out there, and I'll, oh, this mosquito.
SPEAKER_05You know, like you like you see these war movies and stuff, we're in a foxhole and there's planes dropping bombs above the, you know, above the foxhole. That's what it was like. We was in the A-frame looking up, and it was just like, woo, woo, woo.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's definitely coming in. It's pretty wild, huh?
SPEAKER_06Well, how many times uh how many boxes of shells y'all go through? Whoa, whoa, whoa. Which side of the blind? It's better to uh you gotta just ask you. Who was on who was on the left side, who was on the right side, and who shot better?
SPEAKER_07Oh, right side was the left side was Shockley and Jake. Yeah. I was down the middle.
SPEAKER_05And right side was just locked down defense. I'm talking about nothing got out.
SPEAKER_01Which is because that's where they all came in.
SPEAKER_05That's not true. Roll it back, play the clip.
SPEAKER_03There was a few times, Jake. Did you didn't you shoot through the right too? I mean, I didn't.
SPEAKER_07I mean, I had to help them out. Yeah, I had to shoot through the right. Well, there's a there's a couple times a left side shot by their self.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I mean, and birds fell. Yeah, thank you. That's a great point.
SPEAKER_06I was gonna say the birds kept going, but you know, I mean I don't recall. How bad was y'all's uh shooting ability when you first got out there?
SPEAKER_01I will say the first three volleys were horrible. It was the worst I've ever seen. But I mean, we're we're not in duck hunting you know frame of mind yet. It's September 1st. Oh, yeah. We didn't even thought about it at that point. You know, we didn't shoot skeet before going up there, we didn't do anything.
SPEAKER_03And they were so close. We ain't used to ducks being as close as they were.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that too. That too. It was uh, you know.
SPEAKER_07I mean, there were some there like landing on top of our heads.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, there were there were some volleys. The first three volleys, like Jake said, we were rough. You know, we was making excuses, right? Yeah, just got you know warmed up. And we did though.
SPEAKER_07We did, we came around, and we never settled in. So when we got there, we stuck in the airport and all the other crap we had to deal with. It was like we got to the lodge at what two o'clock. Yeah, and he's like, all right, grab yourself, let's go. So it was like we weren't even unpacked, nobody got to settle. We got to the blind, and then um, I mean, we weren't even sitting down with a blind for what 15 minutes of the first group of ducks coming in.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we weren't mentally prepared for it, like it all kind of happened quick. And duck if you've never gotten away. And then we had a camera, we had a camera guy that had.
SPEAKER_02You field hunted, I mean it's one thing you shoot them in the timber, but you field hunt. I mean, these ducks finish like I mean, they're on you, like they're here. I mean, improved cylinder, you know. You're shooting a full choke, you're probably missing. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I was shooting a full choke.
SPEAKER_02So how did the game? Yeah, how am I? That's what we and that Jake, that's all we talked about. He was on the left side, maybe a lot of missing, you know. I would shoot modified. Plus you missed. I can't change chokes.
SPEAKER_0720 gigs, thousands. I think I got a video of ducks leaving on the left.
SPEAKER_05But it was a great time. Oh, it's fun. And what's awesome about that six fell, I'm sure. You know, all the shoot we were doing, because there's so many ducks, so many geese, you can kill so many. It's like if you sucked at shooting going in, you could you had it, you know, you had to figure it out by the end of it. Yeah, you guys. Like you was dialed in. Yeah. I mean, you know, like towards the end, like the last day. Dude, we were taking I mean, how many were we taking out of the out of the out of the wad? I mean, the the last day we heard the live. Pretty good. I mean, we were dropping like 10 out.
SPEAKER_07The first evening we shot what 70, 70 something birds. We shot all our ducks and like over half our geese the first evening. 40 and 23 minutes. The second day we shot 40 and 30 minutes ducks. Yeah. So the shooting definitely improved the next morning. Oh, yeah. 100%.
SPEAKER_03By the time we left, we was we was laughing before the we even hit them. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. We knew they was smoke.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, they come in, we're like, oh, that's it. That's over with. Then that last day, those Rossies had no chance.
SPEAKER_05So do you I love shooting those? Those was that not just awesome.
SPEAKER_06Those were the most fun birds to shoot for sure. Big groups doing it now. Daryl, what you doing there? Ran or what? What you doing? What are you doing there?
SPEAKER_02Probably fighting mosquitoes. Looks like it's tired. You look tired, dude. Hadn't slept in three days.
SPEAKER_05You look like your your knuckles and your right hand look like you got in a bar fight. Probably did. You look exhausted, Daryl.
SPEAKER_07Probably all that stuff. Do you have to go through the thing like peek out? I mean, I never really caught up on sleep. Yeah. No, I didn't know. I couldn't sleep in the airport because I was worried about somebody stealing all our stuff. I bet. I had 45,000 things. I bet. I bet. It was crazy.
SPEAKER_02You were worried about somebody stealing y'all stuff when y'all already, you know. Yeah, you had bad karma. Yeah, you know. What happened, guys? That wasn't. We're not gonna talk about that.
SPEAKER_07We're not talking about that. And then Shaq got a guy sleeping next to him. If you moved, he was freaking out. He did get mad at then we started trying to shake the bench on purpose.
SPEAKER_03Oh, we didn't try. He probably got up and laid out.
SPEAKER_06So how was the weather up there? I mean, you guys y'all guys bundled up, clothes. I mean, it was hot.
SPEAKER_02Definitely didn't need everything that was you know, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Well, it was hot the first day, then we had a big cold front on day like three.
SPEAKER_03Probably that day was when it was cold. Day three was 39, wasn't it? Or something like that.
SPEAKER_02I thought Daryl was gonna throw in the tail and go back and get more clothes. I mean, he was kind of like kind of shaking a little bit.
SPEAKER_06How did y'all's uh how'd y'all sick of gear? What kind of sick gear did y'all take up there?
SPEAKER_07So we had the Hudson Bibbs, um, duck oven. Then we had the first, I mean the last couple days. The first days we were Equinox, Equinox stuff. But we didn't take enough Equinox stuff.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the Equinox is badass. Had the new boots, they're good. GTX, yeah.
SPEAKER_05I was super impressed with the boots, dude. Like, that's one thing I take away from it. It's like how I'll, you know, they're brand new. I had my brand new boots on. So like I was worried about it being uncomfortable at first. They would, no, no, no. Dude, the ankle, the way the flexibility in the ankle. Yeah, those are money.
SPEAKER_07You can even race in them. Yes, yeah. You can race in them. There is a video of us racing in them, too. And we'll and we'll plug the video right here. Daniel's gonna plug it in right now. He's gonna get it going. But uh he doesn't know.
SPEAKER_05I mean, but you wore your uh boots on the bottom. Y'all can just put it in, y'all can just put it in after. Don't worry about it.
SPEAKER_01Um let's do it and do a reaction to it.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, we gotta see it.
SPEAKER_05Oh, we can do that. If you can find it on there.
SPEAKER_07It's I text it to you, Daniel.
SPEAKER_05Anyways, a race, I just want to say before we get to watching it, okay. It was uneven ground, okay. I haven't ran in a while. I started with the wrong foot. Daryl tripped everybody. Daryl did. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I still think I might have got Daryl.
SPEAKER_07I tried to give him a 10-yard head start.
SPEAKER_04His moaning and groaning was very distracting.
SPEAKER_07Listen, look. I tried, I tried to give him a 10-yard head start. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05Dude, I didn't realize my boots.
SPEAKER_07I would have beat you if you gave us 10 yards.
SPEAKER_05My boots, my boots wouldn't have because I didn't finish the race. Nobody would have. I would have.
SPEAKER_03Jake wasn't that far behind.
SPEAKER_01I'm ready for my rematch right now. We could do it right now. Well, I mean, after the podcast, obviously we're, you know. We can race right now to the week.
SPEAKER_05So Daryl thinks he's untouchable. He thinks he's the fastest man. Okay. I don't personally think he's that fast. I know I'm really slow right now.
SPEAKER_02I mean, I personally were the heaviest. I'm just saying. I mean, that is pretty much gaps. I still got Jake. Good lord. I still got you. Well, as you can see. And I got 20 years on you, dude. I'm 20 years. I'm the oldest. I'm like y'all's dad up for you. Yeah, but you weigh a buck twenty five. But I had heavy boots on. Okay. I'm just saying.
SPEAKER_01Let's uh let's. Can we get slow motion? Yeah, if we get slow motion, very beginning. B Scott, uh, get my heel there. Oh. Pause.
SPEAKER_07Pause. Let's pause first right there. Go back.
SPEAKER_08Looks like Bigfoot falling.
SPEAKER_07I think chocolate knees were rubbing the whole time. He almost started a fire in that field. Look at his knees. I mean, they're rubbing.
SPEAKER_08Dude, look at your knees. What happened to your knees?
SPEAKER_07Every step his legs got through.
SPEAKER_01Like a two-year-old trying to stand in the other person. So that earthquake is what caused B scooting.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, Jake's food. Then he's trying to give it a dog.
SPEAKER_01Look at Beast County. He plows in boom. That is where he comes. Wipe out. I know you can't see it in that. Wipe out. But he catches me right there.
SPEAKER_05So when my shoulder hits the dirt, it's like a bulldozer bucket.
SPEAKER_01Woo! I did fall a little bit more gracefully than I don't know if Jake got it or Brian there.
SPEAKER_07Back it up a little bit. I was close. Yeah, almost looked like Jake fell into the wind.
SPEAKER_02I didn't know. I should have got sick of his newest model of boot. I think y'all had racing boots on.
SPEAKER_06You better stick with fast boots.
SPEAKER_04It's gonna be Oh, I think I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Whoa, I don't know. It was close.
SPEAKER_07Right, what was that? What were you saying? I'm just saying, I had heavy boots. Can we go back to like just that part? Is it possible?
SPEAKER_03I think we all had the same boots on.
SPEAKER_07Now I will say this.
SPEAKER_03Mine were different. Were they?
SPEAKER_07Yeah. They were heavier. Fast forward a little bit. Just go just go to the finish line. The decoys, the last three decoys.
SPEAKER_02Oh, got him. Got him. Got him. I got you. It was close, dude. It was close, but I did get you. Yeah. Gotcha.
SPEAKER_01I'm tired of all this mess. I want my rematch and I want to be in tennis shoes. I want everybody in tennis shoes. That's crazy, dude. No excuses.
SPEAKER_02I'm like, I'm a couple years out of the nursing home and still got you. You know what I mean? Okay.
SPEAKER_01Well, enjoy it while enjoy it while you can.
SPEAKER_06That's amazing how far he is ahead of everybody, Daryl.
SPEAKER_05He's running as hard as he could. Hey, Daryl, you think your whole shot's good?
SPEAKER_03You think Daryl got the same sick of boots as everybody's?
SPEAKER_06Hey guys. Hey guys. Was it his hose shot that got him or was it?
SPEAKER_03Well, if you look at the whole shot, Jake actually slipped.
SPEAKER_02Now I'm thinking Daryl took off ahead of everybody. I mean like when you run it back. I got to top in any of these hole shots. Watch Daryl out of there, though. Daryl always leaves early. Look, watch us.
SPEAKER_07No, everybody's going to say job.
SPEAKER_06The acceleration that Daryl has is unmatched, man.
SPEAKER_03Jake almost fell taking off.
SPEAKER_05You guys got smoked. No, Daryl left us in but between second and third gear. That's where he really took off. He did.
SPEAKER_03There's extra gears. Jake, that was a couple tenths.
SPEAKER_05I tried to add a little top speed at the end, but I realized that when I lean forward, the only way leaning forward works is if you're still picking up speed. Okay, so I was already at max speed, so I just laid out for it.
SPEAKER_07If you look at it, they're taking very long strides. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Man, you guys lucky I wasn't there.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04You'd have been right there with Shockley, didn't you? You would have you would have tore you would have torn a legame right off the line.
SPEAKER_06I'm thank God I wasn't. That'd been really funny. Right now, everybody's laughing at Shockley, and it'd probably be nice.
SPEAKER_05Shockley went down. I think Daryl in an interview said something like a like a crippled duck or something. That's perfectly how it went down. I mean he's like, whoo.
SPEAKER_06It's like, yeah, it's it's your legs were like locked together.
SPEAKER_05It's like every step they came like. I've never been a runner.
SPEAKER_03I think in high school I ran a six flat. No, never a runner.
SPEAKER_01You still ain't no runner.
SPEAKER_03Sixty flat? Six flat. Sixty flat? Six flats.
SPEAKER_01In a 40? Yeah. That's slow.
SPEAKER_03No, I was slow. Yeah, no.
SPEAKER_01There's nothing quick about it.
SPEAKER_02I think you could be five. I think I could run backwards at 65. I ran like a mid fives, low high, low five. Some of the slowest times in the world are running six.
SPEAKER_03Well, I might be off. I mean, I wasn't fast.
SPEAKER_06At least you're running five, something.
SPEAKER_05Well, you look fast, so it's very surprising. You're a real stream build for chopping. Daryl, what'd you say? Daryl.
SPEAKER_06What was your 40 in high school? It's like four something. 4'6? Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Didn't just out of the pressure.
SPEAKER_02What's the fastest 45?
SPEAKER_074'6 is pretty good.
SPEAKER_024'3? 4'2. 4'2. 4'2. 42.
SPEAKER_07So last time you raced, you you pulled a quad? No. I did in high school. Yeah, 4'6 is pretty quick.
SPEAKER_05See, both my legs after that, I was so sore the next day in my legs.
SPEAKER_06What's really bad is Daryl's probably running a 5'3 now. That means y'all are running like really bad. Well, everybody's off. Yeah, I'm definitely breaking five still. Are you breaking five still, Daryl? I'm still breaking five. No, you can't do it. I know. We're gonna put a B-box. We can go. We can go. We can go. We can stop watching this. There's no way you're you're under you're under five. I guarantee you I'm under five right now in a 40 yard. Jake, you think he's under five? I think I'm under five, so I think Daryl is under five. Jake. It's only 40 yards.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. All right. We're gonna time him. Check on the next podcast. We'll have you guys an update on how fast Daryl really is.
SPEAKER_03How old are you? Daryl, how old are you? 30?
SPEAKER_0629.
SPEAKER_0329? So he's a lot younger. Dude, he's still a pup. Not a lot younger. He ain't far out of high college, though. So he probably is.
SPEAKER_01He was a college athlete last year, so he's probably under five. Yeah, hey, you say that, dude. I couldn't walk straight for three weeks out of that. No, last year.
SPEAKER_02Too many Twinkies.
SPEAKER_07Last Sunday I played 14 games of pickup basketball. And I have I'm just now not sore. Really? It's been sad.
SPEAKER_05I mean, that's a lot though. They tried to give me a play yesterday, and I wasn't good too. That we just watched. I'm sore watching the video. My shoulder probably would never be right again. But now you get a shape. Canada was fun. It was. It's good.
SPEAKER_06It was Kentucky. Y'all went deer hunt since we went to Canada. Yeah, we went deer hunting in Kentucky. I'm telling you, we didn't.
SPEAKER_05Dude, it was pretty rough.
SPEAKER_06I swear we were just watching corn.
SPEAKER_05It was rough. No, I I that's why I texted that one point. It's like, I feel like I'm set up on this cornfield just to watch it to make sure nobody steals it. We had uh because there's no chance a deer's will come out.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we had uh Taylor, um, yeah, we had Taylor Hughes up there. We had uh Noah from uh Riley Creek. He was up there. Uh we had several people up there hunting, and we all spread out and just went on deer moving.
SPEAKER_03So the big problem with hunting. So y'all didn't shoot nothing like a bird, coon.
SPEAKER_06I almost shot a coon. I thought about shooting a coon. Uh yeah, I held a squirrel.
SPEAKER_05I hit a squirrel at that pistol point. I'll pull my pistol out on it if you jump on it. You got that video? I do. I'll send that video in.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we this video is another squirrel? Bee scout? No, it's a different squirrel.
SPEAKER_05We're talking about different squirrels here. Well, I want to bring up the first squirrel. You can bring up the first squirrel.
SPEAKER_06But yeah, deer hunting, uh, deer hunting is pretty slow right now. So hot, you know. Plus the corn wasn't cut. I don't know about the squirrel thing. I think Daryl said deer ain't no good until the corn gets cut. I put that in there.
The Infamous Mosquito Problem
SPEAKER_05But it was slow. No, I no, this squirrel was threatening me, dude. I straight up threatened me. It jumped three trees down, all the way to the tree, right next to me, crawled on my side of the tree, came down to eye level with me, and was like like pump fake jumping on my fucking tree, dude. I'm like, I'm like, don't do it. I pulled my pistol out, like, get here, get out here, squirrel. And it finally went away.
SPEAKER_06We're just not getting started though, huh? We still got a lot planned. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07You sat on till season, yeah. That was cool, wasn't it? Yeah, it was fun.
SPEAKER_05It's hard to really get excited about stuff when it's so hot. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, but it's hot.
SPEAKER_05It's gonna change.
SPEAKER_07It's about to change this week after the storm.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, it's about to change. And and you know, November is my favorite month, so it's gonna it's it's about to happen. Yeah, the old hoit's gonna show y'all what it's done. Oh, bring it home. How much does that bow weigh? I actually shot my I don't know, I'm pretty strong, so I can't really tell you.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I don't feel it. About 12 and a half pounds. But check this out, though. You know you can't you can't replace looks.
SPEAKER_02It's crazy. I've never seen a bow of a tripod.
SPEAKER_07Look at Tim's look at Tim's boat. He has 11 grabs, but it looks way cooler than one that has one grab and has a hundred. I agree. Yeah, like functionality. 11 grabs. Yeah, okay, maybe not 11.
SPEAKER_02It's at least got six. I just that's the first shooting six I've ever seen for a while.
SPEAKER_06I do got 100 inches of screen, though.
SPEAKER_05These ain't like six, like, you know, eight-inch screens. These are like six big screens. I think one's like what, 28 inches? I think it's 32. You're close.
SPEAKER_02No, that'd be funny. Put a prank on him, put like an 85-inch flat screen on there for him. Can't see around him.
SPEAKER_06I mean, what's next in the fishing world, man? Come on now, we're moving out. Y'all guys are knocking it, but you're gonna you like it. I mean, I do like it. I do like it.
SPEAKER_07I'm just I'm comparing your boat to my bow. I there's no he's defending his shit on the body.
SPEAKER_06I get it. I get it. He's redirecting the the attack to you. My bow, I mean my boat is kind of like though. It is. I know.
SPEAKER_07That's how my bow is. Your bow looks good, dude. My bow is like you pull it back and you just close your eyes. It's gonna find a deer for you. Well, we'll see how that's cool.
SPEAKER_02That's the first time I've ever seen a set of shooting sticks for a bow. That's cool. Really?
SPEAKER_05Hey, dude, you got you got sticks and stabilizers and your bow.
SPEAKER_08I made that up. Oh, I was like, damn. That might work.
SPEAKER_02Havoc, havoc gear shot coming up. I guess you could. Yeah, you could put gear on the house, yeah. Like a like a tripod. You can put it on your stabilizers. Yeah. Yeah. Put it on your stabilizer.
SPEAKER_05Hold it and you pull it, you draw it back. I mean, it's like stabilize on the ground. Like, that's like a crossbow, basically. Yeah. Yeah. It'd be hard to pull that off in a tree, but it'd be a long shooting stick. Yeah, it would. I'm ready though. I mean, I think when opening, so archery starts what, this weekend? In Arkansas? Arkansas opener, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Who's going this weekend? Who's ready? Any of y'all? Me's going to everybody. I'm going to be in. Everybody? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I'll be fishing. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I'm shooting the first doe that walks out.
SPEAKER_03I actually got a shooter daylighting, so I'm going to hold off. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_07How are you? Oh, Shockley, tell them what tell them what you promised your wife.
SPEAKER_03I didn't shake on it though. Well, you know, you don't know which one. You don't know which promise. Well, she had she had the shooter too that she's going to shoot. And she just now starting a compound hunt. I told her I popped off the other day. I was kind of just joking. But I told her I wouldn't shoot one until she shot one.
SPEAKER_05That's like crazy. What were you trying to get? Like, what was the goal?
SPEAKER_07This had to be about 10 o'clock at night. He did something bad.
SPEAKER_06This is at 10 o'clock at night. He definitely was. I think she leveraged something on him. Yeah. I mean, yeah, baby. Hey, baby, listen.
SPEAKER_07I want you to kill. Okay, I'll do anything. Listen, baby. I was really thinking about it, and I just I only got to kill one.
SPEAKER_05You know I'm selfless? You know I'm selfless. What do I have to do? What do I gonna do?
SPEAKER_02He just really loves his wife, you know? Yeah, I'm sure he does. I mean, so you're gonna hunt with her? Are you gonna hunt with her?
SPEAKER_03I'm shooting one Saturday morning. Oh, so you're just lying. So you just lie. You just talking, you just We didn't shake on it. Oh my God.
SPEAKER_06She is gonna see this podcast, you know.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. How does she take that though? Is she like, oh, that's so sweet of you, blah, blah, blah. I want to know how it was. I just want to know how it should be. Shake on that. Shake on that. I just want to know how it should be. Oh, she already knew you were gonna break that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_06But why would she why would she want you to hold off? I mean, I mean, I don't understand this. I don't either. Especially if you're who made this up? She did. I think I popped it off.
SPEAKER_03I think you I just trying to I didn't really expect her to bite on it though.
SPEAKER_06He's just trying to get it. Who wouldn't bite on that? What were you uh what were you trying to achieve, though? Just being nice or something? Yeah, I'll just be a nice. Oh wow.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, Shockley told me he was gonna let me kill a turkey before uh I killed a turkey. He did say that. You remember it was on it's on the city. He never would come up with me. No, you never took me.
SPEAKER_07He never he never did the first step. Just like Dove, though. Yeah, you gotta take him.
SPEAKER_03Try to take him on his first dove hunt too, and he's had to go. He had plans. He couldn't go. He didn't want to go. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I didn't want to go. We did clap him too. We did clap him. Yep. I heard y'all did. We definitely smacked.
SPEAKER_01Whatever, guys.
SPEAKER_07I'm really thinking about it. Well, the birds are not, it's not safe for birds this year.
SPEAKER_05They're not raining right now. You guys are killing. For sure. Yeah, we definitely got the thing going. Got it started. Got it rolling. Especially with the new release coming in October.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, we're gonna go. That's gonna be awesome. You guys have to think too. October.
SPEAKER_06We got a lot of good stuff coming out this year.
SPEAKER_02You know, that's what's cool about Canada though. You know? What's that? Early season. You get out there. You get in the ducks. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Well you start it off. I mean, way early. You know? What about our guy? He was up for two weeks before we was there. Scout. I don't think he can nobody else could have done any better as far as I've heard a lot of good things about him.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah, he put us on. Yeah. I don't know if I could be a good thing. The numbers of birds that are there, the hunting pressure, and the relaxed, the finish right in your face. I mean, it's just it's cool. It's super cool. Young bird, I mean, it's crazy. Yep.
SPEAKER_06Does that discourage you guys when you get in Arkansas or whatever? No, that's it. No, it's it's different. Because you know that yeah, because the ducks aren't really piling in there until later in the season.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but I think also I think you accomplished like it's a different like you go up there, you get all your killing in, then you come down a little bit further in the states, you get a lot of killing in. Then you come to Arkansas, it's like more skill. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it's more work.
SPEAKER_02It's more you kind of see the cycle.
SPEAKER_06You think it's kinda like that because of all the hunting pressure in Arkansas?
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_06More conversations. Well, they gotta come always. But you're chasing a different feeling too. Yeah, you think the birds are just naturally like getting smarter? Because it ain't the same burning.
SPEAKER_03They're getting educated all the way down.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Pressure. Yeah, I don't know that like ducks are evolving. But I mean they still flyways might move. Now obviously that's what you're saying, though, right?
SPEAKER_06You think ducks are evolving to getting smarter or something?
SPEAKER_02Well, as they move down, they just it's just pressure. Well, what causes ducks to not like it used to be?
SPEAKER_06I think it's a lot of people now.
SPEAKER_07Well, I think it's a lot of the the the commissions and all these organizations messing with the flyways.
SPEAKER_02That is now. And one thing too is duck numbers. Duck numbers are down. Canada don't look like it is.
SPEAKER_06Well, it's maybe maybe maybe ducks are that the accounts down of ducks getting where you hunt every day or whatever. But obviously the ducks are. But they don't have to migrate like they used to because everybody has food.
SPEAKER_07Because I mean if you go somewhere out of state, there's still birds and hated parts. Everywhere. You know, it's like in Kentucky.
SPEAKER_06They still got the ducks. Yeah, they you know, they got these printouts and reports and stuff, but obviously the the feeding patterns and the way people are killing them. And I I think people don't work as hard killing ducks either. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You know, and you'll see you'll have people that are anti-Candidate. They're like, oh, you're shooting juveniles, this and that, you know. I noticed when no greenheads are. But that's not that's not juve, though. Yeah, that's like it's like a deer growing out. Yeah. Yeah, they've not yeah.
SPEAKER_06That's crazy, I didn't know they had multiple yet. I didn't even know that. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_02But see, people see those pictures and they'll say, Oh, you're shooting young ones, juveniles, this and that. Well, they've not multiple, they're they're not in color, you know.
SPEAKER_07That's kind of how people don't understand like their feet. They don't tell people like, yeah, there's a new dog. Like, you don't know that. I'm like, Yeah, we do. Yeah, no, you can, yeah. It's bright orange. Bright orange, you just travel. You just got to where he's at. That's crazy. Now, why is I say green? Why is that? I don't know the exact reason behind.
SPEAKER_03I figured the blood flow in the jet stream was high as they fly when they might.
SPEAKER_07But when they get ready to migrate, their heads turned are turning the whole time.
SPEAKER_06That's a really good thing for the comments. Anybody know the answer to that? Let us know.
SPEAKER_02Well, their feet get cold, they're not wearing socks.
SPEAKER_06Oh wow. It's easy. I don't think that's the easy.
SPEAKER_03But it definitely I think it's got something to do with that and the heads.
SPEAKER_07It's something when they're flying that makes their I don't know. Really? Somebody tack goes and live down, but they have an exact answer. I'm on Google.
SPEAKER_03Somebody kind of like you, it's kind of like you're sleeping with your arm under your and you wake up and your arm is sleep. We know you're gonna be able to do that. You think that's that's exactly why? That's why I swear, dude.
SPEAKER_05It is crazy. It is crazy, crazy, crazy. You know one thing though, about going to Canon and banging on them early? Now I can actually focus on what's coming next versus skipping ahead. Like now we can take our time. We already killed ducks. What's deer hunt? Okay, so yeah. Let's deer hunt now.
SPEAKER_02Let's go to deer hunting for a little bit. Slow it down a little.
SPEAKER_05Let's deer hunt. Let's get serious about it. Definitely gotta kill some big deer. And then when duck hunt comes around, you know, it'll be new for us kind of because now we got boats involved. We got, you know, in Canada, you ain't rocking no boat out there. Yeah. So that's a part of duck hunting in Arkansas. It's fun. It's boats. All right.
SPEAKER_07I'm kind of ready to get to the dry field again. Yeah. I love the timber, but it's hard whenever you're gonna be able to do it.
SPEAKER_02Dude, it's just hard to beat a mallard coming right here in your face. I don't matter, yeah. Whichever way it's coming, I want it to come. To me, that's king. A mallard in your face in the timber. Like coming through the trees. Yeah. Oak trees flooded. Come on.
SPEAKER_07Aren't we doing a big butt part? At this table? You know what I heard? I say we do. I say we're$100, everybody at the table. Big puck. Big buck pot. Big buck pot. Big pot.
SPEAKER_03You said$100, everybody's table? Yeah. Big buck. Arkansas public? It doesn't matter where it's at. Oh, hell no.
SPEAKER_05Ain't no telling where y'all going. I'll take that deal. I'll take that deal.
unknownI'll take that deal.
SPEAKER_05I'll definitely take that deal. I'll do Arkansas. Shockley. We got Arkansas and Illinois. No. Everybody's going to Illinois. What? You're going to Illinois with Jake. So where are you going to do it? Everybody's going to Illinois. What are you talking about?
SPEAKER_07Why is that not fair? Everybody has the same opportunity. Yeah. No. That's not true.
SPEAKER_02Shockley. Let them clarify. Is this legal deer? Legal deer. Legal deer. Legal deer. Legal illeer. We don't do anything. Harvested illegal. I know, I know, I know.
SPEAKER_06We don't do anything illegal. I know. If we did, we wouldn't talk about it on podcasts. No. No. Just saying. Definitely not. Definitely not. We're not that dumb.
SPEAKER_05So we're doing this big buck pot. I'll say yes. Yeah, we should do a big buck pot for sure. I think we should take it from$100 to$200 though. Wait a minute. Oh my God.
SPEAKER_02Is it the biggest, the biggest deer?
SPEAKER_05I'm trying to bust a thousand.
SPEAKER_07Well we will. There's one, two, three, four, five, six. If you add in actually. Yeah, I'm not putting Cody in it.
SPEAKER_02No. You could do a kidding. You could do a husband-wife pot, you know. Yeah, you could. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05You gonna put in for mom too?
SPEAKER_06Dude, because the the women. Mom, mom always kills deer. Dude, I've seen the women. She's gonna want her own bite. She's gonna want our own pot. Yeah, she kills her. Yeah, she kills nice deer every year.
SPEAKER_07So she's probably gonna win the pot. Well, she's very patient. It's by inches, but you're all measured by the same person.
SPEAKER_05You know, we all get geared up to go hunting, right? And we're like, oh, you know, we're gonna try to make something happen no matter the weather, no matter what. She doesn't. Well, a lot of times we're not gonna. She's like, weather's not right, I'm not going.
SPEAKER_06A lot of times we have the camera with us, and when you have a camera with us, it's so times you'll shoot something you don't want to shoot.
SPEAKER_02Or women think this through, though. Like, if it's thunderstorming, I don't usually do that. Women they'll they'll look out, and if it's thunderstorming, they're like, Oh, there's a tornado, I'm not hunting today.
SPEAKER_08Well, I mean we'll be like, oh no, load the truck.
unknownWhat?
SPEAKER_08We didn't kill anything.
SPEAKER_07Oh, whoa, what if me and Beast got driven to Manicoba last year?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you know, a woman wouldn't have done that. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_06I mean, last year we shot some 130s. We were sitting in the rain for another two hours in Texas. And we wanted to shoot 150s, but we have Well, you always want to shoot something bigger. Yeah, but we had 130s come in and we had the camera, we could shoot, you know, whatever. Yeah. But I mean, I probably would I probably would have shoot a 130.
SPEAKER_07130 is okay. Yeah, I'm shooting 130 walks out opening a day. Because I'm gonna go with, I'm gonna throw the roll of dice that if I get a one decent deer on camera or one decent deer kill in a big buck pot, it puts pressure on everybody.
SPEAKER_05Oh, you put a 130 in there, dude. Yeah, everybody's high.
SPEAKER_02Don't y'all feel like range matters? Because that 130 is like a 160 at long distance, and then you're like get him on the ground and you're like, uh oh.
SPEAKER_06No, what you want is what you want is when you shoot a deer, and he actually gets bigger when you find him.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's an awesome feeling.
SPEAKER_06That's only happened one time.
SPEAKER_02That generally is not that's not what happens most of the time. No, that don't happen. Generally, it's like, oh, I'm shooting a 140, and then you get there and he's like, it's just like we catch a big bass.
Airport & Travel Troubles
SPEAKER_07You'll catch a big bass and we'll put in a live oil. How big is oh it's about seven pounds, and you look back and you're like, it's about five. Four and a half, four and a half.
SPEAKER_05Oh, whenever a bass is jumping, like you're fighting him, he's jumping out of the water, you're like, oh, this is a monster.
SPEAKER_06I don't know if you guys heard Daryl on the phone, but I've had him on the phone with me. And when he catches a fish, it's a big one, big one. It's a big one. Oh, it ain't that big. Yeah, yeah. But he has all worked up.
SPEAKER_05Until he puts it, yeah, until he puts his hands on it, it's a giant. It's crazy. And then he's like, oh, he's not base four pounds. Nine. Dude, I was expecting like a 12-pounder. Hey, hey, hey. I'm not gonna stay.
SPEAKER_07Hey, I'm four-pounders a big fish. I don't care what you're gonna do. It is a big fish. It is a big fish. Who's it who's coming?
SPEAKER_02Put a 10-pounder. How many 10-pounders at the table? One. Yeah. I've got two.
SPEAKER_05Dude, I'm not letting you claim that, dude.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I feel like nine pounds, 15 ounces.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I'm I think it was 10. 15 ounces. On one of my scales, it was 10. Yes.
SPEAKER_02Come on.
SPEAKER_07That's your tournament scale, ain't it? No.
SPEAKER_02It's not actually. On a fishing level, all right. So a 10-pound bass is comparable to what in a deer you think? Like a 180? No. What do you think? What what how do you compare that? If you're comparing a 10-pound bass to a what deer? A 155?
SPEAKER_07160, yeah. 160.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Now 12 pound bass, you're turning getting like 180. 180. Yeah. 10's are more coming.
SPEAKER_02How many fishermen have caught a 10-pound bass?
SPEAKER_07It's not very many. I mean. A true 10.
SPEAKER_02A true 10. 10-pound bass. What does that mean?
SPEAKER_07Was it 10? That's yours. Was it 10? Yours hit 10. I'm not talking. I was saying like people that don't put it on a scale. People will catch one and be like, that's a 10-pounder, but they didn't put it on a scale.
SPEAKER_05What does that mean? Yours is 10. Dad, yours was not 10. I'm not going to fake it. I'm not going to lie about it, dude. It's a nine pound scale.
SPEAKER_06Why do you put on Facebook 10-pounder? I think it was a 10. It was a 10 on my scale. It was a 10. If Beast got caught, he'd be like, all right, it's a 10.
SPEAKER_05I would never cheat myself like that.
SPEAKER_07Is it 10.00 on mine? Yes. We waited several times. We waited several times. That one rounded up for you.
SPEAKER_02So would you feel better about rounding it up or like shoving a weight in it? What do you feel better about? It was one ounce. Which one makes like it was one ounce? Oh, I wasn't there. I'm just asking.
SPEAKER_06See, he just said it was one ounce. That's what you're saying. One ounce.
SPEAKER_02Do you shove a sinker in it? And so do you just go with it?
SPEAKER_06I seen ten on a scale.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you saw you saw ten.
SPEAKER_06Yes. Was his lips wetted? He may or may not have it, but we had them.
SPEAKER_07We had five different scales. And one scale was ten.
SPEAKER_05But he also caught that. So out of five scales, there's only one that said ten. So technically we only count as a dip out of it.
SPEAKER_03Keep dipping it.
SPEAKER_05Get wetter, wetter.
SPEAKER_07But technically, none of them are official scales, so we don't know. Because all of them said different things.
SPEAKER_02Alright, so you weighed it for so long that the fish could have dried out.
SPEAKER_07Well, the thing, no, the thing is he caught the fish early. He caught the fish early that morning, so he rolled his live wheel.
SPEAKER_02Oh, so it could have it could have threw up as well.
SPEAKER_07It definitely lost weight.
SPEAKER_06I couldn't weigh it at first because I was shaking too bad.
SPEAKER_02It was definitely it had bullshit eyes. When you first caught, it could have been 10, 2, or 3.
SPEAKER_07No, not that much. I only lost that much weight.
SPEAKER_06It might have been 12. I really don't get shit.
SPEAKER_02Did you check for crawled edge? I don't heard shit.
SPEAKER_06I don't care what y'all say. There's only one other person with this table that's called 10 pounder. That's true.
SPEAKER_05I haven't there's only one person at this table that has.
SPEAKER_06Y'all just talk about 10 pounder. Y'all just talking shit like a Facebook. Y'all be like people on Facebook talking shit.
SPEAKER_05So where does a guy go? I mean a nine-pounder is still like a great fish. He also shot at 158 last year. Are you serious? Or did you say it's not 158?
SPEAKER_02Man.
SPEAKER_04No, the deer was 158.
SPEAKER_02This is your own flesh and blood. He you cut him from your loin.
SPEAKER_05That deer was 158. We didn't have to be a little bit more. That deer was 158. We measured it multiple times. Well, it is. That's verified. The bass was 10 pounds. It was 10 pounds. I don't give a shit what y'all say. I mean, 9 pounds, 15 ounces is pretty close to 10. It's one ounce off. It's not a big deal.
SPEAKER_07But let's just put it in perspective that day, though. We had so many big bass that honestly, like even none of the nines and eights even look like nines and eight pounders. At one point we're putting my ice like a four-pounder, like six and a half. Like, oh, too many big fish.
SPEAKER_06Oh, there's a lot of big fish. Are you guys ready to go bass fishing or something? We're talking about.
SPEAKER_07Well, you are going fishing this weekend. I am. I'm kind of. But it's not a good lake, but me too much. Weight sucks.
SPEAKER_05Knowing that, like knowing you're going somewhere fishing a ton of lake sucks.
SPEAKER_07I'm ready for about December. Yeah. Be good. Kill some ducks in the morning and catch some big bass in the evening. Be fun. Be fun. What a day. Yeah. Kitch day.
SPEAKER_06Are you guys going back to Canada next year? Yes.
SPEAKER_02I'm totally in. I love it. I say drive. Yeah. We're driving. I'm driving. I'm driving. I'm driving.
SPEAKER_07See, when I go when I go in October, I want to drive. I gotta go back again. I kind of want to drive.
SPEAKER_02Are you looking forward to going back?
SPEAKER_07I don't know.
SPEAKER_02I'm almost like that. I feel like it's like one of them like do it once a year. That is.
SPEAKER_07It is. I feel like I re I would rather go in the States and go somewhere else and go to the street. It's a big ordeal. You know?
SPEAKER_03I will say this. I've been there twice. I just feel like we was rushed the whole time we were there.
SPEAKER_07Once we got there, you need like you really need to go for like five to seven days.
SPEAKER_02Three days is too how many times have you been there once, Daryl? Twice now? Twice now. Yeah. So I was there twice the time before, but I could see everybody that hadn't been there before. Like that first group of ducks, you were like, whoa. I I had seen it before. It was still awesome. Yeah. But you just see it, you know, it's just like you saw it.
SPEAKER_07Other than that, you can go early. I feel like you can do the same thing in states. There's so many states you can go and do the same thing, though. Dry fill. Dry fill.
SPEAKER_02Dakotas. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07I mean, that's not where I was saying, but I'm looking more west. Well, yeah. But I'm not going to tell you where.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. We just know it's west of where you said. Well, we know it's not in Arkansas.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. But I mean, Arkansas, I mean, Arkansas gets fired up though. It does. It's a different thing. Arkansas's cool for what it for what it is. You do gotta find ducks. You gotta work harder in Arkansas to catch the water. Which makes it more fun.
SPEAKER_02You do, but what's cool about Canada? 75% of all waterfowl live up there in the prairie region. Yeah, they live there. Yeah, exactly. Like you're going near their home. Yeah, knocking on the door saying, hey.
SPEAKER_06You got a lot better chance of being successful. Yeah, oh, for sure.
SPEAKER_02Oh, 100%.
SPEAKER_01You go out there for a week by yourself. Yeah, I don't get how you are not. Like, how could you have an unsuccessful hunting?
SPEAKER_05We we literally we shot our limits and we sat there, and we couldn't there there was so many ducks and geese flying around. We're just sitting there watching them like they're doing it nasty, and we're not even calling to it. We're just sitting here.
SPEAKER_07If you had 20 people in the blind, we could have shot 20 limits and within the hour or two. Yeah, probably an hour because we were done 30 minutes. That's nuts. It is insane. And when we finished, it got better.
SPEAKER_05It was slow whenever we we finished, then it picked up.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, and we finished in 30 minutes. It was slow.
SPEAKER_05Sam, you gotta go next year.
SPEAKER_06Promise. Well, I ain't promise nothing.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, come on. Promise.
SPEAKER_06We're driving. Come on.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, if we drive.
SPEAKER_06Pink promise, pinky promise.
SPEAKER_07Pinkie promise. We could drive or we should take a private jet.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_07Well, I'd say I'll take private jet.
SPEAKER_05That'd be a way quicker way of doing it.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. The reason we want to drive. We still gotta go get some drive. The reason we want to drive is because we have to do so much airport crap.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Just the plane changes like three times. That was stressful there, wasn't it? Oh, I was worried about it the whole time.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, especially when you missed the last one. Yeah. And our flights are the last ones of the night. That's how many shock we got stuck.
SPEAKER_05We tried to hold the airplane for them. We pushed it to the very last executive decision.
SPEAKER_02We finally got on because then we thought, how many times can you catch a plane? Five extra tickets? Five people versus just two. Two. So the next plane was full.
SPEAKER_05And we went, we went running down the uh the little loading ramp and they were pulling the thing off the plane. We're running up. So we almost missed our flight waiting on them.
SPEAKER_02Like I look back at B Scott and I'm like, we about missed it. He's like, yeah, it was close.
SPEAKER_07Well, if you're going to Canada, one thing to make it quicker is you if you're taking your own gun, you got to buy the license and rest of your gun in Canada before you go. That'd save you half the trouble. Yeah, that's what got me. That's what that's what took so long. We had to fill this paperwork out, then they have to take it to the office, do all stuff and get approved. If you do it before you just have the paper you hand to them, like, oh, you're good.
SPEAKER_02A lot of people talk about that. You know, you can rent them uh 50 bucks a day, a lot of these outfitters. That's the best. And not deal with nothing. And just go.
SPEAKER_03Oh, that's what I would have done. Yeah. For sure. Well, yeah. And when once we used to be a cult, we missed our flight because of our guns. He was like, I got nine extra guns in my truck. Yep. Thanks.
SPEAKER_02But we didn't ask him about it either. But I would I want to take my own gun. I will say if you like my gun. They're pretty much Benelli strong up there. So if you're not shooting a Benelli, I mean that's about all they're gonna give you. So I don't mean it don't matter. They have it right as cult what are you at? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_07That's it.
SPEAKER_05But I like my 20 gates. BB's. It was such a good experience. It was mind-blowing for me. I definitely don't make it a left-handed though.
SPEAKER_01That's like the that's like the 1%. I'm 1%. Just like the saddle hunter, son. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Here we go again.
SPEAKER_02Here we go again. There he is. We're gonna bycast some side. So Timber Ninja.
SPEAKER_01Timber ninja. Timber pimp. Hey, easy. Don't be giving out our names.
SPEAKER_02No, that's just that's just what they call call signs. That's a call sign. He's a timber ninja.
SPEAKER_05He is light, man. If you've ever if you ever got the privilege of watching dad propel out of the tree after he shoots a 158, dude, it's magical. It is. No, I came out of there like freaking Navy SEALs. It's somewhat violent, but on the same hand, it's so graceful.
SPEAKER_06I was holding my bow in one hand. Oh, you came down with the bow.
SPEAKER_04Dude, he came down with his bow. He kicked off the tree.
SPEAKER_07I'm really starting to think that David might be good deer hunting luck. If you think about it. Slinging air. He's filmed two good deer get killed. I never touched the tree, Jake. Early September. I kicked off.
SPEAKER_03And he was filming Whitney.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, he's filmed three good deer kills. David. David's the good luck. Like, if you're having a camera guy to film with it.
SPEAKER_03David, what are you doing?
SPEAKER_02Well, I mean, we've got some of the best cameramen in the business right here. Why would we not?
SPEAKER_06He's filming Maser anymore. I already talked to him this morning. Where do you go down to? I'm just going down there in the least. There's a big wide A point. I'm gonna try again. I don't know. I think that's one Ashley's gonna go after.
Deer Hunting & Bow Talk
SPEAKER_05Where's he at on there?
SPEAKER_06Down there at the by camp road below to watch out.
SPEAKER_07Yeah. I bet somebody, this is what's happening. Somebody's gonna have the hog. Somebody take like a. I'm I'm shooting hogs there.
SPEAKER_05Every camera I got's got ten plus hogs on it.
SPEAKER_02So how many arrows are you gonna take with you?
SPEAKER_05Well, that's another problem.
SPEAKER_02Four.
SPEAKER_05That's all I ever carried for. I only have two. I'm gonna take all the arrows I got, which is two.
SPEAKER_06But I won't have a I'm gonna have a uh we do got a big we do got a big hog problem though. A big hog problem.
SPEAKER_08Yeah, everybody's gonna.
SPEAKER_06I'm taking a I'm taking the pistol with it.
SPEAKER_05Oh, we know B Scout's gonna thin out two of them. I'm good for two. And if the arrow's okay and broad head's okay, I can pick one up, climb back up, and probably shoot another one. We'll see.
SPEAKER_01We do got bad. Was that squirrel worth it, B Scout?
SPEAKER_05No.
SPEAKER_01No. Yeah, I didn't think.
SPEAKER_05Especially because I missed it.
SPEAKER_02So explain to me two why two arrows? Like all this equipment, all this stuff.
SPEAKER_06So you have two arrows. You have three arrows the most, and you're shooting out a squirrel. That's not very smart.
SPEAKER_02Is that why you only have two arrows? Well, for one, hang on a second.
SPEAKER_06Did you ask yourself, did you ask yourself, what would dad do?
SPEAKER_05I was peer pressured by Jake. Oh my god. Jake was also in the tree with me. He's like, I bet you can hit that squirrel. I'm like, I can't hit that squirrel.
SPEAKER_01I can't. I can't.
SPEAKER_05I was challenging. I have video that challenge. That did not have that. Did you get new arrows yet? No, not yet.
SPEAKER_07So you're already down.
SPEAKER_05No, I have two arrows, Daryl. I'm down to two. I have two arrows.
SPEAKER_02So why why not more why didn't you get more arrows?
SPEAKER_05He did this time. He needs to go to a shot.
SPEAKER_06He did.
SPEAKER_05He's just we never stay here very long. We come back back and forth. So why don't you have like 30 arrows? Like I usually, you know, I'll buy, you know, I'll go in and get 12.
SPEAKER_08And then shoot at 10 squirrels.
SPEAKER_05Where's your other 10? I shoot at squirrels.
SPEAKER_08Sorry, I shot 10 squirrels and a coon today. I only have one arrow left.
SPEAKER_05Alright, so I had a judo point on, right? I had judo point on last year that I was shooting squirrels and stuff with it with. But it was snapping arrows. Uh-huh. Because it would hit. So you just keep shooting it. It would break the it. Well, you know, I thought first one's a fluke. Second one, that's strange. Let me test it out with the third one, broken arrow. Okay, I'm down to the room.
SPEAKER_06I remember, I remember why you got no arrows. All your fletchings came off. That is half of it. Yeah. Yeah. I remember last year's last year.
SPEAKER_02How accurate is an arrow without fletchings? Not very accurate.
SPEAKER_05Not very accurate, yeah. It's like taking a son that big. It's like taking the sonic straw out of the floor. If you shoot a Matthews, you gotta have broken fletching glue.
SPEAKER_06Well, he bought some arrows down here locally. We're not gonna say where, but he bought some arrows locally.
SPEAKER_05You're talking about somebody else. Well, whatever.
SPEAKER_02So you're talking about two years ago.
SPEAKER_06Oh, I should use it. He's a different battery. He's had problems with arrows for the last five years.
SPEAKER_02So you're saying don't get your arrows at Walmart?
SPEAKER_06No, we don't shop at Walmart.
SPEAKER_02I don't get I probably need to.
SPEAKER_06We buy toilet paper there, but you know, we don't buy anything else there. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I probably need to do that cheaper. What was you saying, Daryl? Is that is that where Shockley got his Matthews? Same section.
SPEAKER_07I think so that I think that's their problems, you know? Hather problems. Walmart. And he'll just get the bow.
SPEAKER_02Does Sitka make a bow yet?
SPEAKER_07No. Is that something that's making it work? You know what, you know what? They do have a bow in Sitka pattern? Yeah. Hoit.
SPEAKER_02Hoit does. They got a Matthew's too.
SPEAKER_05They got a Matthews too. Daryl act like you're special. Act like you're special, dude. It is.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, but. Hey, I'm gonna ready to say what the Hoyt will do. I can throw this bottle in the air and shoot it. Oh, whatever.
SPEAKER_05Dude. Let's go do it, right? With a bow or a big thing. Matter of fact, hang on. The council needs to hear this. Okay, for one. Daryl told me the other day that I could shoot my Matthews at 20 yards and he could shoot at 30 yards, and his arrow would hit before mine did. Bullshit. I said, dude, you would have to be shooting what was it? 33% faster than me. Did you say that?
SPEAKER_02How long did it take y'all to do the math on him? Daryl? No, it didn't take me very long. I smelled Jake. Get your graphing calculator up.
SPEAKER_0530% I don't need it. Wait a minute. You'd have to be shooting 33% faster than me.
SPEAKER_07If it didn't hit before, it'd be right there at the same time. Yeah, not 33%, though.
SPEAKER_02That seems like a lot.
SPEAKER_05I'm at 20 yards.
SPEAKER_07It's only 10 yards. That's 10 yards. It's not that 10 yards out of 30 yards is 30 yards. Is it 15%? I think we should try it.
SPEAKER_06Well, apparently our mathematical skills are up. No, it's on. I think Daryl's wrong. Your math is on?
SPEAKER_05Yeah. For sure.
SPEAKER_06What are you shooting? It's 33% faster than the other thing.
SPEAKER_05320?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, absolutely. That's 33%. How fast is your bow shooting?
SPEAKER_05I don't know, but not 33% slower than him. I think it is. I mean, I'm not shooting like a trad bow.
SPEAKER_07So if you're shooting 320. He had to be shooting like 280. No. No, he'd have to do that.
SPEAKER_02What is the fastest? What is the fastest compound bow? What are you shooting, Daryl? Do you have the fastest, Daryl? Is that what you're saying? What's he shooting?
SPEAKER_01320. 320. He'd have to be shooting like 210 for it to be a time.
SPEAKER_05214 is what I'd have to be shooting.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_05For you to even time me. So you're shooting like a Mofishing bow.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, with a string of them.
SPEAKER_07I'm telling you at 10 yards, it's not to be that fast because you gotta tell my 10 yards a shorter distance.
SPEAKER_01Daryl at 30 and I was that's not how the math works, Daryl. Just because the math, the number is too good. I'm gonna tell you. I'm gonna tell you to.
SPEAKER_02So how fast is your bow shoot, Daryl?
SPEAKER_07320 feet.
SPEAKER_03Your bow to 320? Is that IBO or is that how much you've do the chronos?
SPEAKER_07What's the fastest? Is that the fastest? I'm pretty that's not.
SPEAKER_03So Hoyt makes the fastest bow? Yes. Say I'm shooting. If they do, they just started.
SPEAKER_07It's always been the fastest.
SPEAKER_03Say I'm shooting good. No, sir. Matthew's monster was the fastest in their time.
SPEAKER_07That's like a 50-year-old bow.
SPEAKER_03Okay. It was shooting 363 IBO at that time. What'd you say yours is shooting?
SPEAKER_05320?
SPEAKER_03Well, that ain't IBO though.
SPEAKER_05Daryl, if I was shooting, say 270, right? Oh my god. You would have to be shooting 359.
SPEAKER_07I'm still telling you what's going to happen.
SPEAKER_05To be able to hit at the same time.
SPEAKER_07You can't take off first.
SPEAKER_06You can't shoot first. Yeah, I guess you could. Yeah. Just squeeze it out first. One, two, three, go.
SPEAKER_05But if I beat him, they're gonna be like, But Daryl, you can't you never beat me because you wouldn't hit the target at 30 yards. Who? Whoa. We've already shown it.
SPEAKER_07Alright, listen. Listen. All right, time out. Time out. You gotta hit the target to win the challenge. Jake, listen.
unknownListen.
SPEAKER_07You can't go past the finish. Actually, we got everybody here. David, Daniel, Tim, and B Scout was here. We're shooting at Subway John's place.
SPEAKER_04How many dirt naps did they have taken?
SPEAKER_07And who was who was dialed in hitting the target? I don't know.
SPEAKER_05I was dialed in from the get-go, dude. You took three shots to get it out of the dirt.
SPEAKER_07The Hoyt was clapping.
SPEAKER_02No, he's it says here there's a bow that'll shoot 370 feet per second.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm looking at the fastest on the market right now. Expedition Smoke. They can't name the fastest, but there's two right here that they're calling the fastest on the market. One is a Matthews, one is a Hoyt. Which one do you have? The RX9. Okay. What do you have? Phase four is what I have. Which ain't the fastest. No. It's the Matthews Lift X. Yes, lift XD. Oh, the one that cracks all the limbs. And the Hoyt RX. It has a recall about it. Well, it's faster, so we don't care what cracks when you're the fastest. You just wear a helmet when you're quality.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Just put your helmet on. Yeah. Well, what's an eye on a big job like this, you know?
SPEAKER_05My number one thing, all right, phase four might not be the fastest. All right, but it's quiet. It gets the job done and it's comfortable.
SPEAKER_06A quiet bow. I like a quiet bow. I ain't never seen a hoit.
SPEAKER_02So these recurve shooting stuff.
SPEAKER_06That wasn't quiet.
SPEAKER_05Is this a marker?
SPEAKER_06You gotta wear earplugs when you shoot a hoit.
SPEAKER_05I'm telling you, the vibration, dude, whenever he shoots, it's so damn loud. Whenever he shoots, my wrist, you know how can we be running like a Zalzol? That's what my hands start feeling like just hearing his boat shoot. You know why?
SPEAKER_06That's like that's power and speed. If you miss with a hoit, power, good luck. There's no way get another shot off. Every time he shooting.
SPEAKER_03If you miss with a hoit, you just throw the bow at it. You know why? The hoist don't do is hit it.
SPEAKER_07Why are you saying that? A hoit's lighter than the Matthews.
SPEAKER_02Alright, so we're pretty much saying Hoyt and Matthews.
SPEAKER_06Your Hoyt is not lighter than the Matthews.
SPEAKER_02No way, dude.
SPEAKER_05You know what I'm saying? Like you took a light car and then you was like, okay, let's put it. We need steel bumpers.
SPEAKER_06I'm really thinking about going to a whisker biscuit. I knew that one on earth. I'm really thinking about doing it, man. Because I was shooting it the other day and I'm thinking, you know what? Were you fishtailing? Yeah. It was fish tailing a little bit. It sounds like a Matthew's problem.
SPEAKER_05No, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_06It's not like a Matthew problem.
SPEAKER_05You need to go get your you need to get all of it. You need it tuned. Taved up.
SPEAKER_06When's the last time you paper tuned?
SPEAKER_05Never, probably.
SPEAKER_06Okay. I'm told that. I know it.
SPEAKER_05And you're bringing up issues you're having.
SPEAKER_06I just said if you're tailing. I just thought I'd shoot a whisker biscuit. Jesus. If you're tailing. You don't have to never worry about your arrow falling off. We just I mean, I don't you don't have I don't have that problem.
SPEAKER_02I think we I think we should see that.
SPEAKER_06You have to shoot a deer, Daryl.
SPEAKER_07You pull the thing up and you don't have that problem. Well, that's right.
SPEAKER_02I feel like this is your year, though.
SPEAKER_07This is your year. Jake's doing it. You know what, you know what Jake's gonna do too? Guess what he's gonna shoot?
SPEAKER_05What?
SPEAKER_07Hoy.
SPEAKER_06Oh, did you get that hoit? I gotta bring it, but that's fake news. No, it's not fake news. You're getting that hoik. I know you are. Well, that will not be the bow I used to kill my first bow deer. I got a Matthews sitting on the wall, just hanging that.
SPEAKER_02We're arguing about this. Remember when NASCAR did the IROC racing? They just put them all in the same cars. Mm-hmm. Maybe see who was better. Let's see the Indian here. We're not talking about the arrow, the Indian. That's what I'm saying. What if we just all just go get you all some recurbed? You know what? I can't do it. And I line up. I've never seen it. And we target shoot and we see who's just the best bow shoot. I tried to do traditional.
SPEAKER_03I can't do it.
SPEAKER_07But we're gonna have a bow competition. We're just gonna, I mean, it's still the same thing. Everybody gets their bow. We're building a 3D route. Shoot. And the way you're gonna be able to do it is we got a bunch of prizes coming.
SPEAKER_02Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_07And whoever shoots, you're gonna have groups, right? So we talked about doing it. Hey, we still gotta do the golf thing.
SPEAKER_02But what if somebody shows up with a crossbow and they're just like they're out.
SPEAKER_07We don't we don't move that. We don't let transgenderers in here.
SPEAKER_02That's what I'm saying, though. I mean, what kind of rules are you putting behind? This is a gentleman's club. Shockley's showing up with his recurve, open sided. Oh, I'm not. Oh, sir.
SPEAKER_05No, you ain't gonna do it. I can't. No, it's rough on the fingers, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_06I did shoot, I did shoot the other day, and it was pretty rough.
SPEAKER_03I shot the other day and shot really good. Oh, not me. I haven't shot mine since I set it up. My sights was off. I had I did have to do some just I did too.
SPEAKER_02I did see it. Your bow adjusts though for where you shoot it to, though, right? Yeah, you push a button.
SPEAKER_06He has that new garment side.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, so your bow will adjust wherever you point, like that's where yeah, you don't have to really aim it.
SPEAKER_06It sounds like we're all pumped up to shooting shit, huh? I mean she sounds like we're all excited, you know.
SPEAKER_05You will see a photo, you know, somebody's killing the first day of a doe laid up a squirrel and cone.
SPEAKER_03Well, I only got I only got two arrows now, so I gotta at least see that. I do have more than two arrows.
SPEAKER_07Hey Daniel, you got that video of B Scott and Squirrel? You better go to the boat shop today because by the end of the week it'll be.
SPEAKER_03Go to El Dorado, they got plenty.
SPEAKER_07I know, but I'm saying if you go there before then, it'll be back. Like, if you go on like Thursday Friday, he'll be so swamped with everybody.
SPEAKER_06Why does everybody wait till last minute? I don't know. Dude, I was packing my bag last night.
SPEAKER_05We've been gone, dude. We come in, we go. We come in, we gotta do stuff, then we go. We come in, it's like I almost gotta give my arrow to somebody.
SPEAKER_03Yes, the same length as Tim's?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, pretty much.
SPEAKER_03There you go. Just steal your dad's arrows.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, you know, you still gotta change his tapes and all kinds of pinches. I gotta change so much after that. I gotta resite my bow in. Dude, if you never stole my arrow.
SPEAKER_02I got my name on my arrows, no. Yeah. You've never stolen any of your dad's stuff. Oh, I have for sure.
SPEAKER_07Oh my god, he's he's a professional. Hey, don't you have the same bow? Yeah. You could just like swap the bow. No, we got different colors.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, different colors, though. Same bow, different colors. We had to do that because we're gonna be able to do that. Why do you have the lift? I actually got the lift.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_06I literally got to put my name in everything. And the fatter he gets, he can wear my clothes.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I would draw the line though. I tell you, though, I would not go underwear. I would draw the line.
SPEAKER_05His pants, his pants stop about my mid-calves.
SPEAKER_02So you can wear shorts.
SPEAKER_05And I can wear Caprice.
SPEAKER_06That's not even true. And I can pull them up above my around my arms. Hey, you know those, hey, you know those three-quarters know those three-quarter base layers that Siku makes? Those zip-offs? I can wear those as pants.
SPEAKER_05And they look legit too.
SPEAKER_03I'm like, what pants are those? Those are three-quarter zip-offs. Yeah. So if Capris ever come in style for me and you're good. They're already in style right now, I think. They'll think he's wearing bell bottoms.
SPEAKER_06I am short. I am short. Terribly short. That's funny. But that's alright. Yeah, I put my socks way up, some shorts. Almost touching. B Scott almost had to borrow your um pants the other day, didn't he? Yeah. Took a Listerine bath. Yeah. I can tell you a story about that. It's pretty funny. Oh man. Yeah, so I'm sitting there watching this bean field, cornfield, whatever. Here comes B Scott flying by, he sees me. He stops. He rolls up and says, Hey, that's what? You got any dude wips? I like no. You know, crap my pants. I'm like, dude, how do you crap your pants, man? All I had was uh all I had was uh lyserine and paper towels and paper towels, mouthwash. I said, did you have to use mouthwash?
SPEAKER_05It will clean you. Oh man. Sterilizing. It was so hot, wasn't it? It was hot and you know, I'm I'm already No, it was hot on the, you know. No, it burnt. It burnt bad. Yeah. So I pull up and I'm like, dude, I'm I should my pants.
SPEAKER_06So so so all I had all I had was listerine, right? So I give him lyserine and he gets all mad at me because that's all I got. I was like, dude, it's not my fault. You're the one to shit your pants. I'm like, this is a suicide mission.
SPEAKER_03Y'all didn't have water monster, no.
SPEAKER_06No. No, we had listerine. It was funny as hell.
SPEAKER_05I don't remember if we had water.
SPEAKER_02We did uh seems like that'd have been a better choice.
SPEAKER_06Why would I give him water? I drink water.
SPEAKER_02Some people drink listerine.
SPEAKER_06It ain't my fault he shit his pants. Now I'll be honest with you though. No creaks, no nothing up.
SPEAKER_05No, it's dry, man. It's dry. So I, you know, I'll clean up with the Listerine and uh toilet paper, and uh the next 20, 30 minutes, I'm talking about just on fire. It's like I had my seat heaters on in my truck, dude. It was it was pretty brutal.
SPEAKER_06Well, you don't want to walk around with shit everywhere.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, I mean it was worth it. I ain't gonna boo boo. I mean, I would just not crap my pants. I don't know. I don't know why.
SPEAKER_05I didn't War for one, there. I didn't try to crap my pants, you know. Like, I think that's that wasn't your goal when you got up this morning. Right, and yes, I might trust it fart. And I knew right away, I was like, something was not right about that. My four-year-old knows this. I was like, yeah, but dude, come on now. Your four-year-old has better control. He does. But how often do you fart, and it's like, you know, it's normal. You just fart, poop, whatever. Well, every once in a while, every in a blue moon, you know, that fart comes a little extra. No, it's happened.
SPEAKER_06What's crazy is when he w came up to the truck, he tried to explain it to me. Like, it was an accident. Well, it's clearly it was an accident. Nobody does this on purpose. I mean, what are you trying to tell me?
SPEAKER_02I left the house with this intention this week.
SPEAKER_06He's like, it was a complete accident, I swear. I said, Well, I know it was. Yeah, you'd be mentally crazy if you did it on purpose.
SPEAKER_05What's funny, what's funny is the field he ended up hunting, he he hunted that place for two days, and it dawned on me at the end. That's the field I I shit my pants in. Was the same field he ended up hunting, like a hundred yards from.
SPEAKER_02So he never saw anything.
SPEAKER_05That's probably why.
SPEAKER_03I was gonna say that. He was over sabotaging years ago. Dude, what if he did it on purpose?
SPEAKER_06Well, it's funny.
SPEAKER_03You notice he didn't shit in his field. No.
SPEAKER_06No. That is odd. Screw dad. Screw dad. I'm going to shit in this field and take his Listerine. And make him sit there all day for the next couple of days.
SPEAKER_05Guys, let's keep in mind. I didn't shit in the field. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Give me a pair of underwear too, Dad. I need a pair of underwear.
SPEAKER_05Let's stay a couple extra days.
SPEAKER_06But basically, basically.
SPEAKER_05The Listerine is it does work. Listerine does work. It's like acetone kind of, I feel like.
SPEAKER_01Like fireball.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, it's like, yeah. I imagine a fireball. I think I'm out.
SPEAKER_01How do you know what fireball was like when we're on there? I said like what I would imagine. He takes some butt shots. He put a funnel on his butt. College was a hell of a time. Oh man, I bet.
SPEAKER_03No, that's all.
SPEAKER_06Jay, do you miss college?
SPEAKER_01Absolutely.
SPEAKER_06Oh wow. What part? Huh?
SPEAKER_02What part of it? Probably the zero responsibility. Yeah, everything was. Zero responsibility.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Responsibility, real life, kicks in, though. Yeah. Like it sucks.
SPEAKER_02My grandpa used to always say, son, there's a lot of things that'll change when you start buying your own toothpaste and toilet paper. Oh, really? That shit's so annoying. That's a lot. I never understood it when I was 15, you know. But when I was like in Walmart one day, putting it in the cart, I'm like, huh. Right. That's what it's about. Have the stuff you build up. Have the stuff you buy for.
SPEAKER_07I'd try to go on my mom's deal and stuff. And mom because she keeps all the stuff like, hmm. Hey.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I definitely got to do it. You're gonna need toothpaste? Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_07Especially I go shopping.
SPEAKER_02You know, dude, you know how it is, though. You hate buying toilet paper, toothpaste. I hate it. You know, especially if we're not there.
SPEAKER_06I mean, I swear you go to Walmart, I hate buying toilet paper and keep it. 100 bucks later. I'm like, how does this get so expensive?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Yeah. There's no man on earth that wants to go in Walmart and buy toothpaste for toilet paper. I'd tell you. They don't want to do it.
SPEAKER_06I said, we gotta slow down the bathroom uses we have to quit eating. Yeah. Shit's too expensive.
SPEAKER_02Tim told me that the text me like, hey, I'm gonna start using the bathroom more at work. I'm like, good idea. Havoc pays for that toilet paper. It's one wife.
SPEAKER_01I bring wet wipes.
SPEAKER_05That is crazy.
SPEAKER_06That's crazy, crappy chili.
SPEAKER_05No, you'll have like three things in your car. Bad toilet paper's bad deal. Yeah. It's ridiculous. Everything's so expensive. Like steaks now?
SPEAKER_03Oh my god. How can anybody afford to eat steaks? I could see next year on the side of our truck Charmin. To reach out. Dude wipes.
SPEAKER_02It is. Dude wipes. Why not, though? Why not? Why not? Nobody's sponsored by toothpaste and toilet paper companies. Why not? They probably don't give people.
SPEAKER_06How good would that look?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it is wine. That's my choice. You don't have to buy it. That would look so good on your bowl, Daryl. Crest. Brought to you today by Crest Whitening.
SPEAKER_05Ultra Ultra Soft. That would definitely be B. Scott's. I would love to get sponsored by Lunchables, though. Oh, dude. That would be so have some lunchables, dude.
SPEAKER_02Would you get a lunchable tattoo? Lifetime Lunchables. Just right here on your arm, lunchable. Probably not.
SPEAKER_05I would definitely consider it. I would definitely consider it.
SPEAKER_02There's a lot of different flavored lunchables. You can really make it on lunchables. Oh, you can't make it on lunchables. You could, you could. You could. I'm a turkey or I like the turkey ones. I do. I'm a ham.
SPEAKER_03Ham? And the baloney.
SPEAKER_02Does anybody do pizza? I can't. I'm not baloneyable. Nobody does pizza pizza phone. Does anybody eat pizza lunchables? No, no. Anybody that don't do them.
SPEAKER_05Over the age of three, they're not messing with the pizzas. Dude. You know what I'm saying? Everybody's trying to. Why the baloney one?
SPEAKER_03I like the baloney one. You can't eat raw baloney. Balogna's gotta be fried. That's true.
SPEAKER_07You can eat it. You never eat raw hot dogs? Heck no. Here's my question. Hot dogs? Why do people eat that stuff?
SPEAKER_01You don't eat my eyes? No. I'm trying to think if I eat raw hot dogs. They're not gonna eat a raw hot dog. They don't even eat hot dogs.
SPEAKER_00No, I don't either.
SPEAKER_07Serious question. A raw hot dog? Have you seen a hot dog be made? There's no way I'm not eating that or not cooking it. All right, serious question.
SPEAKER_02Lunchable. On your lunchable, do you eat all of it and then eat the cookie? Or do you eat the cookie and then eat the cookie? I don't eat the cookie. I didn't even know there was a cookie. I used to not eat the cookie. I don't like the cookie.
SPEAKER_07Nobody knows the vanilla with the uh that one's good. I'll eat that one.
SPEAKER_02I'm with you. I'm with you.
SPEAKER_07The Oreo, the Oreo one's like off-brand. That's what I was saying.
SPEAKER_02Or do you know where I was going? It's an off-brand Oreo. It's not a real Oreo in there.
SPEAKER_07There's some things you can't do the off-brand. You can't do it. Ketchup. Oreos. Yep. Cereal. Whatever they call it. Fruit teeth.
SPEAKER_02Little Debbie too.
SPEAKER_07Do you raw hot dogs though for real?
SPEAKER_06Yeah, eat all raw hot dogs.
Big Buck Competition
SPEAKER_02Can you eat them cold right on the fridge? Yes. I can. Eat a raw hot dog? Yes. I need them like counter temperature at least. I don't get the little racing.
SPEAKER_05Time out, time out, time out. You're the best. No, sir. Daryl says eating coons is good. Like raccoons? Is it? So you'll eat a coon raccoons. But he won't eat a hot dog.
SPEAKER_07No, I'm not eating a raw hot dog.
SPEAKER_02Like it's ridiculous. Dude, it's hard to eat a hot dog. That is ridiculous. A hot dog straight out of the refrigerator, ice cold. That's tough. That's tough. They're good.
SPEAKER_07No, it's not. Yeah, they hold it. I can eat a hot dog raw.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I'm really not about that.
SPEAKER_07So you're eating a raw glizzy.
SPEAKER_02You can.
SPEAKER_06I was gonna say something else, but I won't, I won't. But I mean, there's a lot of them.
SPEAKER_02Do you eat it raw or do you put it on a piece of bread or a bun?
SPEAKER_06No, eat it raw, man.
SPEAKER_02Just a hot dog. Just a hot dog. Just a hot dog.
SPEAKER_05Can you just grab a weenie out of there? Just bite it off.
SPEAKER_02I will. When you do this, you don't eat weenies. How many raw hot dogs do you eat when you eat raw hot dogs? I just one. You'll eat one cold hot dog. You'll be like, oh man, I'm starving. I'm getting a raw hot dog.
SPEAKER_05It's like a midnight snack. What all do you eat raw?
SPEAKER_03I feel like this is like a cup of slices of cheese. I eat cheese straight out of fruit dinner.
SPEAKER_07Oh, eat too. Just a slice of cheese?
SPEAKER_03We're talking about hot dogs.
SPEAKER_07Just a one slice of cheese.
SPEAKER_03Like, no, that's different. I usually get back back, go back and get more.
SPEAKER_06I'll sent you a picture of the other day of me. Big old chunk of cheese. I love cheese. Cheese should be cold.
SPEAKER_02We're different.
SPEAKER_06Cheese with a cold hot dog. Cheese with a cold hot dog is good. A cheese with a cold hot dog now.
SPEAKER_02Dude, nuke it for at least 10 seconds.
SPEAKER_06You guys are missing out. You guys are missing out.
SPEAKER_07No, I'm not missing out. Here's the problem. Do you eat cold pizza? Yes. I love cold pizza.
SPEAKER_03I don't. I like cold dogs.
SPEAKER_07Don't like cold pizza with your cold hot dog. I like cold chicken. That's crazy. Yeah, that's weird.
SPEAKER_01Excuse my language. Meat? It's like everything. It just moved. Meat are left over.
SPEAKER_03But there's a hot chicken that will warm up my it. And now we'll put a hot dog.
SPEAKER_02Chicken, the wings and stuff. Yeah, he eats all that. Meat is better warm because it started warm. It was living. And now you've killed it.
SPEAKER_06That's just your opinion. Your opinion sucks. I'm not eating no cold meat.
SPEAKER_02I'm not gonna tell Ashley to just have your food cold for now. It's just lazy. It just depends on what he did. Could you imagine if supper is just cold? Ashley, depends on what it is. Ashley Scott, you're watching this. From now a microwave at all. Tim's supper is just cold. Everything is cold.
SPEAKER_06How do you eat your steak? No, my steak could be warm.
SPEAKER_07Megan rare.
SPEAKER_05Jinx. So you're just weird. Well, you don't like good steak. I do. I love good steak.
SPEAKER_06Whenever we go eating with you, we gotta go special places and stuff, you know? Yeah, like meat, cheese bread, good flavor. No.
SPEAKER_02What about those pork chops in Canada? They were tender. She cooked them, what is it called?
SPEAKER_07They're the thickest pork chops I ever seen.
SPEAKER_02It was very texture and they don't. She cooked like an inch and a half, two inches. She cooked them in a Ziploc bag in water. It's called something.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, but they were so you could literally cut them with a fork.
SPEAKER_07I'll be honest, I was I was like, I was like, okay, there's no way this is gonna be good. Did they not look too thick? I was like, that was pretty good. They look too thick. But it was good.
SPEAKER_06Oh these guys said the food in Canada was good.
SPEAKER_02It was good. It was really good. I'm talking about the normal food. Yeah, no, no. The normal smoke. Like you go out of somebody cooking. Dude, the Doritos we found jalapeno cheddar.
SPEAKER_07Why are the restaurant the steak the steakhouse we went to was not? Why does Canada have different Doritos in the city? It's probably I don't know.
SPEAKER_02They were delicious.
SPEAKER_06They were fire. The jalapeno cheddar. Jalapino cheddar. Why? Why do they got different food we do?
SPEAKER_05They got different health stuff, I'm sure.
SPEAKER_06Health. Well, they got free health care.
SPEAKER_05They got health, free health care.
SPEAKER_06They got free health care, so they make sure everybody eats healthy.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, they don't want to actually have to take care of nobody. Why wouldn't it be?
SPEAKER_02What does health care? These were full. Because they don't want fat people. That was them right there. Yeah. That is the best Rito I've ever had. Jalapeno chips. That is them. Daddy juggers were.
SPEAKER_07I better eat like eight bags in three days. Yeah. I'm not joking. Really? And I don't even eat chips like that.
SPEAKER_02They taste like I tried to order them on Amazon and you can't even get them here. They taste like a jalapeno on the grill.
SPEAKER_03CanadagGrocery store.com. Chips that we had that look like uh cheese puffs that are jalapeno poppers, they taste almost like those.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_05They taste literally like a popper. Canada's got the chip game, dude. Everything else, everything else there, mediocre at best. Yeah. Snacks and ducks. Hey, I heard y'all went to a gay bar.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_01That's where we're gonna wrap this podcast up right here. Jake Wywin. What happened? I went to I took us to a different bar, and then we walked by this gay bar, and they all said, hey, let's go. And so that's where we ended up. I told y'all didn't know it was a gay bar.
SPEAKER_03We definitely did not know it was.
SPEAKER_05But then after about uh 25 minutes of sitting there and and really going through the whole loop of a couple questionable songs on the karaoke machine, yeah, we're like something's up. Context clear.
SPEAKER_03But something it took us that long to discover this. And that's where we discovered. I'm not sure.
SPEAKER_07I'm not still 100% sure it was.
SPEAKER_06I was told y'all discovered it was gay bar after the karaoke and the karaoke.
SPEAKER_03They even had a gay bartender come out and give B scott and two Bud Lights on me, eh?
SPEAKER_06That's terrible.
SPEAKER_05Jake said, come party with us.
SPEAKER_01That's not true.
SPEAKER_06Jake. I can't imagine. Did you party with a gay bartender? No.
SPEAKER_03And it would just so happen to be Bud Light.
SPEAKER_01That was great. That's what we'll tell you. That's still the deal. Listen, I'll tell you who's eating that shit up, and it was Brian. Absolutely. Brian was having fun. Oh, Brian went on.
SPEAKER_02Dude, listen, I don't care. You put me in any environment, I'm gonna have a good time. I don't care where it is.
SPEAKER_06He's in the gay bar?
SPEAKER_02Dude, I I will have fun. I'm but he turned up extra. Yes. Dude, I'm always gonna enjoy. When have you I'm always gonna enjoy myself?
SPEAKER_06You are gonna have a good time most of the time. Doesn't matter. What made you have more time?
SPEAKER_02Because when's the next time it's gonna be in a gay bar? Because that's your first gay bar you've ever been to? So I walk in, everybody's there. Yeah. They they were going to one place, like in this hotel, and then I get in there and I'm looking around. They weren't there. So then I gotta like hound dog them, you know, and find them in this city. Well, who is Shockley's? You were hound dogging who? I mean, we did have all the after you were already at the gay dog. No, no, no, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_07You could have just walked away.
SPEAKER_02Shockley, Shockley sent me, Shockley sent me the video where they're at, and I'm like, oh, that place looks neat. So I walk over there and I walk in and I'm like, hmm, I don't know. And then the music starts, and I'm like, guys, and they hadn't caught on yet. And they're like getting into the club. I'm like, I think this is probably not a straight place. And they're like, what are you talking about? And I'm like, look around. And they're like, everybody starts looking, and okay, something's off.
SPEAKER_06Why? What did you notice? The clothing?
SPEAKER_03The couples, the couple, so the couple, hair color, the couple.
SPEAKER_02You know, because I walk in later. There's no women in there. No, there were women. But what I got to notice in the tables, it was couples, but it was like two women and then two men or four men, and I'm like, this is weird. I keep looking, then there's like five men in the middle. We look like a big orgi sitting there. And so by this time, when I've got sit down, there we were five guys, so we had to have an odd guy out or an odd guy in.
SPEAKER_03And Daryl's like the only person in Canada that's black. You know they wanted to try him. They always heard about them.
SPEAKER_02So the karaoke kicks in, and I mean, when in Canada seen karaoke.
SPEAKER_06So he's from the South.
SPEAKER_05That's crazy. No, it was it was an experience. First gay bar, first time in Canada. It was a lot of first on this trip. Yeah, I'd say so. I'd been tripping if I was up in there.
SPEAKER_06I will say that was.
SPEAKER_02Well, and it I don't think it said like sports, it didn't say like bar, like it said something else. Like the name sports on the store. So what else? It just said like sports. So what else happened?
SPEAKER_06Tell me about the uh so so so tell me about the car rental.
SPEAKER_01Okay, one more thing on the gay bar. It was pretty mild gay bar. That was a mild gay bar. Yeah, it was pretty good. It was not sure it was.
SPEAKER_07I feel like it's I think it's just a gay night.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's like it's Wednesday or Tuesday night. It was a gay night. Did you know there was a gay night? Yeah, maybe things at books. It wasn't like it was all out there.
SPEAKER_03But anyway, we we showed up for gay night.
SPEAKER_06I didn't know there was such a thing called gay nights.
SPEAKER_03So they got gay bartenders for gay night? Uh yeah, probably. Probably. Or gay bartenders for all that.
SPEAKER_06You don't get out much to each other.
SPEAKER_03I think it's the one full-blown gay bar.
SPEAKER_02I'll be honest, it said sports at the top and it looked like a restaurant. Yeah. I mean, it really did. It looked like a restaurant. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01So you walked in. But okay. Reynolds.
SPEAKER_06Let's talk about the rentals, man. I heard y'all had a shit show in the rentals. Besides, you know. Well, we didn't know you need a credit card in case.
SPEAKER_02Unless you have a USA debit card.
SPEAKER_01Guess who's the only one with a credit card in uh Jake's group? Jake. So uh I I pay for the the uh rental and it's not cheap.
SPEAKER_0299% of the time, credit cards are a bad idea for anybody watching, don't have a credit card. But in this case, credit cards were good. I actually just got one. Uh I actually just got one.
SPEAKER_01Appreciate the the sign on bonus there, B. Scott. Uh 250. 250. Anybody else looking to sign up? I got a code, so just reach out to me.
SPEAKER_08Capital one bringing this message to you?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so the first rental, like like we said, Shockley, Daryl didn't make it. So we had five people there. Uh me, Brian, B. Scott, our two camera guys, Drake and Mac. And the biggest vehicle I could rent because I'm 24, uh, was a a Mazda. Yeah, as little as you can.
SPEAKER_06So you had a so you had to be 25 in order to rent something big.
SPEAKER_01That is what I got from it. Yeah, at 1 a.m.
SPEAKER_05Who made that roll up? The only reason that lady was even there is because she was working late to do something. Yeah. And so she was like, all the other rental car people were gone.
SPEAKER_01I had one pre-booked, and I I emailed him or text I maybe I had a number for him. I called him. I called him. I said, Hey, I got uh I missed my flight, I'm not gonna be there till on this flight. He said, Okay, no problem. I get there and you know, they're not there. So we we had to make do. We were only able to get the one car for five people and five people worth of bags, uh, which uh as you could probably guess that did not work. So me and B. Scott took all the gear to the hotel about a mile away. And they walked, they all walked.
SPEAKER_02We just hot footed it, Canada.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, at like one in the one in the morning.
SPEAKER_02I think I actually that is why no matter where you go, you lace up.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. You always lace up. Yeah. What are you talking about?
SPEAKER_02You need to be laced up. Oh you gotta be ready. Because if you stay ready, you ain't gotta get ready.
SPEAKER_06Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Come on. So he walked to the hotel. We had all the bags, we got to the hotel, and that was when I first realized there's mosquitoes there. Yeah. I think they were breaking into the window.
SPEAKER_06I think the mosquitoes really rental car dude, too.
Lunchables & Food Discussions
SPEAKER_07Me and Jake went too.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, me, yeah, me and Daryl when they got there at 10 a.m. the next day, we obviously we needed a second rental. So and uh went to go get a minivan. And it was sketch. We were like, all right, let's just go.
SPEAKER_06So what what what what have you guys learned from this trip that you're gonna make changes next trip? Uh driving, no. Just drive. That's it. I think the drive just solves everybody's gonna be able to do that. That solves every problem.
SPEAKER_05It does. 100%. Yeah, everything else was went so smooth.
SPEAKER_07Or fly but don't take nothing. Yeah. I get it. I get it. And pay the we should just pay the guy to come. But then you still gotta get a rental. So pay the guy to come figures up from the airport.
SPEAKER_02Dude, honestly, you could probably take it your carry-on bag and your back, like a big backpack, and make it everyone for three days and then just be done with it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_07You know, if you do that. Or just keep one big suitcase in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. But if it gets lost, that was part of my problem.
SPEAKER_05What's happened? Like, like, yeah. That was part of the problem. Who's that? Drake?
SPEAKER_07Drake lost a gag. Drake lost a bag. Yeah, they did. Well, that's because he put it in a gun case, though.
SPEAKER_05He put regular clothes in a rifle case.
SPEAKER_02And then put 19 locks on it. So they sent it down the gun aisle, you know.
SPEAKER_06Why would he do that?
SPEAKER_00I don't know.
SPEAKER_02You tell me. You're guessing experience, I would guess. We asked him that same question. He could not answer it. Like, why'd you not just put it in a screen? Why did you not do that? And he was like, uh. That's it. That was the answer.
SPEAKER_06Lesson learned, huh?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, so he didn't have his clothes. That's funny. But they brought it to him.
SPEAKER_01They drove two hours there, but that was I did not know they had people that did that.
SPEAKER_02Two days later.
SPEAKER_03If you lose your stuff and they find it, they'll bring it back.
SPEAKER_02But you're gonna get it the last day. You're gonna be geared up.
SPEAKER_03I won. I wonder where they had to carry Michael. Y'all are terrible.
SPEAKER_05That story of another day. All right, here we go. Yeah. I think that wraps it up. Miss Sinn, we're sorry.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. We're only an hour 35 in, you know, and we're yeah, this is that's the worst thing I've ever podcast is about problems, you know.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_08This lady had a problem. Like she never got her stuff.
SPEAKER_02Miss Shin's still a good boy.
SPEAKER_07Well, she she got it.
SPEAKER_02Maybe.
SPEAKER_05You don't know that. Oh no, it's probably still there. Oh, I heard y'all grabbed the wrong bag or something. That's that's Miss Shin.
SPEAKER_06Oh. That's Miss Shin.
SPEAKER_05It somehow came out with their stuff. Yeah, it was with all our stuff. That's awesome. We had everybody's stuff. And they had everybody's stuff.
SPEAKER_06So you got you had all their stuff plus other people's stuff. Perfect. Good.
SPEAKER_05And they carried it around because they thought that for like 13 hours they carried it around.
SPEAKER_07Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03We had it though. They kept it overnight. Until we got ready to get on the plane the next day, then we realized it wasn't.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, Shaq's like, that's yours here.
SPEAKER_03That's not mine.
SPEAKER_05Imagine if y'all would have taken it to the next. Imagine if y'all would have taken it on that flight to the next airport, dude.
SPEAKER_02They would have had no clue who it was.
SPEAKER_06My God, y'all are terrible.
SPEAKER_02You know how it says don't leave bags unattended? They're just rolling through the airport and like, woo, just roll out.
SPEAKER_08That's what we did.
SPEAKER_06Golly. Horrible.
SPEAKER_08Horrible. She can't see this and be like, I'm pressing charges on those two guys from Arkansas.
SPEAKER_07She had to do TSA, they gave us the bag.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_07What a show. But it was a great time.
SPEAKER_05I think we all enjoyed it. It was good. It was memorable. We'll definitely go back. We'll do it. It's not like you guys had a blast. It'll just get better. He'll go next time we get to experience. I will go. I say we make him fly though, and he needs to get a gun. He needs to do the whole experience.
SPEAKER_06One thing about being 47 years old is like I'm over the yeah, let's just do it. I listen to y'all's problems and I adapt and I make a better decision based off of y'all's. Seriously.
SPEAKER_02We can put you on a plane, run you through Mexico and Canada. It'll be fine.
SPEAKER_06I'll either fly private or drive. Drive's probably. Drive or drive your drive.
SPEAKER_07You can fly commercial. You just need to register your gun before you go. Yeah. License it.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, but I you know, or don't take a gun. The last five flights I've been on, my plan has always had to have maintenance done to it. The door won't close. There's always I just think it's getting worse and worse.
SPEAKER_03I didn't have no issues with no mechanical.
SPEAKER_06Are you flying with American?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, that's crazy.
SPEAKER_06That's wow.
SPEAKER_05Didn't they change the drawer? The drawer close, I'm getting off.
SPEAKER_06If you fly with spirit, get the door to the battery. You know, the American Airlines are the largest air, you know. Yeah. They're the biggest. They're the worst too, though. Yeah, they got the worst maintenance. You want to get delayed, fly American. Yeah, and they're the biggest lines. I mean, they're the biggest fleet.
SPEAKER_02I'm like dealing with it. I flew one time I flew Spirit, and uh they didn't have any snacks or drinks. I was like, we're never doing this again. You couldn't even get water.
SPEAKER_07Hey, but you know what's crazy? Spirits can get you there.
SPEAKER_02They're good, they will get you there. There, I mean, they cut out all the bull crap. There's no like you get on there and the plane flies, they there's no stewardess or nothing. Really? Yeah, you're just you just get there and get off. And you just I mean, they ain't got bathrooms or nothing. Does everybody pick American Airlines? Well, I don't know about bathrooms.
SPEAKER_06Because what? This is the cheapest cost of American Airlines. No, American's not cheapest. It's not the cheapest. Cheaper. Spirit. For sure. For sure. Allegiant's one of the cheapest. Southwestern. How many planes do they got in their fleet? Spirit. I don't know. They're yellow they're the yellow planes. They're the yellow school bus. Big yellow school bus.
SPEAKER_02They probably got 10 or something. Yeah. Dude, I'm telling you, like they don't have pretzels. Like there's nothing. It's the low-class flights. Really? You know what a drink? Water. You can just go in the bathroom and just kind of scoot for it. Guaranteed it's a lot of things.
SPEAKER_03There weren't very many snacks anyway. Everybody was sleeping as soon as they got on the plane. Everybody was tired, huh? Yeah.
SPEAKER_07That's the best way to do it.
SPEAKER_03Exhausting.
SPEAKER_07We ended up with a bunch of middle seats, too.
SPEAKER_05Oh, dude, I've never flown in the middle seat so many times consecutively in my whole life.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we're gonna we're gonna blame our guy.
SPEAKER_02Dude, I love I love it when you're in the middle all the time.
SPEAKER_06Jake's one does that. Jake you booker, I did not pick seats. You sure?
SPEAKER_03To his defense, he was in the middle of the seat. That's why we got middle seats.
SPEAKER_07Well, they try to charge you$20 if you pick your seat per flight. Really? Yeah. Yeah, so we'd have to do So Timmy, you're right. I will I will pick. Three times$20,$60,600.$120. It's a hard yeah,$120 person with three flights. No problem. You probably got as many that's the cheap. That's it.
SPEAKER_02You probably got a lot of points now. You probably booked free flights now. Yeah, yeah. We'd probably get the next set free.
SPEAKER_06We've flown a lot this year already. A whole ton, dude. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05And it's only begun. Hopefully we just go kill stuff now and worry about traveling.
SPEAKER_06Well, it's a good podcast. You guys had a good time, and and uh we're just getting fired up. Hunting season's just just begun. You know, we got deer season coming up, we got more ducks to kill.
SPEAKER_05So you guys stay tuned and uh make sure you leave a like, subscribe, hit the bell for notifications, check out our other videos. Uh we'll be putting some stuff up and we have big stuff coming out in October. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for that. It's gonna be exciting. Woo!
SPEAKER_06And a tip of the day if you shit your pants on, use Listerine.
SPEAKER_05Listerine burns.
