Episode 25!! We’re continuing the mini series of “Doing More of What We Love Challenge.” After 1 week of doing more of what I love and implementing more mindfulness, I’m beginning to learn more about myself and some true gems from focusing on the fun/good. If you aren’t familiar with mindfulness, don’t worry I explain what it is in this episode and tie it into the “fun” we are challenging ourselves to engage in.
