QUOTES

  • “So the minute I started diving more into God and reading the Bible and figuring out how life works with God, my whole life perspective changed. And the reason is it just makes you be a good person and do good. And there's a really big reward once you figure all of that stuff out and you do the good stuff and you don't lie and you keep going.”
  • “The whole thing is, is that with the whole 90-day program, once you really dive into it and you set that goal, you have something to look forward to every day. And then you practice gratitude every single day and you work towards it every single day and you pray every single day.”
  • “You don't have to pay anybody lots of money for them to tell you what you have to do with your life because once you do those two things, incorporate God in your life in the gym and do that for the next 90 days, I 100% guarantee you, you are going to have a massive life difference. I promise you that.”

Hey guys, welcome to another episode of True Mentors podcast. Today we're going to talk about a little bit of a different subject. It is the top two G's you need in your life to make a top massive transformation in your life. Number one is the gym and then number two is God. So the reason why I go into this is because you have your mental health and your physical health. And with God, what that helps you with is your mental health. So the minute I started diving more into God and reading the Bible and figuring out how life works with God, my whole life perspective changed. And the reason is it just makes you be a good person and do good. And there's a really big reward once you figure all of that stuff out and you do the good stuff and you don't lie and you keep going. And then number two is the gym. So going to the gym and working out and you don't have to get really crazy into it. You don't have to become a bodybuilder or a CrossFit or anything crazy. Just go into the gym every single day for 30 to 45 minutes. And, you know, getting on a treadmill, doing some weight lifting is a huge benefit to your mental and physical health both. You feel good, you kill inflammation, you kill the body fat, you kill brain fog, and it just keeps your energy up non-stop and your body flows. So, when you dive really hard into believing in God and following the faith of God and whatever God you believe, it is what it is, and then go to the gym, those two right there, those two, the two top Gs that you must follow, God and the gym. you're going to have a drastic life change. And I think if you give yourself a good 90 day goal, so for the next 90 days straight, you go to the gym every single day. So if you've never been to a gym, go for the next 90 days, set a goal, how much weight you want to drop, set a goal, how much weight you want to gain, and then set a goal, how you want to feel, how you want to look in the next 90 days. And then also what you want to do is you want to pray every morning, be grateful, gratitude, practice a lot of gratitude. Though one thing that believing in God has taught me is being grateful for what I have and where I am. So all the stuff that I have right now, I'm extremely grateful for every single thing and that way I get more and I don't look at stuff that I don't have. I look at stuff that I have and I appreciate everything that I have right now and that way I work and I gain more knowledge towards the stuff that I want to go after. And the whole thing is, is that with the whole 90 day program, once you really dive into it and you set that goal, you have something to look forward every day. And then you practice gratitude every single day and you work towards it every single day and you pray every single day. So you pray, go to church, go to the gym, Those three things are going to make a massive difference in your life. You're going to stop hanging around with losers. You're going to change your identity. You're going to change the person that you are if you've never done any of those things. It is going to be a huge life changing. So you don't have to listen to any motivational speakers or anything for them to tell you you have to go to a gym or you don't have to pay any of them $10,000 for them to tell you that you have to go to the gym. Get up one day, go to the nearest gym. It doesn't even matter what gym you go to. One that has weights, cardio stuff, treadmills, bicycles, sign up over there. Even if it's 10 bucks a month, whatever it is, sign up and just go start doing it. Workout for 10 minutes, workout for 20 minutes. Next day, do five more minutes. Next day, do another five minutes. Next day, do another five minutes until you get to an hour a day. Once you get to an hour a day, Start going in the mornings. When you go to the gym in the morning, you prep yourself for nothing to be difficult. Working out is a bitch. It sucks. It sucks working out at 4, 5, 6 a.m. It's the worst thing that you could possibly do, especially if you have a trainer that pushes you to the max. When you do the worst things before anybody else will, you will never face difficulties throughout the day because you're going to be able to beat that challenge very fast. Working out in the morning, it puts me in the mood, it gets my energy up, my blood flow flowing, and there's nothing better than that. I know that there's nothing that's gonna beat my day down throughout the day once I go to the gym and get all of that stuff. So guys, listen to this stuff. You don't have to pay anybody lots of money for them to tell you what you have to do with a life because once you do those two things, incorporate God in your life in the gym and do that for the next 90 days, I 100% guarantee you, you are going to have a massive life difference. I promise you that. Matter of fact, make sure that that's a challenge and I challenge somebody to do a 90 day program and then let me know what happened after your 90 day you finished. You're going to see what your life has become and the people that are around you, who actually stayed with you, who actually changed with you and what you became. Me and my fiance, when we started our company, one thing we did is we went to the gym. We started going to the gym even before that, but we never really dove into it the way we did the last probably two years, I believe. And we've just been going, you know, almost every single day. Sometimes not, sometimes you can't because work beats you. There's other things that happen. So sometimes you can't make it, but it's like, people say, if you go, and you're overweight and you go to the gym once, you won't see a difference. If you go to the gym for two years and you don't go for one day, you won't see a difference. Nothing's going to happen, right? Maybe some crazy bodybuilders, maybe they do notice the difference, but that's different level stuff. One, you could skip a day here. You could skip two days here. You could skip three days here. You don't want to skip more than three days. And also you want to make sure once you finish that 90 day, you at least go four to five times a week. at all times, every single week. So Tuesday through Friday, Monday through Thursday, have the whole weekend off, do whatever you want to do and be outside guys. Go outside, go on a walk, go do other stuff, be adventurous, but just make sure you don't hang out, hang around people who don't motivate you. You don't want to be near that.
