Nicola has worked with energy and soul for over 25 years and is devoted to bridging spiritual awareness with practical integration. This podcast explores what it means to be soul confident, not only in moments of light and expansion, but through shadow, challenge, grief, courage and growth. Because soul does not bypass the human experience, it moves through it.
We are not here to agree on one definition of soul. We are here to explore it, to be open and to allow ourselves to be curious about what we don't yet know.
