As a player, Gilly Lane was a 4 time All-American, and Skillman award winner for the University of Pennsylvania before he went on to become one of the greatest American squash players of all time.

As a coach, he’s led his alma mater to a Sloane Team Sportsmanship Award, 3 Ivy League Championships, and the first 2 National Championships in Penn Squash history.

As a player, Jackson Bragman won Liberty League Rookie of the week once for Denison University (He will not be a 4 time All-American).

As a broadcaster, he’s interviewed a countless amount of the world’s best squash players, coaches, and characters.

Together, they host the world’s number 1 college squash focused podcast: Squash University.

This week, Gilly and Jackson welcome the greatest coach in college squash history Paul Assaiante onto the show. In his storied 29-year run as the head coach of the Trinity College men's squash team, Assaiante led the Bantams to 17 CSA National Championships, and recently added 2 more as a special advisor for the Trinity women’s team.

Coach A joins Squash U to talk about his tight-knit 20+ year relationship with Gilly, spearheading the international recruiting effort in college squash, Trinity's historic 13-year winning streak, coaching World Team Tennis, his friendships with Mike Krzyzewski and Bill Belichick, facing adversity, life lessons, and more.
