As Above So Below: The Awakening" plunges deeper into Sanctum City's shadows, as the mysterious disappearance of Mike escalates into a chilling police investigation led by Officer Lee and Officer Harlem at Renzo's Waffles. In this pivotal second episode, the lines between law and corruption begin to blur as Officer Lee confronts Rico Simmons, a key figure connected to the shadowy TLG company and its ominous 'Nuero Band' technology. The proverb from Proverbs 12:26, "The righteous is a guide to his neighbor, But the way of the wicked leads them astray," serves as a profound backdrop, echoing the moral quandaries faced by our characters. As startling truths about complicity within the force come to light, and the sinister reach of Lucas's organization becomes clearer, 'The Awakening' explores how easily one can be led astray from God's path. Amidst the unfolding chaos and growing deception, this episode highlights the urgent need for divine guidance, underscoring that only through the unwavering truth and righteous path offered by Jesus Christ can light pierce through the darkest deceptions and lead souls away from the clutches of wickedness and towards true spiritual freedom.

Speaker 4:Breakfast. On this. Our waitress, lucy, will make sure you both are taken care of. We got that waffle special going on.
Speaker 2:Don't want to miss that Sounds great, before you don't get no waffles.
Speaker 6:The door's locked. I'll just run the license plates and hopefully we can come up with something that's our best bet. Dispatch. This is Officer Lee from Unit A9. We've located a white Teslala at renzo's waffles here in grace garden city on main street. License plate number is 27 golf hotel oscar sierra tango. The vehicle is locked and unattended in the front of the restaurant. We have a possible abduction situation and the victim's name is Mike, who was last seen entering the restroom.
Speaker 2:Copy that. Officer Lee, I just looked up the license plates 27 Ghost and it looked like this vehicle was stolen. I sent you all the information needed to search for the potential suspect who was last seen around Dreadmoor area. Copy Dreadmoor that.
Speaker 5:Copy.
Speaker 6:Dreadmoor. That's nine minutes from Garden City. Police aren't even allowed to be seen in that city anymore.
Speaker 5:Don't listen to that fool. I'm the only one allowed around Dreadmoor. As long as you're with me, you're good that cat don't run or nothing.
Speaker 6:Kane, do you know how long it was gone? Man, it was about 25 minutes. Thank you for the information. We'll try our best to find your friend Officer.
Speaker 4:Lee, here's the tapes. I even added the tapes from yesterday and today. Look, I hope you find who did this to my place. Oh, we will.
Speaker 5:Trust me when it's two people in the area from Dreadmoor, somebody knows something.
Speaker 6:Man, it's getting late. You believe we'll get any luck at this place.
Speaker 5:Don't worry, I know we're in the right spot. I used to live a few blocks away from here. Dreadmoor City has always been a hotbed for trouble. Matter of fact, I'll tell you a little secret, if you dare not to mention anything to anyone about Dreadmoor.
Speaker 6:Gotcha, you ain't telling me nothing.
Speaker 5:We both know Sanctum City is known for being the moneymaker, having the largest nightlife and the most churches on every block. Two of the biggest cities within Sanctum City is Grace Gardens and Dreadmoor cities within Sanctum City is Grace Gardens. In Dreadmoor, people who want to live a prosperous or luxurious life they flee to Grace Gardens. The people who are afraid to step out of the dark and despise people who want to make a change grieve for their souls to remain in Dreadmoor.
Speaker 5:Back in my early 20s I used to make some good money working for one of the biggest drug lords in Dreadmoor, god Flex. He tried to force me to make a decision to keep working for him or he'd take the life of my family. He knew I would choose to remain working for him because I had nothing left. He set me up and took my family anyway. From that day the city of Dreadmoor found out what he did and tortured him until he cried for mercy. I was the next biggest man walking in the city, like Harlem, new York, until I got a phone call from someone who, don Flex, was under. It caused me to hurt more than I wasn't free. It was still more work that needed to be done.
Speaker 6:So who was the new guy who forced you to remain in position Like how did you manage to make it out alive?
Speaker 5:Some legends aren't mentioned often. I'll leave you with that. Trust me had to have been God that allowed me to make it out alive, and it's interesting that we shouldn't question him on it. I was on the edge of changing my life for good, but every time it's like the enemy can smell my change a mile away. Before temptation comes, there's no escape. In a world full of demons, you will regret the day you knew this man. You're better off meeting the devil himself.
Speaker 6:Whoa, whoa, whoa, we got a speeder.
Speaker 5:Someone's in a little rush tonight, these lights will slow him down. Dispatch. This is Officer Harlem. Come in for Unit A9. I clocked a black Mercedes Sprinter van with TLG logo written in on the side.
Speaker 6:Alright, cool Dudes get a uniform and think they run something. Hello, sir, do you know why I pulled you over Page 10. You were driving 70 in the 40-mile-per-hour zone. Can I see your driver's license, registration and proof of insurance? That doesn't give you a reason to drive the way you want. Can you step out of the vehicle, sir, and place your hands on the hood? We need to conduct a search of your vehicle. We have probable cause to believe your vehicle may contain evidence related to a crime. Please cooperate Right now. I have you detained Before I run your ID and registration. Rico Simmons, wait here. What's this? What is this? Make it quick. Page 12 Harlem, we gotta go Quick. Page 12. Harlem, we got to go. I see some people headed this way.
