The Executive Body
You've built a career you're proud of. You run a company, lead a team, and deliver results. But somewhere along the way, your body got left behind.
"I should have this handled." "I start strong, then I fall off." "I can run a business but I can't sort my body." If you've said any of that to yourself, you know exactly what this show is about.
The problem usually isn't effort. Most of the men I work with are already doing a lot, sometimes too much. They're running on discipline and willpower, the same system that worked in their 20s and 30s. But the body changes, and the circumstances change. More isn't the answer. What used to work then, starts working against you now.
The Executive Body is a podcast for high-performing professionals ready to stop grinding harder and start doing what actually works. Hosted by Martin Bugaj, a coach with nearly two decades of experience coaching high-performing men, every episode brings data over guesswork, identity shift over willpower, and sustainability over intensity, because the body you want starts with thinking differently, not just trying harder.

32lbs Down and a Sharper Mind
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You might assume the body is the prize. Lose the weight, look better in the photo, done. And you assume the fog, the tiredness you have stopped noticing and the constant sense of pushing are simply what performing at your level costs.
Jamie, an actor in Los Angeles, lost thirty-two pounds of body fat in six months. When I asked what he was proudest of, he did not mention any of it. He said mental clarity. He is calmer, he can take a pause, and he no longer feels he has to push all the time.
He first called me in 2024 and did not start for another year, because letting go of the man who could be out until four in the morning and still do eight shows a week felt like losing who he was. What changed was structure, not willpower. No alcohol since New Year, the scales left at home on holiday, and a different person walking into the audition room, now getting callbacks.
The body is the proof, but the clarity is the point.
