Meryl’s diverse background includes a transition from corporate accountant to nail salon owner before becoming an Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner through EFT International. Her keen observation and life experience have shaped her ability to help others reprogram their subconscious minds and facilitate powerful breakthroughs.

Meryl is a trauma-informed practitioner with specialized training in Inner Child, Ancestral, and Surrogate Healing, utilizing both EFT and Optimal EFT techniques. As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, and Meditation Facilitator with over 12 years of experience, she integrates these disciplines into a holistic approach that provides clients with a deeply transformative healing journey.

Drawing from her personal healing journey, Meryl understands how early life experiences shape one’s self-worth and inner peace. She helps others break free from limiting beliefs and emotional wounds, empowering them to believe in themselves and create lives they love.
