Times of Rest, Refreshing, and Reflection

My name is Omar Rogers and I’m the founder of Imagination and Faith ministries. There comes a time in life when all of us need to be refreshed, rest and reflect on our lives. Doing this can energize us for the tasks that stand before us. In a world that wants us to believe that busyness and putting out non stop effort is the pathway to success. Tend to Ignore the reality that this mindset more often than not  leads to ruined families and  burned out lives filled with anxiety, fear and stress. I believe rest, reflection, and refreshing are necessary to maintain a balanced, healthy and productive life experience.
