The Good Energy Doctor: Life is a gift 
Podcast. 

In this episode we go into the importance of keeping the body in a good place. We are body, soul and ego and the body needs to be loved and respected for us to improve and live a more meaningful life.  Eating good food that build the body and movement and rest are all critical for the body and for you to thrive. 
Eat food that is not processed, preferably cook it yourself.
Move every part of your body every day and understand that sleeping is not a form of wasting time, but the time when the body does maintenance and repair. It is absolutely necessary.  Love your body and know that it is a gift.

Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
