Well, last night, our local chamber of commerce had a chili cook-off. I'm proud to say that with my pizza chili submission, I won the prize for the most unique chili and I have a plaque to prove it. Before you start begging for my autograph, I've never cooked chili in my life. Just today I looked up the recipe and, voila, I guess it turned out pretty stinking good. My vote for the best chili was the curry chili. It was super good, aaron. What's the point? The point is that this was a small networking event. I got to meet AJ and his wonderful daughter. Aj is a commercial officer for the local US Bank. I spoke with a pilot from Frontier Airlines, a gentleman that looks like Santa Claus and for real, that's his full-time job and I even met three new people that are in the same industry and introduced them to each other. I see a ton of possible synergy there. It was a wonderful night of networking and building meaningful relationships. I will file away all the conversations I had in a folder in my mind and, who knows when I might need to open that up. Maybe I'll need a commercial loan, maybe I'll need a buddy pass on Frontier Airlines and maybe, just maybe, I might need a picture with Santa Folks. Building real relationships is unique. It takes building being authentic, requires investment, and they must be mutually serving. People also know, though, that they can call me if they need commercial building services or entrepreneur coaching, which gets me to the point for today.

I've been asking for your thoughts on what topic we should deep dive into. Next week, starting on Monday, we will introduce a topic and then, each day, build on it and dive deeper on that topic. The message and thoughts you leave each day will help in assisting the topic for the next day. My job will be to broker our collective wisdom and thoughts. So the topic for Monday is overthinking. I've had multiple people suggest this topic, so here's what I ask Please think about this topic and call in tomorrow and Sunday and give me your thoughts. This will help me shape the topic and share your insights. This is going to be fun. Thank you for not only participating in this Growth Instigators Hotline community. I am grateful you are the community of the Growth Instigators Hotline. Thank you for being vulnerable, consistent and for your contributions. You make us all better. Again, call in, let me know your thoughts on the topic. Overthinking.
