Fulfillment Friday the role of purpose in fulfillment. Okay, here's the one big idea I want to land today. You'll never be satisfied if you're not aligned with what matters most to you. I mean you can hit goals, collect wins, stack the resume and still feel empty if the why behind it all is missing. I mean, good for you, congrats, you made it.

Purpose isn't just some flush, fluffy vision statement. It's the engine under everything that lasts. And get this. Your purpose doesn't have to be grand and flashy and amazing. Your purpose just has to be true, true to your values, true to your design, true to the impact you want to make in the world. Now, okay, right now, take 15 seconds and ask yourself why am I doing what I'm doing? Not just today, but this season, this work, this grind, why are you doing it? If your answer feels foggy, that's okay. Clarity is born in reflection. Sometimes you've got to zoom out to remember what the heck you're building towards. And if your purpose is clear but you've drifted from it, this is your nudge to realign. Yeah, you don't need a new life, you might just need a new lens.
