Fulfillment Friday practicing daily gratitude. So here's the one big idea I want to land today. Gratitude isn't just a feeling, it's a daily discipline that rewires how you experience the world. That's right. Look, I know life gets noisy, stress creeps, inlines, pile up. But when you choose to practice gratitude, you anchor yourself in what's right, not just what's next. Let me give you a quick image. Imagine two hikers same mountain, same path. They're both walking the same way. One notices the blisters, while the other one notices the view. The trail doesn't change, the journey doesn't change, but the experience does. Gratitude changes your leadership. It shifts your posture from scarcity to abundance, from reacting to responding, from grasping to giving.

Author and researcher Brene Brown said I don't have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness. It's right in front of me If I'm paying attention and practicing gratitude. So here's a quick gratitude circuit for today. Okay, start small. Write down three things that went right this week, no matter how small. Write them down Three things.

Next, speak it. Text a team member or friend and say I'm grateful for how you showed up this week, something like that. Speak it. And the last one is this savor the moment, even five seconds of pause over your coffee. Your kids laugh your breath. Yeah, that's gratitude training. You don't need more stuff, you need sharper sight, and gratitude is what clears the lens. Hey, thank you for calling Growth Instigators Hotline. I'd love to hear from you After the beep.
