This isn't about 300. No. This is about all the 300 individual messages it took to get us here. This hasn't just been a one and done thing. No way. Just like life and leadership. So here are some thoughts to reflect on. Consistency beats intensity. That's right. Small steady moments of intentionality create more growth than occasional breakthroughs. Another thought. Real transformation happens in the messy, ordinary middle, not just the starts and the finishes, all the steps it took to get here, especially the messy middle parts. Another thought, you are not behind. Whether you are in your journey and wherever you're at in your journey, you're right on time.
