Devika is a serial entrepreneur as the Founder of I AM ARLA.  Devika used her platform to mentor young entrepreneurs and has an advisory role in multiple female founded start-ups in the UK alongside speaking on global panels about domestic abuse. As a survivor of domestic abuse, Devika realised the power of sharing her story and I AM ARLA was founded to destigmatize trauma and empower women by holding a safe space to share their lived experiences of trauma and healing. She’s been recognised through awards for her achievements including; Forbes 30 under 30 list for healthcare and science, awarded ‘1 of 10 women changing the world’ by Glamour magazine. Devika was awarded "health tech pioneer" in Europe &  Entrepreneur of the year by King’s College London. She now works closely with the United Nations for women’s leadership after being the face of the ‘sheinnovates’ campaign
