Steve was our first cardiac trainer at Epsom Hospital, he helped create a programme for a cardiac rehabilitation that has since guided countless individuals toward healthier lives. This episode explores how Steve began his journey in cardiac rehab, the spark that ignited a passion for helping heart patients regain their health, and the challenges he encountered. He tells his story to Dave and Fred about working with patients who needed support and encouragement.
