Could you be one He is calling to a specific area or people group? The most important thing to do is to obey. Maybe you are to pray for a specific area and the GO when He says Go. Hey guys, a special treat for you today. But first, something has come to my attention that I want to address. And the Lord says to watch and pray. So there are 11 scientists and military leaders in our great, beautiful, God-blessed country called America. They are either missing or they've been killed. And this has got to stop. There's got to be an awareness of this. There's got to be, you know, borders up. Um, what's going on? I've prayed into this specifically for one man. Um he is a retired Air Force general, and he's he just went out for a walk one morning and is never to be seen again. So really bothered me, and I had to take it to the Lord, and I believe the Lord showed me some things that weren't good, but that um he didn't, he didn't talk. I prayed with a friend of mine, and and um he didn't disclose secrets to the enemy. So that's what's that's what's happening, and we just pray together, just agree with me that these attempts will be foiled, these attempts and these attacks will be exposed, and the authorities will be on it, and there will be prosecution, and no, um, we're just not gonna allow that on our watch, on our soil, right? This is this is our land. We stake our claim and we say, if you're not here to bless and enrich America, then you can go back where you came from. So we know we don't wrestle with flesh and blood, but with the powers and principalities of the air. So we just take authority in the spirit, which affects the physical, and we just plead the blood of Yeshua over our homes and our communities, our neighborhoods. And when the enemy tries to come in, um, the Lord raises up a standard against him and he flees. So just a little plug reminder: worship is so powerful. Focus your gaze, focus your attention, lift your hands into the air and worship the Lord in the splendor of his holiness. And just let yourself get enraptured in the love of God. And while we rest and while we worship him, he fights our battles, he does, he does big things that we we can't do, of course, on our own. So this is just I mean, I've been focusing on trading with God lately, and I I wrote a song about it. It's called the Trading Song. You can look it up on Tears of Joy Music, and it's it's what a deal we get. We trade him our stuff, our yuck, our leftovers, our attempts, our tries, and the little tiny something, if anything, that we have got by working apart from him. And what does he give us in return? Peace, love, joy, abundance, abounding in every good work. I mean the blood of Yeshua cleanses from all unrighteousness. What a deal we get when we trade in. The Bible says that righteousness on our own is filthy rags. Um, yeah, here you go. Take this junk and Lord, give me woe, your beauty for ashes, oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness. Woo! Yes, Lord. So we thank you, Father, for what you're doing in the earth and we release it all to you. Thank you, Lord. So when we ascend and we pray together, God gives us strategies for prayer and things that we can decree and declare, because remember, it's a new era, it's a renaissance, and he's taking us higher and sitting us down in heavenly places next to him where we rule and reign with him. So he shows us what he wants to do in the earth, and we, because we're alive, we get to decree and declare it out of our mouth. And when his will is released out of our mouth, there's an explosion, and the angels rush and to do his will, and it's just such an honor, such an exciting calling to pray. And I don't even want to call it prayer anymore because it's so much, it's so powerful. I mean, prayer is so powerful, right? But it's just it's higher now, it's like it's it's just you just have gotta experience it, you know, to to just enter in and see what God's doing and say, Yes, Lord, I'm gonna decree that you're doing that, and that this is happening. And the Bible says we can take that which is not and create what we want to what we want to see and have faith for that and belief for that. So may vision be restored to all of us in the name of Jesus. So I'm gonna read what I wrote in my last month newsletter because it is so power power-packed. We have at our fingertips the logos of God, his written word by the power of the Holy Spirit who led us into all truth. We also have the Rhema word, which is fresh manna spoken to us as often as we come for it. This rhema comes in many different vehicles that are fun to travel in. But this particular day, I was asking Papa for scripture manna. You know how God caused manna to fall on the ground every morning and quail meat every evening for 40 years to feed his people. So cool. We can also rely on God for spiritual and physical fresh manna every day. I opened my Bible to particular scripture and story. So I asked him for manna. I opened my Bible. It's okay, you can do this. And then what are you looking at? Read it, dig in, eat it. Here's the verse, 2 Kings 17, 28. One of the priests who had been exiled from Samaria came back and moved into Bethel. He taught them how to honor and worship God. Looking deeper into the background setting of this verse, it is so awesome. Let's explore just what pleases the God of the land and enjoy his pleasure, favor, and goodness. All right, to the scripture, verse six. In the ninth year of Hoshea's reign, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and took the people into exile in Assyria. He relocated them in Halah and Gozin along the Habor River and in the towns of the Medes. The exile came about because of sin. The children of Israel sinned against God, their God, who had delivered them from Egypt and the brutal oppression of Pharaoh, king of Egypt. They took up with other gods, fell in love with the ways of life of the pagan nations, got it chased off, and went along with whatever the kings did. They did all kinds of things on the sly, things offensive to their god. Then openly and shamelessly built local sex and religion shrines at every available site. They set up their sex and religion symbols at practically every crossroads. I guess they just forgot God. Everywhere you looked there was smoke from their pagan offerings to the deities gross, the identical offerings that had gotten the pagan nations off into exile. They had accumulated a long list of evil actions, and God was fed up. Fed up with their persistent worship of gods carved out of dead wood or shaped out of clay, even though God had plainly said, Um, don't do this ever. God had taken a stand against Israel and Judah. His heart was broke. These are his people. He created them in their mother's womb so perfectly, beautifully, with the kiss of God and the Holy Spirit with him. And they're they don't get it. They're turning away. Speaking clearly through countless holy prophets and seers, time and time again. There you hear it. This is how much God loves his people. He sent prophets and seers over and over. Do you hear me now? Can you hear me now? Do you hear me now? Turn away from your evil way of life. Do what I tell you and have been telling you in the revelation I gave your ancestors, and of which I keep reminding you ever since through my servants, the prophets, but they wouldn't listen. If anything, they were even more bullheaded than their stubborn ancestors, if that's possible. They were contemptuous of his instructions. Oh the solemn and holy covenant he had made with their ancestors and of his repeated reminders and warnings. They lived a what kind of life did they live without God? What does this say? A nothing life. It's like what I was talking about in the beginning, trading your feeble whatever attempts uh in your own strength for God's life. Filthy rags? That's that's even worse than I don't know what's worse, a nothing life or filthy rag life, and became nothings. They became nothings because they lived a nothing life, just like the pagan peoples all around them. Um okay, we're he says, come out, come out from them. This is just a side note, but he doesn't want us to conform. We don't have to be under that stuff. He says, Come to my heart. They were they were well warned. God said, Don't, but they did it anyway. Oh, sometimes we as Americans, as as people, we don't want to be told what to do. We want to do it our way, but that's rebellion, and that's the sin, the same as witchcraft. God forgive us for resisting you. They threw out everything God, their God had told them and replaced him with two statue gods shaped like bull calves, and then a phallic pole for the whore goddess Asherah. They worshipped cosmic forces, sky gods and goddesses, frequented the sex and religion shrines of Baal. They even sank so low as to offer their own sons and daughters as sacrificial burnt offerings. I remember when I was a teenager, we went to a motel and I just flipped on the TV. I was looking at some stations. We didn't even have cable at home. Guys, we didn't even have a microwave or actually a dishwasher until when? Until I left home. Did they get a dishwasher? Oh, God bless them. I'm glad for dishwashers. But so we were, we did not have cable, and so I'm like, wow, let's see what what I can watch on TV. Well, I came across this show, and it was showing what they did in other cultures of of of how they killed and sacrificed to idols, and I was so sick to my stomach that man could do this to man, like basically doing it to themselves. Well, you know, to do stuff like that, a person isn't in their right mind, because we're made in the image of God, that there's another spirit that is causing this, so they're partnering with with the demonic junk, and because Satan can't get God, so he goes after who? God's children. They indulged in all the black arts of magic and sorcery. In short, they prostituted themselves to every kind of evil available to them. And God had had enough. God was so thoroughly angry that he got rid of them, got them out of the country. Get out of here, go, just go. For good until only one tribe was left, Judah. Judah, Judah actually wasn't much better, for Judah also failed to keep God's commands, falling into the same way of life that Israel had adopted. God rejected everyone connected with Israel, made life hard for them, and permitted anyone with a mind to exploit them to do so. And then this final, no, as he threw them out of his sight. Back at the time that God ripped Israel out of their place in the family of David, they had made Jeroboam, son of Nabot king. Jeroboam debauked Israel, turned them away from serving God, and led them into a life of total sin. The children of Israel went along with all the sins that Jeroboam did, never murmured so much as a word of protest. Sometimes you gotta protest, okay? In the end, God spoke a final no to Israel and turned his back on them. He had given them fair warning and plenty of time through the preaching of all his servants, the prophets. What did people like to do to them? They like to stone them. Get away from us. We don't want to hear what you have to say. Hmm, put my hands over my ears and hum. Then he exiled Israel from her land to Assyria, and that's where they are now. The king of Assyria brought in pagan people from Babylon. So he's like, I need some people. Let's bring them in. Babylon, Kutha, Ava, Hamath, and Sevref, Severavim, and relocated them in the towns of Samaria. So he just went out and got people, but these people didn't know God, replacing the exiled Israelites. They moved in as if they owned the place. Oh, thank you very much, and made themselves at home. It's a blessed land, it's God's land. I bet it felt wonderful when the Assyrians first moved in. God was just another God to them. They neither honored nor worshipped him. They didn't know any different. They were just used to worshiping lots of gods. Then God sent lions among them, and people were mauled and killed. Yes, I just said that. Did you know that? God sent lions among them and people were mauled and killed. Do animals listen to God? Yes. Does all creation listen to God? Yes, as he is, so are we in this world. Do animals listen to us? Yes. Do animals listen? Does creation listen to us? Yes. That might be a new revelation for some of you. That's a whole nother message. This message was then sent back to the king of Assyria. The people you brought in to occupy the towns of Samaria don't know what's expected of them from the God of the land. As the lowercase G, because they didn't know there's only one God. And now he sent lions and they're killing people right and left because nobody knows what the God of the land expects of them. The king of Assyria ordered, oh, okay, okay, guys. Send back some priests who are taken into exile from there. They can go back and live there and instruct the people in what the God of the land expects of them. How many priests came? One. One of the priests who had been exiled from Samaria came back and moved into Bethel. He taught them how to honor and worship God. Wow, what a job that would have been. Ah, I would have felt like so alone and alienated, but he just God was with him and he spoke. But each people that Assyria had settled went ahead anyway, making its own gods and setting them up in the neighborhood sects and religion shrines that the citizens of Samaria had left behind, a local custom made god for each people. For Babylon, Suckath, Benoth, for Kutha, Nergal, for Hamath. I don't even want to repeat these names. Okay, so all these locations, all these specific gods. Passionate worship in the wrong places. People burned their children in sacrificial offerings to these gods. You see how passionate they were? Now just turn that passion into the right thing. And for one thing, stop killing your own children that are a gift from God. They didn't even know that. They wanted to hear because they didn't know how to live right. Oh, we need to do this, and uh then they did it, and and it God spared them. They honored and worshiped God, but not exclusively. They also appointed all sorts of priests, regardless of qualification, to conduct a variety of rites at the local fertility shrines. They honored and worshiped God, but they also kept up their devotions to the old gods of the places they had come from. It's hard to break habits, isn't it? My mom, my grandma, my grandpa, my you know, they all did it and we all did it, so we're just kind of used to doing it this way. This required a total turnaround. A total, what do they what do they say when you want to quit smoking? Cold turkey. You gotta cut it, and they're but they're still doing it, still worshiping any old God that has nostalgic appeal to them. How shallow is that? They don't really worship God, they don't take seriously what he says regarding how to behave and what to believe, what he revealed to the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel. God made a covenant with his people and ordered them. Here you go. This, my friends, is the beautiful words of covenant. It's one of my favorite words because without it, we got nothing. God has given us covenant in blood, his the blood of Yeshua. There's covenants from the Old Testament, and guys, we can pull on the truths of this covenant. So, this to me was just the icing. The cherry on the top of the cake is this covenant. It is so precious. I just want to prepare you before I read these words because seriously, these words will break curses off your life. They'll break wrong mentality. When you can say these words back to God and say, you're doing these things for me, and I thank you, God. You activate it in your life. You receive it. Here we go. Here's what God said: don't honor other gods. Got it? Don't worship them, don't serve them, don't offer sacrifices to them. So stop it, okay? Okay, got it. Worship God, capital G God, the God who delivered you, remember, from Egypt in great and personal power. Like he was right there for you. A fire by night, a cloud by day. Remember all that stuff? Reverence and fear him. We need a holy fear of the Lord. We I've been praying that for different places to just come under the fear of the Lord. It is the beginning of wisdom. Worship him, sacrifice to him, which means we bring a sacrifice of praise into the house of the Lord. So worship him as our sacrifice is pleasing and acceptable to him. And only him. Okay, that's the deal. Only all the things he had written down for you, directing you and what to believe and how to behave. Well, do them for as long as you live. So only only worshiping God. Show me. Am I worshiping any other God? Show me, Lord. Forgive me. I really want to divorce other gods right now. Show me that I can I can just leave that and cling to you. Lord, would you do that with me? Would you help me bond to you and just reprogram my brain? Because my brain kind of wants to go back to what's familiar. But I want you to take out that wiring and put in your spirit, your wiring. My original wiring is for only you. Help me remember that. Talk to him, pour your heart out like water unto the Lord. And whatever you do, don't worship other gods. Okay, keep saying that. It's so important. And the covenant he made with you. Don't forget your part in that and don't worship other gods. Worship God and God only. He's the one one. Raise up your finger. Number one, he's the one God who will save you from enemy oppression. How nice of Papa to repeat the covenant here, mercifully reminding us of his heart toward his children. Can you feel the anguish and sorrow he must have felt when he wanted to bless his people? But their choices and actions didn't permit him to bless them. He cannot go against his word. I was raised in the church, good churches too, and it surprised me when I'd speak the word covenant to those outside the church or even in some church circles that they didn't know what the word covenant even meant. That's because church has been stuck inside the building. If we would be out of the church talking to people, talking to our friends and our neighbors, and any random stranger the Lord highlights to us, we would have spread the good news. If you don't know what the word covenant means, surely you don't know what the Lord of the land requires to receive his pleasure, peace, and fullness, right? Makes sense to me. So what does this covenant mean for us today? There are obvious gods and there are subtle, sneaky gods. Ask Holy Spirit, is there anything I'm putting before you? If so, pray this prayer with me. God of the land and God of the land of my life, my King, my holy God, my holy high God, Lord Sabaoth. I choose by an act of my will to repent, renounce, and break off any agreement with blank. You fill it in. Forgive me for putting a God or Gods in front of you. Now listen, what does Papa say back to you? You can pause this recording right now. Thank you for forgiving me. I also forgive myself and tear down evil altars of idolatry on behalf of me and my bloodlines, all the way back to Adam and Eve in Jesus' name. You are King of the throne and altar of my heart and life. I now freely receive all the blessings of covenant and what your heart longs to give me. Fill any empty space with precious Holy Spirit and seal your work now. Share what this covenant alignment looks like for you with others. Who knows? You could be a priest or messenger that he sends to those who don't yet know the covenant, who don't yet know the one true God of their land.
