Something absolutely wonderful, miraculous, astounding, just amazing is happening right now this week. It started on Sunday, and it's a gathering of 50 leaders in our nation who are taking turns reading different scriptures in the Bible. And our president, President Donald J. Trump is one of them. This is so epic. I am not kidding. We are gonna look back on this time, and our children, our grandchildren, we will be like, you live during that time. Wow, tell me about it. That's so amazing. And you know, when you go through it, you just start kind of just going through the motions of life. You don't really appreciate it. But what we're going through right now is epic, it's a major event, and it's like a it's like B C and A D. It really is. It's a rebirthing, and what God is doing, it just it just brings tears to my eyes. And I just really want to honor President Donald J. Trump as being chosen by God, anointed by God for this time, and oh my goodness, all this stuff that's happening, and and it may look a little confusing. Like, what is he doing in this in this war over there in Iran? And what doesn't seem to make sense, what's going on? It's okay, just throw your hands up to the Lord because he knows and he's leading our president, and there's a lot that's going on behind the scenes, but it's all gonna come out and it's all gonna be good. So there's something going on right now this week, like I said earlier, and it's one week, one nation, one book, and they're reading through the Bible in one week, and we have gotten my daughter does 75 hard, so does uh Parker, and at work he's even got his uh co-workers going along with 75 hard too, which is a very strict exercise regimen and the way you eat, you're just supposed to not skip a day, it's like you're going at this hard, you know. So, well, I'm not gonna commit to that. I I have to have more grace, I guess. But what I did want to commit to was reading the Bible with my family one hour in the evening for 75 days, and it's already changed me, and I don't know about the rest of my family, but it's been such a sweet time because to be so intentional to just sit there and share not just the Bible, but questions come up and discussion comes up that would have never been able to be addressed if we didn't have this special time set apart. Like this is fierce determination. Like we have our alarm set, and it's like we you know, there's grace. Like last night, my husband and I had to get out of the house, went for a walk, and and we got back later, but then we just resumed it then, and and um, so there's definitely grace, but to just really make it a priority, I just believe that the Lord comes and he loves it, and he speaks to us, so we get the logos and the rhema of him speaking to personally to each one of us as we read his word. So, in now, this may sound strange to some of you. I have a Jerusalem Bible, New Jerusalem Bible, and it has some what some would consider extra books in it, but it's actually more of the books that were in the original Bible. One is called Elastichus. No, it's not I always try to call it Elastic Girl, but it's Ecclesiasticus, that's a lot of syllables. Oh my goodness, and it's um another book like Ecclesiastes, but written by what was his name, Chad? Ben? Ben, that's a short name. Ben is the short name, and he's uh a Jewish man, and so he's very wise, and so he just shares things. I mean, it's like sitting with your great, okay, great, great, great, great grandpa, and just saying, you know, what did you learn from your experience and living and some of it, you know? I just prayed over it, like, Lord, if there's anything in here that isn't relevant, then just I'll just you know let it fall to the floor. And but there's been already so much blessing and strength coming from it, and I believe our generations today are starving for wisdom. Like, help me with my marriage, help me with raising my kids, help me with being faithful and all these different things, and I'm just recommending it because there's some really sweet, sweet things in it. Um, and like I said, there are some things that you can you can throw over your shoulder, um, but just be reading it with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit, read it with me. So I say all that to introduce Ecclesiasticus 47, because when my son was reading it last night, he was reading about David, and so toward the end of the book, he gets this Ben talks more about each of these leaders from the past, and so David, and as he was um reading about David, I could not help but be flooded with amazement at what God is doing with our president right now, is another spirit of David, and so I'm just gonna read this, and um I don't know where you're at with the president, and that's okay, but just be open to wow, we really are in in an amazing time, just just open up to that um goodness, really. It's just amazing. So here we go. So chapter 47. After him arose Nathan to prophesy in the time of David. So God was so good to provide a prophet specifically for the time of Nathan in I mean of David in office. So that's a huge blessing. As the fat is set apart from the communion sacrifice, so is David chosen out of the Israelites. Now I'm serious, you can put our president in here instead of the name David, and it is you know how fat is set apart, and so he that's pretty obvious. He was called, and you know, he didn't he had no desire to do it, he didn't need the money, he didn't need to come under all of this responsibility, but they approached him and said, We're going down the tubes. Will you please run for president? And and he and he did, and he took it seriously. Okay, he played with lions as though with kids. Now that symbolizes other nations to me, and with bears as though with lambs. This man is so confident. While still a boy, did he not slay the giant and take away the people's shame by hurling a stone from his sling and cutting short the boasting of Goliath, which makes me think of what's going on in Iran, for he called on the Lord Most High, who gave strength to his right arm to put a mighty warrior to death and assert the strength of his own people. Hence they gave him credit for ten thousand and praised him while they blessed the Lord by offering him a crown of glory. Now, some uh prophetic people have said the pres President Donald J. Trump is like a modern-day Cyrus, and I believe that's from Isaiah 35, and it talks about him as not even though it says, even though you don't know me, God's talking, I have chosen you, and I know you. And so as we see this, God can use anyone, and so get over the little idiosyncrasies, get over the Mr. He's not Mr. Nice Guy, whatever. The man has the heart of a lion, and he's chosen by God, and um we need to pray for him, and that we got we're accountable for the words we speak to God. We're accountable to God, the words we speak about him, and your words we're all quantum entangled, and so your words matter. So this is just a uh a motherly scolding, maybe, of just saying, hey, watch your mouth and speak life and blessing, and that's what comes back to you because if you read the Bible, we reap what we sow. So if we're gonna bless the man of God, that blessing comes back to us. If we curse, then that's not good. So, yes, for he destroyed the enemies on every front, he annihilated his foes, the Philistines, and crushed their strength forever, and all his activities. He gave thanks to the Holy One, Most High, and words of glory. Oh, I love that. I'm a word person. I just finished publishing um another book called Plants Entangle, it'll be up on Amazon soon, and it's wonderful. So, words are important. Okay, he put all his heart into his songs out of love for his creator. He placed singers before the altar melodiously to sing. So David knew how important worship was, and David had a very soft heart for worshiping God. He gave the feast their splendor, the festivals their solemn pomp, causing the Lord's holy name to be praised and the sanctuary to resound from dawn. And I think about the the fun things that President Trump has done to just restore the spirit of America. He sent uh a team into space to the moon, and he's like, get back the good things, get back the you know, get back to the basics of how America is good, and and um I just it just builds up the American spirit, and wow, it's just so cool to watch this happening. The Lord took away his sins, making his strength ever greater. He gave him a royal covenant and a glorious throne in Israel, and that is the end of that section as on a recap of David's life from our new friend Ben, who wrote, Oh, Elasticus, no, Ecclesiasticus. Okay, so in this week we are celebrating, and just I'll tell you what, when I saw the president speak the this scripture when it was his turn, it just brought it, it brought tears to my eyes, and I'm like, wow, what was flooding my heart was this is what we've been praying for. And some of us, blood, sweat, and tears over this nation. And and you know, finally God's saying, This nation will not be lost, and it will be saved. And so this is what we're seeing is is the hand of God, and it's it's wonderful. So I'm gonna read a little bit what Dutch shared because, like I said, this is going on this week. This is a now word, and we can you can tune into it anywhere. Pure Flix is hosting, and um and just listen to it for yourself and see what comes up in your heart as you listen to our president speak these words from the Bible. It is is epic. We are living in a very important season regarding America's turnaround. The changes we have requested of the Lord for decades are occurring from revival breaking out on our campuses to prayer and worship in the White House, from a call for the reading of the scriptures over our nation to the rededication of America as one nation under God. Significant events are taking place. It is critical that the church supports and partners with these changes. Yes, wake up, church. Stand at attention. America reads the Bible as an endeavor to exalt God's word over our nation. It began last Sunday. The organizers state, just as Ezra read the word aloud to the people of Israel in Nehemiah 8:1 through 3, awakening revival and repentance, inspiring them to rebuild the temple and working with Nehemiah to mobilize the people to rebuild Jerusalem's walls, right? America's walls got torn down, and we let in um enemy stuff. And that's a thing. My daughter had a prophetic dream several years ago, and she was sick, and she saw bad guys coming on boats and invading America, and it was pretty scary at the time, and that's that's what has happened. But sometimes the Lord allows things to get worse so that people will turn around and cry out to him, and of course, he comes every time to to our rescue. He's so such a good father. America reads the Bible as a sacred opportunity to call our nation back to its spiritual foundations through a public continuous reading of the entire Bible in our nation's capital by our national leaders from all spheres of influence. We believe God can spark revival in individual hearts and inspire Americans to carry the word forward in their lives and communities into the next 250 years of our national story. In honor of the 250th birthday of the United States, America reads the Bible serves as a spiritual celebration of our nation's founding ideals and a call to rediscover the truth that still anchors us today. 500 leaders from across America will read a passage of scripture on Tuesday evening. President Trump will participate and read from 2 Chronicles 7. What a perfect verse for him. You can find out how you can see and agree with this amazing reading through the Bible online by going to America ReadstheBible.com. All right, four months prior to the signing of the Declaration of Independence on March 16, 1776, the Second Continental Congress issued a resolution designating Friday, May 17th, 1776, as the day of humiliation, fasting, and prayer to seek divine favor for the colonies. This is history, guys. We need to know this. The text advises colonists to confess sins, repent, and ask God to bless the American cause, preserve the colonies, and restore peace. Now, without realizing they were doing so, President Trump and his team chose the exact same date. What? May 17th for this year's national jubilee of prayer, praise, and thanksgiving. Rededicating America as one nation under God. What an incredible confirmation of God's providential hand leading our President and his team to conduct this gathering. I believe it is an announcement from the Lord that our many prayers, solemn assemblies, and days of fasting over the past 40 years are coming to fruition. It's been a long, a long season of slavery. Time to wake up and be reprogrammed for freedom. Only in the Lord, freedom in Christ. This all-day gathering on the Washington Mall will highlight the country's 250 years of providential history, emphasizing the role of faith in America's founding and history, and rededicate the nation as one nation under God. It will absolutely be a once-in-a-lifetime event. I wouldn't miss it for anything. My son yesterday, he's like, Mom, remember when we went to Washington, DC? But I was really young, you know, and and he's like, I think I'd really appreciate it a lot more now. Oh my gosh, I feel a trip brewing in our summer future. The 1776 resolution. Here's a portion of that. In times of impending calamity and distress, when the liberties of America are imminently endangered by the secret machinations, machinations, and open assaults of an insidious and vindictive administration, it becomes the indispensable duty of these hitherto free and happy colonies, with true penitence of heart and the most reverent devotion, publicly to acknowledge the overruling providence of God, to confess and deplore our offenses against Him, and to supplicate His interposition for averting the threatened danger and prospering our strenuous efforts in the cause of freedom, virtue, and prosterity. Desirous at the same time to have people of all ranks and degrees duly impressed with a solemn sense of God's superintending providence and of their duty devoutly to rely in all their lawful enterprises on his aid and direction, do earnestly recommend that Friday, the 17th day of May next, be observed by the said colonies as a day of humiliation, fasting, and prayer, that we may with united hearts confess and bewail our manifold sins and transgressions, and by a sincere repentance and amendment of life appease his righteousness pleasure, and though the merits through the merits of meditation of Jesus Christ, obtain his pardon and forgiveness, humbly imploring his assistance to frustrate the cruel purposes of our unnatural enemies, and by inclining the their hearts to justice and benevolence, prevent the further effusion of kindred blood. Now, this is original language, it's throwing me off a little bit, but it is beautiful and it's very rich because there's so many words that are um kind of unfamiliar. The Lord heard their prayer and gave them freedom from Britain. This May 17th, we will direct our nation to him and he will hear again, granting grace and mercy. Okay, and then there's a prayer, just as solemn and dedicated, the temple. It says, He stood before the altar of the Lord in the presence of all the assembly of Israel and spread out his hands toward heaven. He said, O Lord the God of Israel, there is no God like you in heaven above or on earth beneath, keeping covenant and showing loving kindness to your servants who walk before you with all their heart. Yet have regard, yet have regard to the prayer of your servant and to his supplication, O Lord my God, to listen to the cry and to the prayer which your servant prays before you today, that your eyes may be opened toward whoa, oh I feel the Holy Spirit, this house night and day, toward this place of which you have said, My name shall be here, to listen to the prayer which your servant shall pray toward this place. Listen to the supplication of your servant and of your people Israel when they pray toward this place here in heaven, your dwelling place, here and forgive. If there is a famine in the land, if there is a pestilence, if there is blight or mildew, locust or grasshopper, if their enemy besieges them in the land of their cities, whatever plague, whatever sickness there is, whatever prayer or supplication is made by any man or by all your people Israel, each knowing the affliction of his own heart, and spreading his hands toward this house, then hear in heaven, hear it, Lord, your dwelling place, and forgive and act and render to each according to his ways, whose heart you know, for you alone know the hearts of all the sons of men, that they may fear you all the days that they live in the land which you have given our fathers. When Solomon had finished praying this entire prayer and supplication to the Lord, he arose from before the altar of the Lord and kneeling on his knees with his hands spread toward heaven, and he stood and blessed all the assembly of Israel with a loud voice, saying, Blessed be the Lord who has given rest to his people Israel according to all that he has promised. Not one word has failed of all his good promise, which he promised through Moses, his servant. May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our fathers. May he not leave us or forsake us, that he may incline our hearts to himself. That's such a great prayer, to walk in all his ways and to keep his commandments and his statutes with his ordinances, which is commanded by our forefathers. And may these words of mine, with which I have made supplication before the Lord, be near to the Lord our God day and night, that he may maintain the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel as each day requires, so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the Lord is God, there is no one else. Let your heart therefore be wholly devoted to the Lord our God, to walk in his statutes, to keep his commandments as at this day. Now the king and all Israel with him offered sacrifice before the Lord. And today we that consisted of animals. But because Jesus died for us, he was the one for the many, he ended up, he ended that sacrificing of animal blood because he was the ultimate, the final sacrifice. So when it says sacrifice, I just say, We bring a sacrifice of praise. We just praise God. We just get to offer him our worship and praise. And what's coming to my mind as well is the ironic blessing, which is may the Lord bless you. So right now I'm just reaching, stretching out my hands to whoever's listening to this podcast. Put your hand on your heart. That's your act of faith to receive this blessing. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord be gracious to you and lift his countenance to you. May the Lord put his name upon you and give you his peace. So when the when the Lord said that in the ironic blessing, it after that it says he put by doing this, he put his name on the people. So just with your hand on your heart, Lord, Lord, thank you for putting your name on me. I I give you permission to mark me, to put your name on me. Put your name on me and my family. Put your name on my house and all the stuff you've entrusted to us. I feel like I need to say that one more time. May the Lord bless you and keep you. May He make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift his countenance to you and give you His peace. And you can look that blessing up and um it's called the ironic A-R-O-N-I-C blessing. I believe it's in numbers. Okay, now for the for the cherry on the top of this podcast, we're gonna listen to our honorable president Donald J. Trump as he reads for um two minutes and fifty-two seconds from the Word of God, his section of America Reads the Bible.

SPEAKER_01

Thus Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king's house, and all that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the Lord, and in his own house he prosperously effected. And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night and said to him, I have heard your prayer and have chosen this place to myself for a house of sacrifice. If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people, if my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now my eyes shall be open and my ears attent to the prayer that is made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this house, that my name may be there forever, and my eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually. And as for you, if you will walk before me, as David your father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded you, and shall observe my statutes and my judgments, then when I establish the throne of my kingdom according to as I have covenanted with David your father, saying there shall not fail you as a man to be ruler in Israel. But if you turn away and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and shall go and serve other gods and worship them, then will I pluck them up from the roots out of my land which I have given them, and this house which I have sanctified from my name will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to be a proverb and a my word among nations, and this house which is high shall be an astonishment to every one that passes by it, so that he shall say, Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house? And it shall be answered, because they forsook the Lord God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt and laid hold on other gods and worship them and serve them. Therefore has he brought all this evil upon them.
