WELCOME TO TRUTH SLICKER!
Romans 12:2 says, "Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit".
"For if you embrace the truth, it will release true freedom into your lives.” John 8:32
What is TRUTH? We can go back to the beginning, back to the basics. There are answers, there are absolutes, there is an original Devine Order (Health and Wealth for example) to live a blessed and prosperous life, personally and in every mountain of society: Family, Religion, Education, Media, Arts and Entertainment, Business, and Government. So weather we find Words of TRUTH in the scriptures, a NOW Rhema Word from our Creator, or receive strategies to apply these revelations to everyday modern life, we are to sell everything to gain it.
Then my father taught me, saying,
“Never forget my words.
If you do everything that I teach you, you will reign in life.”
So make wisdom your quest—
search for the revelation of life’s meaning.
Don’t let what I say go in one ear and out the other.
Stick with wisdom and she will stick to you,
protecting you throughout your days.
She will rescue all those who passionately listen to her voice.
Wisdom is the most valuable commodity—so buy it!
Revelation-knowledge is what you need—so invest in it!
Wisdom will exalt you when you exalt her truth.
She will lead you to honor and favor
when you live your life by her insights.
You will be adorned with beauty and grace,
and wisdom’s glory will wrap itself around you,
making you victorious in the race."
Proverbs 4:4-9

The Alchemy Code Utmost Skincare You Can Eat!
Welcome back to Truth Slicker. It's awesome to have you here. We're gonna have a fun day today talking about smoothies. And if you haven't heard of them, I'd be really surprised. There's a lot of smoothies at the fast food places, uh quick coffee places, but is it real fruit? And what's the sweetener? Those are my first two questions because there's a lot of sweeteners out there, and some have even been derived from ant poison. So you just gotta be really careful with the sugar, with the sweetener that that they're putting in with your smoothie. Smoothies are meant to heal, food is meant to heal us, and Isaiah 55, 2 says, Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest affair. Why do you spend money for what is not bread? So and your wages for what is not going to give you strength. So we have a lot of empty options. Um bread itself is my grandma used to say, the whiter the bread, the sooner you're dead. Because she knew their generation knew they saw the crossing over of the healthy food into empty, empty calories, empty food, and and um it got their attention, and but we're we kind of were born into it, our generation, and so we just think it's normal, but it's not, it's not, it's not. So on Truth Slicker today, we're gonna talk about something that is jam-packed with nutrition and real high, what's the word? Hydration for your body and your cells, your blood. When you structure water with a living vegetable, that's just what it does, it structures the water and causes it to be come alive and with a with a negative charging to clean out your cells instead of bypassing the cells, and the same water stays in it, and it just needs to get cleaned out. So we want to do that. And what better way than first thing in the morning? We have options. We can have a bowl of cereal that is like eating cardboard with synthetic vitamins and minerals, and putting sugar on it, or it's already got loads of sugar on it, and then milk, and then going off to school. What are you what are you fueling while you're burning sugar, and there's highs and lows with that, and it's not nourishing your cells, you're gonna feel hungry soon, and I think we can do better than that. And the younger we start with our kids, the more they'll get in the habit of of healthy foods, and and a get a liking, have a liking for it. So especially if you talk about it moms, like it's wonderful and it's exciting, and we get to have a smoothie this morning. And now my smoothies, I I have I try to have one almost every day, not at quite every day, but I can tell when I don't. Um, my smoothies are a little bit stronger than my daughter's smoothies, and that's okay. She I'm more medicinal, and she's just happy to get the sneaking in the spinach and sneaking in the ginger and sneaking in, you know, things that the kids maybe wouldn't normally eat, just raw. Um, and because it's blended in a blender, it's not a juicer, so you're getting the fiber, and it's it doesn't have to go through your jet digestion. Your digestion, yeah, your digestion doesn't have to be activated and work to digest that food, it's so easily um is absorbed into the body, into the blood, into the cells, and and the more you have that, the more it replaces any chemicals, any junk that's been there before. So I thought I would do a podcast on smoothies because of how important it is, and we know that when you add greens to your diet, you don't crave sugar as much. It helps to kind of quiet that beast and to not crave these bad sugary things that are too available around us, and so we're gonna talk about some of the different qualities of what goes into a smoothie, and you're gonna want the best water possible. Um, we have a filtration system in our kitchen. Um uh reverse osmosis water is is a little tricky because it's had it's been stripped of good and bad, so it's a very thirsty water, and it works. If that's what you got, you can use it. But reverse osmosis is good. Um I'm sorry, did I say reverse osmosis before? I meant um what's the kind that um distilled? That's what I meant. Reverse osmosis is what I recommend for water. Um, at least, you know, if you have a system, if you have, you know, there's alkalizers, there's all kinds of things these days that that you can have for water, and water is so important, and you know, I've seen the difference when I garden, when I water the garden myself with a hose versus the rain from heaven. Come on, it is just different. I don't know how to explain it, it's just alive, maybe that's it. It's just like it's got this like charge to it, and the plants just thrive whenever they get rained on, versus my hose from water under the earth, you know, coming from water under there. So water is very important, and we wanna, it's good too to speak or sing over your water and just bless it and make decre of course. I'm a big decree promoter, so uh as you're taking time, you know, allow extra time in your morning to enjoy your smoothie and and just declare over your morning as you're drinking it, this is gonna be a great day, and I make brilliant, quick decisions, and just whatever comes to you, you know, just say empowering statements, and your water is gonna hear you because we have authority over all the earth in the name of Jesus, and and the earth is waiting for us to say things to activate it. So here it's so cool. Why not activate and make your smoothie even more glorious and powerful by speaking over it and thankfulness and gratitude? Oh my gosh, that's like number one. We enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with praise. So praise and thanksgiving are wonderful. So a few years back, um, we were property managers at a place where we were helping girls um who had been abused, and I would make smoothies in my house um in the morning, and sometimes they would wander over, you know, just to chat or whatever, and I would say, Do you want a smoothie? And what's that? And I've never had that before, you know, and and so they would they would try it and maybe take one sip and put it down and walk out the door, but they're thinking about it, right? And they come back and next time, oh that's that's really good, and some people more than others. Well, recently one of those girls texted me and she said, I just want Tanya to come over and make me a smoothie this morning, and I just like oh, that that truly just made my day. So I thought, you know what? I'm gonna get her hooked up. I'm gonna teach her how to make it, and she had a she had a blender, and um she did it, and she went off to Trader Joe and got her ingredients, and bless her heart, she sent me a picture of her first smoothie, and she loved it. She said, you know, some of her friends are like, What are you doing? That's gross or whatever, and that's kind of sad that it's so foreign to them, but I'm just so proud of her that she's doing it anyway. She's like, I don't know, it's just so nourishing, and and that's right, and it's very exciting what this is actually going to do in her ash if she keeps at it and she keeps taking it, you know, the mental clarity, and we're gonna get into more of the benefits of each of the each of the items that we put in the smoothie. And smoothies are so versatile, you can change it up, you can you can add, you know, whatever you want, you know, do your own research. And do you have uh thyroid issues? Look up look up veggies or look up herbs or even essential oils that help, you know, with something like that, or or do you just want to be calm, or is this more of a comforting smoothie, or is this an energizing, you know, whatever it is, you can tailor make it. You can make a citrus smoothie and all this stuff. So um, I'm just gonna share. I've been doing smoothies well, I don't even know forever, and I'm so grateful to to have learned it, and I just want to share this information on with you because it's something that you can do and and replace. Start with replacing your cereal or your bread or your pancakes or your you know, grainy, whatever you're doing in the morning, and just see, just see how it goes. So, um uh chia seed is something you can put in smoothies, but I will say it does make the smoothie thicker. So you either need to add a lot more water, or after you blend it up, then pour the chia seed in, mix it quick with a spoon, and then drink it pretty quickly. I'd say maybe you have about half a minute before the chia takes over and you have smoothie pudding. So, but you're getting fiber and bulk from the chia seed and the omega 3 oils, it's so good for your brain, and and there's also chia pudding, actual chia pudding that you can make that oh, you don't have to add you know the flour to make it thick. The chia does it all isn't isn't it brilliant? God designed chia seeds to to do that, and now we can take a chia seeds. Okay, what can we make? Well, let's make a pudding. Cool. So it's it's just it's just so cool to be awakened to all the blessings and the food that God's created. I want to skip back to the verse one more time because not only is God talking about food, listen, listen to me and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest affair. He's not only talking about food, physical food, he's talking about spiritual food, which is because we listen, listen to him. When we eat what is good, it's feasting on the word, feasting on the Bible and and our quiet time, our intimate time with God. Oh, and he calls that that's the highest you can go, the richest of fare, the what is it, top sirloin, or there's another fillet of steak. I forget what it's called. But when he speaks to you as you're reading the word of God, ask him to do that by the way, that is seriously, what there's just nothing like it, it's the best. So that is food for our soul, and the more we feed our soul with that richest affair from the word of God and his presence, the bigger and stronger our soul man gets, or our spirit man gets, and the brighter our light shines. So let's start with oh let's do spinach. So spinach is a powerhouse, and what we love about spinach, you don't taste it. You can stick a whole fistful into your smoothie, and there's no greens flavor. It it just again, thank you, Lord, because you can give it to your kids and they don't even know that they're getting spinach. So, or you can call it the it used to be Popeye, you know, he would eat cans of spinach and become so strong, and and now you can say it's an incredible hulk um um smoothie, incredibly low in calories while delivering an immense concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Wow! So spinach is so powerful and so so secret. We love that, supports eye health, promotes strong bones, fights inflammation and disease, combats fatigue, and we talked about hunger cravings. It also boosts heart health. So there's some tips for so with spinach. Also, I love kale, and if you can get a good kale that's a tender kale, I like to go shopping at Trader Joe. Of course, growing it in your own garden is the best, but Trader Joe is the next best. So kale does have a little bit or a lot of flavor, depending on if it's a young kale or mature kale. But if if I'm focusing on something and I want to get well, maybe I'm sick, you know. I'm gonna use kale because just for that extra boost, kale flight fights inflammation, promotes heart health, aids detoxification. Oh, what is that? It's glucosinite content, supports liver health, and helps facilitate the production of important enzymes. Again, supports eye health and improves digestion. So you're gonna go poop um after you have a smoothie, it's gonna get things moving. Did you know every time you eat, you're supposed to go to the bathroom? Yeah. So if you eat three times a day, you're supposed to be pooping three times a day. And not very many people do that. Because we remember the American diet has been reduced to empty, empty food. So here's here's how to get back your your regular pooping. Yay! Okay, so when you cook, if you want to cook kale on the stove, which is really, really it's a it's fun and it is tasty, and some people make kale chips, but it does allow for better absorption of certain minerals and is gentler on sensitive stomachs. So there's a little side note about kale. We love kale, and um yeah, it's super fun to grow in your garden, it's super easy. Okay, ginger. So ginger is a root. Trader Joe has ginger, and I always recommend getting organic because then you're not adding chemicals to your smoothie. We don't want a chemical cocktail here. So what does ginger do? Um I'm just I'm pausing because I want to make sure that it goes back to recording after. Okay, it still is recording. Sorry, I was getting a phone call in there. Ginger, like I was saying, is a root vegetable, and um so what I do with ginger, I buy a pack and just leave it on the counter. If you if you if it's hard to get to Trader Joe, like I used to live like an hour away from one, I would buy several packs, leave one on the counter, and cut or break the other ones into smoothie-sized sections and throw them in the freezer. And then just take out the section you want when you're ready and go for it. So it helps relieve nausea, it fights fungal infections, it protects against stomach ulcers, it eases menstrual pains, it may inhibit cancer growth, regulates blood sugar, relieves joint and muscle pain. These are not little things, lowers cholesterol levels, improves brain function, blocks bacterial infections, eases inflammation, and promotes proper digestion. Why would you not put ginger in your smoothie? We love ginger at first. It's a little sharp and it's like, ooh, you know, a little spicy, but you get used to it, so don't shy away. Start with a smaller amount and work up to like I I make a smoothie for my whole family, so I just do a whole Vitamix full of you know smoothie, and so I probably put like oh I would say two inches, two, mmm, uh two, two and a half inches of ginger in a full family smoothie. So if you're just doing one person, like a half an inch would be great. Okay, next. Now, this is interesting. Um, not very many people will eat a lemon. Um actually, my daughter loves to just suck on lemons, and and that's cool for her, but I can't do that. And of course, we can slice slices and put it in our water, but when you can put the lemon in your smoothie and include the peel, I know, isn't it wild? Like, can you even eat lemon peel? Yes, you can, and it's even more nutritious than the lemon. That's what's crazy. So I buy lemons, you know where, I get them home, I wash them with with soap and water, rinse them real good. I cut off the head and the butt, and then I put them in a bag and stick them in the freezer. Now that works, and then you I take out one or two to put in my smoothie. A whole lemon or another whole lemon, uh, or two, you know, two whole lemons, you're getting the peel, like it's so so good for you. It is bitter. So, my grandkids, if they want to have lemonade, homemade lemonade, I will use a lemon, but I will cut off strips of the peel, trying to leave on some of the peel just because I'm a nerd and I and and I want to have as much vitamins in the any food that we put in our mouth at any given time. So I'll try to savor that and and keep that as much lemon as I can, but without it going, you know, too bitter. Um so putting the lemons in there and um it in the smoothie with the peel was a breakthrough for me. And you come on, you can handle a little bit of bitter in the lemon because when we add the protein powder, that's gonna add the sweet. So remember, as you're drinking this, this is too, you can just envision it going in to your cells, like knocking at the door, and the cell looking at the smoothie particles and yay, we've been waiting for you now, guys. Look what we can do, and they're gonna start building, they're gonna start doing what they were created to do instead of being oh sluggish and slow and not doing their jobs. Yeah, so cool. Top lemon peel benefits, aids in fat digestion. So it's got an enzyme D-lamonine, a compound that stimulates the liver to produce bile, which is essential for digesting fats and detoxing the gallbladder. Wow, supports gut health, packed with pectin fiber, which feeds beneficial gut bacteria and helps regulate ball movements, yay! Boosts immunity, they are highly concentrated in vitamin C and flavonoids like quercetin and naring, which fight off cellular damage and oxidative stress. Skin, did you know lemon peel is good for your skin? Skin and heart health. The strong antioxidant properties help reduce free radical damage, support aging skin, and overall cardiovascular health. So keep your peel. We love lemon peels. Add them to your smoothie. Okay, now we're gonna talk about turmeric. This one is a whole nother level, and again, this is a tuber, it's harder to find. Someday I'd love to grow it in my garden. The bright, bright orange. It's so fascinating. Just a side note, look at all the vegetables and their colors. You're actually looking at their minerals. Almost, almost like you're looking at an amethyst or an emerald, or what oh, Sardis. There's all so many diamonds, there's so many different gemstones. When you look at vegetables, it's like looking at gemstones because the colors reflect what their minerals are. So when you get turmeric, it is bright orange inside. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it. So that tells you right there, this is special, this is rare. So let's okay, so you buy the tubers, you go to a natural food store. I do this special. I go to a special store just to get turmeric, and I stock up and I put them in the freezer. And when I when I need uh it's like a finger, they're like a finger, and and you can you know use about the same amount. You don't need a lot. Um, I would use like probably an inch to an inch and a half for my whole family, if that gives you an idea. So just take a sliver if it's for you know one person, but oh my goodness, um, wait till you hear this. Blood clots. In both lab and animal studies, the use of turmeric greatly reduces instances of platelet aggregation and potentially reduces the risk of a clot forming. Wow, depression curcumin, which is from turmeric, was equally effective as fluoxetine, which is Prozac. What? In managing depression by the six-week mark, give yourself six weeks. Get you'll you'll be able to get rid of the chemical and replace it with God's medicine, with God's healing. Remember, my friend Nancy, she had an ailment in her body, and she walked out in the grass and she heard the grass speak to her and say, We are here to heal you. And that day I realized it wasn't just the grass speaking that she could hear by the grace of God, it was the whole earth, all of creation, the plants. So that's amazing alone to help you feel happy. Inflammation, yes, everything is about overcoming inflammation in these days. That's the hot topic. So all of these things are are helpful. Skin health, glow, and luster. Um, it decreases acne and acne scarring. Wow. Arthritis. Listen to this. A study was conducted on 45 rheumatoid arthritis patients to compare the benefits of curcumin and turmeric to the arthritis drug Dichoflanac sodium and SAID. And the curcumin group showed the highest percentage of improvement. And here's the kicker without side effects. So for arthritis, get that tuber in your smoothie. Turmeric. Say it again. Turmeric. Say I love turmeric. I love you turmeric. Okay, cancers. A number of laboratory studies on cancer cells have shown that curcumin does have anti-cancer effects. It seems to be able to kill cancer cells and prevent more from growing. It has the best effects on breast cancer, bowel cancer, stomach cancer, and skin cancer cells. Look at the choices we have here, guys. We used to know these things. But pharmacia and industry came in and drowned out that wealth of life-giving information because they wanted people to be sick and keep them sick. Well, research for yourself. You are healing yourself through your smoothie diabetes. A study found that curcumin in turmeric is 400 times more potent than metformin, a common diabetes drug, in activating the enzyme AMPK, a therapeutic target for type 2 to be diabetes. Wow. Again, replacing the synthetic chemical pharmacia, which is witchcraft. Number eight, obesity. A study published in the journal Biofactor showed that curcumin may help reduce proliferation, which is growth of fat cells based on lab results. That's pretty cool, especially if you're trying to lose weight. Inflammatory bowel disease. It has a small pilot study showed that curcumin supplementation aided patients with ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Yes, we can heal these things. Cholesterol, pain. I'm not going to go into the details here. Toxicity. So it helps to effectively detoxify the body, alleviate some of the effects of dangerous carcinogens. It's it's why again, why would you not put turmeric in your smoothie? So go get some. Okay, this is uh coconut cream. What are the benefits of coconut cream? So this is in a can. There's coconut milk and there's coconut cream. Why do I pick coconut cream? Well, just like our wonderful leader Kennedy has said we're going to be having whole milk back in the schools for children to drink. Why? Why was skim milk and two percent brought into the schools? Hmm. Low fat means you're not giving the brain enough fat to develop the way it's supposed to develop, and I'm sure there's lots of reasons, other reasons. So come on guys, we need the good fats. Say this, we love good fats. Yes. So coconut cream has more fat in it than coconut milk. And I use a half a half a can or a whole can, depending on who's all drinking it. Okay, what are the benefits? Energizing healthy facts. Coconut cream is packed with medium chain triglycerides, MCTs. Unlike long chain fats, the body rapidly converts these MCTs into usable energy. Say energy rather than storing them. Yay! So we want that. We don't want the fat to be stored, we want the fat to be converted into usable energy. So we love MCTs. Um, there's a whole movement of MCT oil that is taken out of coconut, and you people put it in their coffees. So there's there's a groundswell right now of healthy fats, and a lot of people are learning about it and how we've been gypped into calorie counting. No, no, no, no, no. Don't count calories. You need to be eating the healthy fats, and and there's there's calories in that, and um that's the most important thing, man. If you switched over, of course, you need to get rid of the diet pops with the crap sugar in it that is it's making you, you know, oh my gosh, it's just awful. I yeah, and get the get the you know, avocados and the coconut cream, and uh my favorite is olive oil, but not just any olive oil off the shelf. Listen to my other podcasts about Oleabo. It is priceless, it is liquid gold, it is gift from heaven, and people are taking it while they're fasting. People are you know, we can take it just in the morning, a teaspoon or or tablespoon or two. Um dip your dip your sourdough into it if that's the best way. I love too much sourdough bread in olive oil and put some put some seasoning on it, and also um, yeah, yeah. So there's there's ways to get the healthy fats, and it's good to recognize what fats are not healthy too. So so you can abstain from those. And the cool thing about fats is when you have them, um, when you start to consume them into your body repeatedly, they're going to push out the unhealthy fat, and you're gonna have more mental clarity, and your body's gonna run like a well-oiled machine, like that it's supposed to. Um, and so these MCTs are gonna bring you energy. Antimicrobial properties, it contains lauri acid, a fatty acid that converts into monolaurin in the body. This compound is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties, which helps also if you make a bunch of smoothie and it's just you, it's okay to stick it in the fridge for I like to say a day, or you can, you know, I haven't really had much luck sticking it in the freezer because it just doesn't thaw very nicely, and then to try to mix it, and yeah, it just doesn't work that well, but you for sure can do the next day, and this the antibacterial um properties in this coconut help to keep it in tip-top shape for you for the next morning, so you don't have to make a smoothie every morning and just cover it. Cover your smoothie if you store it in the fridge. Um, there's little silicone toppers that you can put on cups and whatever you want to find for that. Supports gut health. The medium chain fatty acids promote healthy digestive flora, helping to keep your gut balanced and aiding in the absorption absorption of essential vitamins and minerals. Okay, again, this is the coconut cream in a can, nutrient dense, a great source of essential minerals, manganese, which is vital for bone health and metabolic function. Oh, what a blessing. Okay, we are looking at stevia. If we're not gonna sweeten our smoothie with protein, let's say we ran out, and I need to go to the store to get my protein or my shipment from Dr. Axe has not arrived. That's where I get my my bone broth chocolate protein, it's got collagen in it, too. That's where I get mine. My daughter goes to the store to buy it there. The same stuff because we love it, it's pure and it's just wonderful. It has its own sweetener, which is stevia, in it. So you don't have to add your own stevia. Trader Joe has a little jar of powdered stevia. Get that, have that on hand. Um, what is stevia? Stevia is from a plant, so is it from the earth? Yes. Okay, good. Let's look at what it is just a sweetener, or are there benefits? You know what? There's even benefits to this plant. So when you're putting stevia in your smoothie because you don't have your protein yet, but you don't want to drink a plain, almost a little bit bitter smoothie, you can add some stevia. Some people don't want to, and that's fine. You can have it raw. Enjoy. So it supports blood sugar management. What? How? How does it do that? It's a little miracle, okay? Stevia helps stabilize blood sugar and does not trigger insulin release, making it an excellent sweetener for diabetics and those on low carb or ketogenic diets. I just have to stop right here and say, praise the Lord, because I used to pray for this. When I was trying to lose weight as a younger person, it was so hard because there was nothing that would be that I could have that was sweet, and it was too hard. It was just too hard. So I Lord, provide you know, some sweetener that's good for you, and and that doesn't affect my blood sugar and all that, and then this started coming out, and I just oh Lord, you're so good. You knew all along that this was here, it just needed it was waiting to be discovered. So I'm super super super in love with Stevia, and and they even have Zevia, which I highly recommend. It's a pop, but it's sugared or it's uh sweetened with stevia, and it's a lifesaver when you're trying to avoid sugar. Okay. Aids in weight loss by replacing calorie dense and chemically altered artificial sweeteners. Pure stevia can significantly reduce daily caloric and sugar intake. Yep, it may lower blood pressure. What? This little sweetener can do that. I know, right? Specific glycosides and stevia extracts act as vasodilators, helping to dilate blood vessels and naturally lower blood pressure in individuals with hypertension, improves cholesterol levels, prevents dental cavities. Wait, what? Unlike regular sugar and certain sticky natural sweeteners, stevia does not promote tooth decay. Well, that's cool. Here's even more good news. Stevia is two hundred to four hundred times sweeter than sugar. So only a tiny amount is needed. Think about that. Four hundred times sweeter. That's like one teaspoon of sugar and four hundred teaspoons of stevia.
unknownHa!
SPEAKER_00Wow. So it's wonderful, and you can you can bake with it, but you need to add something bulk, bulky to it to help with how much space it takes up because it's so concentrated. Okay, benefits of berries. So we're gonna use berries. I sometimes use mangoes when I'm not so concerned about you know, no sugar, when I'm like, yeah, it's fine, I'm gonna have a little bit of sweet today. I'll put frozen mangoes in the smoothie, and it makes it so smooth and creamy, delicious. So, um, but most of the time, especially when I'm working with myself or with others who are losing weight. I have someone living with me right now, I'm taking care of. They've lost over 70 pounds, and no bananas in the smoothie, no mangoes, just berries. So, core benefits of berries high in antioxidants, they help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress. Collagen production because of the high vitamin C. Disease prevention, the polyphenol compounds are tied. Improved heart health. Okay, so the berries are very powerful and lower in sugar. So berries help it taste good, they add bulk to the smoothie. Mm-hmm. And there was one other thing I was gonna share. We talked about chia. Oh well, maybe it'll come to me. So that is that is my smoothie chat for today, and I hope that helps. And after this podcast, you'll be able to make your shopping list with confidence. And when you understand what each thing does, um, even the water, guys, that's gonna go in is activated because of these minerals and vitamins and and veggies and and all this stuff. Um, this is living, this is this is you're drinking life, okay? And the joke in our home is I'm gonna I'm gonna live forever, because we we have our smoothies in the morning, and little grandkids they they drink smoothies, and sometimes grandma makes kind of sour ones, and and but they still drink it, you know, and and um but bless their hearts, and and sometimes it's fun too to make you know smoothies as a as a treat, um, maybe like an after school snack. Oh, wouldn't that be amazing? Or when you when you in the morning you had your major, you know, smoothie, you're supposed to drink almost a quart, guys, in the morning. That's like your breakfast. So you don't have to do that right away, but build up to it, and then um whatever's left over, have have as your snack when you get home from work or um or save it for the next day. But yeah, lots of fun stuff you can do. We didn't even really get into, you know, like adding peanut butter and banana, and basically, if God made it and you get it from a uh organic kind of store that's natural and not got tons of pesticides on it, you are drinking the handiwork of God and it's gonna go in your body and and do. I just want to share a little quote from one of my books. It's called Um Plants Entangle by Tanya R. Bond. It's a wonderful book. Um, if you put a seed that you're going to plant in dirt in the garden or wherever, if you put that little seed or seeds from the packet in your mouth, the seeds intuitively assess what you are missing in your diet, what you're deficient in. And as you plant those seeds in the dirt, they will grow with extra of those things that you are needing. Doesn't that just blow your mind? God just is always blowing my mind, and you know what? He wants us to live in wonder. He wants us to be like children and just be in awe and wonder of the glory all around us and and the plants and the trees and just the beauty and the air and just enjoy, enjoy your life, enjoy creation, enjoy the beautiful people around you, and and um see see him on each face. So, Lord, whoever's listening to this podcast, I just release the anointing of God right now. I just release the blessings of the Holy One. Thank you, God, for your blessings on this person. And Lord, if they're struggling with their health and they're they're maybe the hospital has said there's nothing more we can do for you. Ho ho ho. You know what? That gets me so excited because that's okay. God knows, the earth knows how to heal you, and so I just thank you, Lord, for the journey you invite us into to learn, to learn about your plants and um all these things that you have provided for our healing, and just just even laying down in the grass on the ground. There's stories of people that ground themselves and and and they they've been healed of pain, they've been healed of things, and yes, there's something special with the earth, you know, it's created to serve us, and oh my goodness, it's wonderful, isn't it? So I just bless you with peace, just release the peace of the kingdom over you from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, and I just bless you for hearkening, for for listen. The verse says, Listen, listen to me, and eat that which is good. And you know, when we take that step to eat that which is good, physically, spiritually, God meets us and He helps us. And also right now, I'm if there's someone who is in a relationship with someone else that is is unhealthy. I don't know if there's physical abuse, emotional abuse. Um, God is saying he's going to help you. You can leave. You can leave. You are free to go, and God's going to help you. God's gonna create the way under your feet, he's gonna make a way, and look to him, trust him, and and be excited at how he's going to take care of you because he's a good, good papa. Yes, you are, Lord, and you call your daughters princesses and your sons kings. And Lord, we just thank you and praise you for this time together and and for your life in us. Hallelujah. Amen.
