Hello and welcome back to Truths Licker Podcast. This is Tanya, and today we're really gonna dive into faith. So if you need a faith boost, if you're going through a hard time and find yourself questioning, is God really there? Is he gonna is he gonna catch me if I do this this act of obedience and jump? Or maybe it's just getting to the end of the week and you you don't think there's enough. And you know what? We go to a local church and once a month we treat ourselves to going to the river church in Florida, which, if I could describe that church, it is a river flowing of faith, and there's testimonies of the church members and what happened just that past week. Um radical, it's a place of radical faith, and faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of the Lord. So as we speak the testimony, we can say, Me too, Lord, that's for me too. And I believe, and my faith is strengthened and ignited as we gather together and share testimonies of of what God has done, and and it just says, Do it again, Lord, and it multiplies, it multiplies, and let me tell you, his oil never runs out. And once we say yes to God and we we step in and enter into covenant with him, provision is a given. Just say that with me. Provision is a given. That's right. We don't need to strive, we don't need to really uh over overdo stuff because we're doubting that God is good. We can rest and trust that you know we do what he's asked asked us to do and leave the rest to him. He's got it. And so many times I see people, you know, freaking out about you know next week or next month or next year, and and it's like, you know what, the Bible promises us in the Lord's Prayer. Well, let's just say that. Our Father who is in heaven, holy is your name, and it talks about let your kingdom come, let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. That's it. Every morning, thank you, Lord, that you have provided for me for today. It's such a simple way to learn, to live, but it just helps our hearts go back to um trust and simply enjoying one day at a time and being you know being present in the now. So recently we've had a family member who came to us to join his family, and they're staying with us for a while, and he has had phenomenal experiences with the Lord ever since he embarked on this journey. So I'm going to share some of his journey because it sparked my heart and my faith. And it's like, why do I even worry? Why do I even fret about anything when when you see what God can do and that he owns the cattle on a thousand hills? The silver and the gold are his. You know, why are we stressing about these things that that we already own because we're his kids, right? And it's it we have it by inheritance, we have it by um covenant, and this is radical what I'm about to tell you. I heard the Lord, this was a few years ago, and he said to me, this was about provision. He said, You can command a tree to give you whatever you need. And at the time I was reading the book Speak to the Earth by Francis Miles, and I I highly recommend it. In fact, I'm I'm really wanting to do it again and get into it again with a group of people because it's so revolutionary, and it's our identity and Christ, and it's um it answers a lot of questions as to why people struggle. So, anyway, it's it's an awesome book, but the Lord said to me. And then what do you do when you get a radical word like that? You pray into it, you you kind of wrestle with it, and Lord, what does that mean? What does that look like? And and so at the time I decided to experiment. Okay, Lord, um, I don't know what tree, but I'm just gonna try this. And I said such a little prayer to to God, and just tree outside my window, I command you, I don't know, give me a hairband. Let's take the I don't know about out of there, but I want a pink hairband, and so you know, a couple days went by, and then we were walking to church one morning on a sidewalk outside the apartment, and I looked down at the ground, and there it was a pink hairband. Now, that may not be a big deal to some of us, but to me, it was everything. We don't need to know how. It just was there. You have not because you ask not. And when you study the earth, and heck, we are we are dirt, we are earth. And because we are God's children on this earth, we have dominion, we have authority over everything created except each other, right? Um, that's a whole nother podcast, but um, so let me get back to this this testimony. So this man is coming from California. It just also happened to be the same week that the Lord told me to fast for seven days, and I'm not bragging about that. I'm just saying, watch and see what happens here. So he's he's he's been wanting to come for months, and this is the day he turned in his key to a friend to the storage place, and he gets in his car and he starts driving. Is he gonna go A to his brother's house at a town down the road, or B keep driving on the highway all the way across the lower United States to Florida to his family? And he in his own words, he said, I just kept driving. And that was the first miracle of someone who is willing to be led by the Holy Spirit over their own mental reasoning, right? Because that's his whole, you know, his family was there and and extended family and all that stuff, and that was his home for many, many years, and so it was an act of God, I believe it. That that uh what do we say, gently guided him in the way that he needed to go at this time in his life. So that was the first miracle. Then the second miracle, we're praying for him as he's driving here because he's he's the kind of person who would just do it straight, you know, if he could. And so he did a lot of that. He had an extra eight-hour delay at some point, but he his comment was he never felt tired. That's a miracle, and that's God. And he said, I always knew God was with me. I felt God with me. So there's another miracle. Now he gets here, he doesn't have a job. He is an executive chef, by the way, so that's what he the kind of jobs that he started looking for at restaurants. Well, they were telling him he would start, you know, later. And so he bumped into somebody at a gas station and they said, I got a watermelon farm a little up north, and and you could come drive truck, you know, and and um for the guys and and just help us out. Why don't you do that for the day? And so he he ended up doing that because he doesn't like to sit around. And that was all fine and dandy until it was time to come back home. It turned out to be three and a half hours away, by the way. But it was time to come back home, and he didn't have any gas money, so he's scrolling through his phone. Hmm, who could I ask for help, you know, at this time? And and when he had exhausted all of his own resources, he puts his phone down and thinks to himself, I could do I have anything in my car to sell? Nope. So he's just sitting there with his hands up in the air kind of thing. Okay, what do I do? And a call, a text actually comes in. It was a f a friend from an old restaurant that an old friend from a restaurant that he um used to work with that hadn't ta talked to him in over a year. How are you doing? Do you need any help? And he says, uh, actually I could use uh 20 bucks and the friend sent 40 and he was able to drive home. And as he's telling me these stories, I can I can't help but point him to God's love and God's provision and God's help. And the more the more we try to figure it out, the farther we we go down anxiety and and a place of um just having more problems, really. So lean back, rest, and trust. It really comes down to really believing God is good, right? Do we really believe to the core of our being that he's a good God and he does what his word says he will do? And we're gonna get into his word in a little bit. So here's another. Are you ready for another story? I mean, this man what has been here for a week. So he's out walking one morning with his two little girls, and one of them says, Let's go around the loop again, and the other girl's kind of oh, I'm tired of walking, but they decide to go around the loop again, and the little girl who's kind of pokey just kind of goes off the path into the grass and kicks something in the in the grass, and and he sees it and he picks it up, and it's a it's an old coin, and it's dirty, it's covered in dirt and tarnish and black, whatever. And so he brings it home and he looks it up because he thinks he sees what year it is, and it it says it's worth like $43,000, and then he washes it and sees no, it's the year after the one he punched in, so it ended up being worth $900, which is still a chunk and a major blessing. But look what God did. Look what God did. God owns the silver and the gold. It was a silver dollar. I forget the year it actually was, but so it's like, what do you do with that? You know, God, you just how can you not thank him immediately? Thank you. You know what, people, we're gonna get more and more used to everyday miracles because there's a need for them, and God loves his kids and he wants to take care of us, and he does a dang good job taking care of his own. So just make sure your heart is right with him, make sure you're in obedience, and and you don't got anything to worry about. Yeah. So praise the Lord. I I encouraged him to save it because silver is going to go through the roof, and I'm gonna do a podcast on you know, navigating this new era, this this renaissance time financially. And this is part of that. You know, we can we can have wisdom and and purchase different things, you know, as investments. But the bottom line is if that were all, if it was all poof, gone for whatever reason, we would still be fine, we would still be blessed, we would still be taken care of. In fact, even more so. So lean that old that old hem leaning on the everlasting arms is such a good good reminder. So we talked about testimonies, and back to visiting Pastor Rodney Howard Brown's church this past weekend just was the icing on the cake. Almost the first thing that he says that the Holy Spirit told him was there are four, we're gonna be seeing four kinds of provision miracles. Notable miracles, special miracles, continual miracles, and diverse miracles. And he had us repeat that. And then he said, on how about on Monday, we're gonna have notable, special, continual, diverse miracles. Tuesday, we're gonna have notable, special, continual, diverse, and he went through the whole week. What does that do to your mind and to your heart? You're rewiring for expectation. You're saying, I'm up, it's my turn, and I'm gonna see God move in notable ways. That means something you'd make a podcast about, something you would tell your friends, and you'd call up and tell your mother and your father. Special miracles. Special. That speaks that it's something that it's unique for you. That only God would know that this would mean so much to you. Continual miracles. This is like miracles on subscription mode, right? It's like not just once, but repeated. I think of the the the widow in the Bible who was told to gather all the jars, and the the oil just kept flowing to fill up one jar, the next jar, the next jar, the next jar, and it did not stop flowing until there were no more vessels for her to fill. Continual, and she was able, she she became a millionaire because of that oil, and she could share with her friends, and what a blessing. Again, obedience because these get all the jars you can, and she did that. She could have said, That's ridiculous, that doesn't make sense. I'm not gonna bother my my neighbors, they're gonna think I'm so weird. She just obeyed, simple childlike obedience, diverse miracles. So one day it can be a little one, the next day it can be huge, it can be on very different subjects, but begin to imagine what that would look like. The joy, the excitement. Oh, I wonder what treasure is gonna be under the rock today, right? And tell God what you need. Tell a tree that is created by God who's here to serve us. I wrote a book called Plants and Tangle. If you want to learn more about how creation is being awakened and wants to connect with us and does connect with us, and we don't know, we don't know that, but once we do, oh, it's a whole new world, Aladdin. So I'm gonna read some verses about provision, and I just want you to relax and meditate with me on these verses because this is truth. There's a lot of weird things in the world, there's a lot of fake stuff and deception, but the word of God is true, and the Spirit of God is alive in us, and He confirms what is true. And and we can even ask God, give me that discernment, Lord, to to rightly divide and and to know what is of you and what's not. Because frankly, I don't need to waste my time on things that aren't going to be a blessing or or benefit me or my family or the world. So may we contribute in this time as truth speakers. That's why I have this podcast, and truth sharers. Look at the birds of the air. They don't plant seeds or labor in the fields or save for a rainy day, and yet your heavenly father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Okay, we could just meditate on that for a good week, maybe month. Matthew 6, 26 and 27. So simple, so beautiful. Why do you worry about clothes or other possessions? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not work or buy things to wear. Yet not even kings are dressed like one of these. If this is how God clothes the grass of the field which is here today and tomorrow is gone, will he not much more clothe you? Matthew 6, 28 through 32. Don't you just feel his arms wrapping around you as I read these words? Wow. And you know, in Solomon's day, because he asked for wisdom, there was silver piled up in the streets because there was so much. Imagine that. I believe God's going to do that again. Good clue. Ask for wisdom. Job 3841 says, Let me ask you, who provides food for the raven when it's young, cry out to God and wander about for lack of food? It is God Himself. Trust in His ability to see the needs of all living creatures and to provide for them. This is covenant. If you who are not perfect, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more abundantly so will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him? Matthew 7, 11. Okay, the next verse is 2 Corinthians 9, 8. God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things, at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. So there's no exceptions. Just say all with me. All things, all times, having all that you need will abound in every good work. And Pastor Rodney also pointed out as we're going forward on the mission, there's provision for the commission. There's provision for the mission. Yeah. Matthew 6, 30 and 33. Do not worry about clothes, food, or shelter. For unbelievers run after all these things. Doesn't that make sense? You're called an unbeliever when you don't know the Lord yet. You don't know that He is the one to put your whole life into. And you don't if you don't know him, you don't know to trust him. So the key in the kingdom is faith. Faith is the currency of heaven. Our words, our declarations, our actions. I'm gonna start that over again. Do not worry about clothes, food, or shelter, for unbelievers run after all these things. Yet your heavenly father knows that you need them. But instead, seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be joyfully given to you. I did a study. This is Matthew 6, 30 through 33. I did a study a while back on Hagi, that the little minor prophet Hagi. What a wonderful story. And it talked about the people that were, you know, there were there were they were working hard, they were they were doing all the right things. You would think that they would have stockpiles of of food and grain and money and animals and all the things, and that was wealth back in those days. But there were holes in their pockets and and and God did not allow them to prosper. And when you find out why, it's it's eye-opening. He he says, You're taking care of your beautiful paneled houses, and while mine is in shambles, work to rebuild my house, and you will see your barns explode with provision. And it was such a lesson to like this verse says, seek first the kingdom. Okay, God, that means I come to you first. What do you want me to be doing for you so that it will enable you to bless me? And then when I'm blessed, I can be a blessing. It's about priorities, it's about God first. Philippians 4 19. God will fill every need you have, every need you have, according to his glorious riches in Jesus, the anointed King. This isn't just financial provision, this is every need. Emotional. You need a friend? Ask God, bring me a friend, Lord, and be specific. Do you need a mode of transportation? Do you need mental, you know, healing or physical healing or whatever it is, any level, any level, ask and expect to see so that you don't miss it when it comes. Because sometimes we think it's gonna look like a certain thing or come a certain way, and it's it's it's it's so fun because it's a surprise. But if you're not expecting it, you just might miss it because what comes to you might lead to something else. So don't disregard it as well, that's not what I was thinking or wanting. Go for it and watch what happens. Malachi 3, 10 through 12 is talking about bringing the tithe in and supporting those who are teaching you. That is there's a the promise that goes with that. If you do this, I will destroy what is consuming your provision, and I will open the windows of heaven to pour down a blessing upon you until all needs are satisfied. I promise you this. So it opens the windows of heaven, and that's very interesting, isn't it? I will destroy what is consuming your provision. So there's uh an enemy spirit that somehow we give it permission to take from us when we're not tithing, when we're not giving to God, when we're not in obedience. And you know, this is new covenant, Lord. This is about relationship. Who do you want me to give to and how much? Now, tithing is different from giving alms and sewing, and that's another podcast. But start with, you know, who is who is feeding me spiritually? Because I did some study on this, and it was to go the tithe was to go to the the teachers, the priests in the day that were providing the spiritual food. And by the way, back in Haggai, it's so cool because as they began to build for the Lord, there were priests who came and were preaching as they were building. Now that's the spiritual and the physical combining together, and that's very powerful. Yeah, Deuteronomy 28, 2 through 8. I love this chapter. Meditate on this chapter. This is the promises of God. You can declare these over your family, and wow, after all these verses, if you have an ounce of worry left in you, I don't know what can help. You just gotta lay it down because God can provide from any location, from any just look to think about my little pink hairband just laying there on the on the sidewalk. What? Oh, it's so fun. Deuteronomy 28, 2 through 8. All these blessings will come on you and accompany you if you obey the Lord your God. You'll be blessed everywhere you go. You'll be blessed with children and food and all provision. Your provision will multiply. That is a supernatural thing. Like the breath of God comes to blow on what you're doing and increases it, and people just want to come to you and bless you and give to you. It's a supernatural blessing, and your provision will increase. He bless, he'll bless everything you do. I encourage you to read that chapter and just immerse in it to see all the blessings. And um, I know it's been prophesied over us, and it's radical stuff that we'll be growing giant-sized produce, and there's actually accounts of that in in other countries where they have just saturated the land with praise and prayer and and dedicated the land to God, and the glory of the Lord just fills the dirt, the the earth, the fruit, the food, and we're gonna see some radical stuff. So, this is just a podcast to kind of prime your brain and get the juices glowing. There we go. I like glowing juices, but just to be ready for all the wild ways that God blesses you. Remember notable miracles, special miracles, continual miracles, and diverse miracles. So, Father, we thank you. You are such a good father, and we we just we just thank you for what you've done in the past, what you're doing this very day, and what you're about to do in the future. We declare, Lord, that we are your children and we we rule and reign with you. That's just the way you've set it up for us, Lord, to take our seat in heavenly places, and we just get to watch. We just get to watch the waterfall of provision and love. And so, Lord, I just thank you that we can just like lean back into you. Pressure is off, you'll be taking it from here, and and we just obey, trust and obey is what the Lord told me the other day. Trust and obey. That's just the heartbeat of God. Trust and obey, trust and obey. Hallelujah. And I just bless whoever's listening to this podcast to that faith would spark, that faith would ignite, and that the fire of God would just burn out any doubt, any unbelief, any fear, anything that has held this person to the world or or held this person back, Lord, and and just release your your truth and your light, your provision. Even today, Lord, we just have a posture of openness and receiving, and we just praise you, Lord. We just praise you. How can we not, how can we not praise you? We're so excited because it's so fun to be your kid and to watch how you're gonna do stuff. When we when we went to China, there were times we didn't know where to go, and always, always a Chinese person would show up who spoke English, by the way. So it had to have been an angel, or it could have been an angel, right? The Bible says we entertain angels that are unaware, we're unaware of it, so they look like people, and they were there and they helped us, they gave us direction, or they some of them were so fun, just a ball, just a ball of life and fun. And it's like, you know what? Anywhere we are on the planet, the Bible says David said, even if I make my bed in hell, still you are there with me. So you could go to the worst place, or if God's calling you to mission in a hard place, no worries. It's safer to be in obedience than back in a comfort zone when that's not where you're supposed to be. Think about that. Wow. Now, I this was amazing. This was so fun. Oh, I hope you were blessed. I know you were blessed, and uh, I have to share with you, I make therapeutic cleansing bars, aka soap, but my bars are not soap because modern soap has stripped out the glycerin and stripped out all the goodness and sell they sell it to cosmetic companies. So we've been gypped, and so we're going back to the ancient practices of making soap. Yes, I make soap, and it is so beautiful, so pure, and edible, edible ingredients go into the soap. So your skin is your largest organ. So when you're putting stuff on your body, you don't want to put like loaded chemicals and stuff because it does, it goes in through and it tears down that that protective layer on our skin and it goes into our organs, into our blood. It really does. So we should be as concerned about what we're soaping up with as what we put in our body when we eat or drink. So I make soap and I have just created a website, and it's beautiful, it's a subscription website. So you sign up one time, and every month you your the money will come out of your account, the soap will be shipped to you. Two bars. Now, this is just the beginning. God told me, start small. So we're just starting. I do have soaps that are ready. I have another batch of soap that'll be ready the end um or early August, and I'm going to be making more soaps, and they're amazing. The smells already are filling our our home. And it's like you don't even need uh what are those aromatherapy, what are what are those uh diffusers or whatever they're called in your house when you just have these soaps and they make amazing thoughtful gifts. And these bars are good size, and some bars you're gonna be able to cut in half and have two bars of soap. So, but it's always I call it mysterion, it's always mysterious what bars you're gonna get in the mail, but they will be labeled. I'm going to be also making laundry cleansing bars, which is I'm so excited, I've never made them before, but they're very simple and plain but pure, and you can just shave off maybe like either a cheese slicer. You know, you know which kind I'm talking about. I hope. Not not like the wire one, but like the firm metal cheese slicer, um, or just a knife, whatever, and you just put some of those peels in your laundry. I can't wait to try it. I can't wait to try it.
