~Living in Flow~

Going w/Divine Flow sounds easy?  I find it's a practice of slowing down.  One like breath awareness in which we pause to reflect in present moment.  When we practice the flow of life in a Spirit led way by listening to our gut intuition then & only then can we evolve more sustainably & more efficiently.
