In our ninth episode I am joined by Gus Constantellis, a first-generation Greek-American stand-up comedian and writer. Raised in Brooklyn, Gus draws heavily from his experiences growing up in a large immigrant family, his Greek heritage, and his observations about dating and the gay community. His comedic style is known for its raunchy yet relatable humor. Gus is a regular performer at top comedy clubs in New York City, including Broadway Comedy Club. He took second place in the first year of the New York queer comedy festival and was recently featured on Comedy Central. In addition to his stand-up career, Gus is an accomplished television writer, having contributed to several children's shows on Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Netflix, such as "The Lion Guard," "Rainbow Rangers," "Abby Hatcher," and "Gabby's Dollhouse."
