I'm on a mission to lose weight for a much needed operation to help me walk again. Follow my journey as l turn my overweight disabled body into a sexy, lean desirable one, that can move more than 20 steps. Not much l can do about the face though.

Just before I start having guests, I wanted to have a quick practise, a neighbours son offered to help. Billy is only 7 and as you'll hear, has a lot to say, there are a couple of moments where he moves away from the microphone but please, stick with it, you'll be glad you did.
Billy, you're a star and it was great fun, thank you for your time.
