Fat to Fittie
I'm on a mission to lose weight for a much needed operation to help me walk again. Follow my journey as l turn my overweight disabled body into a sexy, lean desirable one, that can move more than 20 steps. Not much l can do about the face though.

If you’re lucky enough to be a grandparent, then you’ll know what a boost to mental health it is to have a little one you can enjoy then hand back. Spending time with them gives you a whole new outlook on life, especially when they start to talk.
