Fat to Fittie
I'm on a mission to lose weight for a much needed operation to help me walk again. Follow my journey as l turn my overweight disabled body into a sexy, lean desirable one, that can move more than 20 steps. Not much l can do about the face though.

My plan on giving up alcohol for 44 days didn't work, neither did the back up of cutting down, hopefully this attitude hasn't rubbed off on the two friends I've persuaded to join. Have a listen to see if I can rival Christ in the not eating crap food for a while, though I'd like to bet if Steak pies were available, he'd be struggling as well!
