This episode features a fascinating conversation with massage therapist, reiki master, self-love coach, super hero, and my high school classmate, James Spivey. We dive deep into many mind-expanding and heart-opening spiritual philosophies including shadow work, cultivating romantic love by honoring both your divine feminine and divine masculine, the reality of good and evil, looking at the world through the eyes of your inner child, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and the magic that falling in love with yourself can bring into all aspects of your life.
We also discuss the ways James incorporates these philosophies and ways of being into the healing modalities he works with. James was very generous with his wisdom and drops a lot of profound insights about life into this interview. He also shares how to take yourself on a date– something I think we could all stand to do more of! I loved this conversation so much and I cannot wait for the world to hear it!
