We as a society seem to have discarded leisure and play for the illusion of non-stop productivity, and we are suffering majorly for it. In this episode, I talk about the underrated method of combating stress, anxiety, and depression by incorporating more of your favorite creative, inventive, and social activities into your daily life. I also discuss the ways in which you can make any mundane task at work or home more fun to do. Let’s get weird! Let’s have a ball doing anything and everything!
