Elizabeth Sardina: Personal Trainer/Entrepreneur
My guest today is Elizabeth Sardina, the owner of The Body Shop Gym, personal training studios both in Boston as well as the Greater Boston area. She changed the trajectory of health and exercise for many people for whom a disciplined and active lifestyle was something they only read or saw documentaries about. She has been featured in Boston Magazine several times and is also the founder of the meal service Organic Preps. Organic Preps is deeply committed to clean, organic sourcing and fresh, nutritionally balanced meals. Ms. Sardina created a philanthropic arm within her company and a portion of the revenues from Organic Preps are used to provide the same high-quality, nutritious food to needy families. She is also a commercial real-estate broker, and Ms. Sardina built all of this before she turned thirty!
