Bharat Anand: Dean of NYU Stern School of Business
A graduate of Harvard University and Princeton University, Dr. Bharat Anand is the dean of New York University's Stern School of Business. Dr. Anand joined Harvard Business School as a member of the faculty in 1997. In 2006, he was named the Henry R. Byers Professor of Business Administration. In 2014, Dr. Anand helped launch Harvard Business School Online and played an instrumental role in the transition to online learning during the pandemic. Dr. Anand is also the chair of Harvard’s Generative AI Working Group for Teaching and Learning, and in 2018, he was appointed as the University’s Vice provost for Advances in Learning. Dr. Anand is also the author of the book The Content Trap: A Strategist’s Guide to Digital Change.
