Hello, everyone. Welcome back to the Unity Code podcast. Physical mediumship has been off the hook lately, and I wanted to talk about it with all of you. And this is absolutely yes, an invitation for you to invite physical mediumship into your own reality because it is real, it exists, it exists, it is absolutely insane. And when I'm talking about physical mediumship, I am more so talking about the crazy things that happen with lights, the signs and synchronicities that show up in your 3D experience. Um, and I'm gonna move past the basics. Like, I don't necessarily want to talk about feathers and birds and quarters, you know, or pennies, because I think everyone sees those signs. And so I'm gonna like challenge you, challenge your team to up level the basis of physical mediumship in your reality so that you can start seeing the fucking magic that exists with spirit all the time. I'm gonna say you're gonna have to pay attention to it though. So let's go into

Beyond Feathers And Pennies

a couple of little stories about physical mediumship that I have seen lately in the ether, in reality with myself, with my friends, with my peers that has shown up. And like I think this is just perfect fucking timing because something has to be going on astrologically. Um I'm I don't know. I don't know why. I don't know why. But clearly something has happened where like the veil has been pierced and spirit has been showing up in ways that is loud, that is clear, that is unmistakably spirit. And I want you to experience that magic too. So this kind of realization started yesterday as I was recording my latest set of classes for my air spirit communication. And the classes I was recording was all about how to meet your spirit guides, a guided meditation, like who spirit guides could be, or I guess I used the term spirit team because they're not all guides. Some of them are just hanging out because they like you. Um, how to identify who they are, how to work with them, how to call them in. And so I was having this really awesome set of classes that spirit really helped me think a little bit outside the box and helped me understand the different tiers of spirit team members that we have, et cetera. So as I'm recording this, these classes yesterday, I'm talking about how to find out the personality of your spirit guides. And I said, notice the things that are showing up in your physical space as you are trying to set the intention of understanding their personality. And literally in that moment,

The Zoom Blackout Mic Drop

as I was recording this on Zoom, by the way, my monitors went black. My entire like system that is plugged in went off for about 10 seconds. So my camera went off, my monitors went off, my microphone is hard-coded into, or it's like actually physically plugged into my laptop. So that was fine. And obviously, my laptop was still fine, and obviously it's still connected to the internet, so it was still recording everybody. But what you'll see on the recording for those of you that are students is my video just shuts off. And I'm just like, what the fuck just happened? Because I my couldn't see myself on my screen anymore. My monitors that it was plugged into, the camera wasn't there, and I'm just like, what the fuck? And and it took me a hot fucking second to be like, oh, uh, what was I just talking about? What was the context in which my monitors just shut off? Oh, okay, great. Yep, that makes complete sense. That spirit would literally shut down my recording apparatus, my video, my screen, make me blind and make other people blind to me, just to show how fucking funny and how sarcastic and how like mic drop my team tends to be with this work. It was just, it was perfect. It was the timing of it, and they know they're laughing in my head. The timing of this, I guess I should turn on the dead bell so that you can hear it. Um, was absolutely perfect to get like the physical response in my reality to show the personality of my guides, and that's exactly what I'm talking about. Um, I also got a beautiful text message. So there's one example of physical mediumship, everybody. And I knew it was physical mediumship because off it went and then it was on 10 seconds later. I didn't do anything. It just like shut off and then turned back on. Spirit is so good at fucking with electronics, y'all. Like, so fucking good. So pay attention, especially around lights, electronics, etc. Um, likewise, in last week talking with one of my students slash friends, um she was telling me about these dreams she had about me that were relevant. I definitely needed to hear them. It was very interesting. And right after I got off the phone with her, my was at my lake house. My smoke detector just went beep. Just one, just one little beep. And then it reminded me when I was starting to get into this work, they would fuck with like my radon detector in my basement up here in New England, right? Like all of a sudden it would just go off for about 10 seconds and then it would be done. Um, and I'm just like, am I dying of poisonous gas? I don't know. I could be. I guess I'll just trust that since it stopped beeping, I'm okay. So, spirit around me will always use these devices that beep. Obviously, we have the dead bell um that they work through as well. And then my electronics that will like inevitably shut off or fail when I'm like not supposed to be doing work, when I'm

supposed to be um relaxing or working on other things. And that was exactly what happened yesterday. So it's just really cool how Spirit uses these physical ways to guide me and let me know that they're there and add a little levity into my life as well. So these are, I mean, these are all true stories. So here's here's another one I'm just gonna bring up on my phone. Um, hopefully, my buddy Kim doesn't mind me talking about this, but she was saying she woke up this morning with no water in her house. She has a well. The well was empty because they accidentally left on the hose all night. And we got kids, it happens, right? And so as she woke up in the morning, she turns on the faucet, nothing there. Fuck, fuck, and like she freaks out about her well all the time. She's constantly worried that her well is not deep enough. She's constantly worried about wells going dry. It can happen in this area. And so she woke up and she would talk to Spirit about her concern about not having enough water, and she ended up like using positive self-talk and asked Spirit for a sign that everything's gonna be okay and she doesn't need to like replace her well, even though it had a very clear root cause. So she goes to the gym, and she does every morning, and she goes to fill up her water bottle at one of those automatic dispensers at the gym. And don't you know that fucking thing did not turn off? So her water bottle was filled. She pulled the water bottle away from the sensor. That motherfucker kept on spitting water out for a long enough time that she went up to the desk and was like, I think it's broken. Spirit showed up in a big fucking way for her to let her know that she did not need to fix the well. When she needs water, there will be an abundance of it. Ding! Sorry, I just got a ding on the other side. You might not have heard it, you maybe heard the buzz in the background. Right? And similarly, some of my peers who are in the space, the mediumship space, two of them, two of them yesterday talked about lights either flickering in the middle of a reading or having like a client's light flicker and turn on in the middle of the reading for no apparent cause. And also another medium, her light turned on while she was talking to a departed loved one for her client. Like these are just a few of the many different examples that I've heard lately. And like the common theme here is like you could easily overlook it, like rule it or chalk it up to just like, you know, shoddy electronics or weirdness. Like it is so easy to overlook physical mediumship because it doesn't have a basis in our brain. And we're like, huh, that's weird. I'm just gonna, I would prefer to ignore that because that makes me slightly uncomfortable. But the reality is that spirit will show up in so many different ways for you when you start to realize how open they are to helping you and letting you see the magic that exists. Because this truly is the ultimate definition of magic for me, the way that spirit can literally manipulate reality, like we are the matrix. They're just gonna insert some code into my program today to let me know that they're with me, that they're loving me, that they want me to have fun, they want me to be joyous. And and the number one way this fucking shows up for me, by the way, is through music. And I don't know how to explain it because I have very specific Spotify things. I freaking hate Spotify. That's a sidebar. Um, I was on Amazon Music for a while. I don't want to give Jack Bezos any more of my money. I don't think any there's many good companies out there, but I was like, well, you know, I already give him enough money with Amazon. I'll I'll diversify a little bit. I'll go to Spotify, freaking hate it, but that's just me. Um, but on Spotify, like it really doesn't venture out from the songs I've overtly or the musicians or genres I have overtly picked, right? And so on the way to drop my kids off at summer camp this morning, they are in a play. It's Matilda, it is presenting today. And so they wanted to listen to Matilda while I dropped

Music That Hits Like A Message

them off, get out of the car. The musicals are still gone. Love musicals, let's go with it, right? There's a little bit of Hamilton, there's a little bit of six in there, there was some greatest showment. I'm like, it was great. It was a great mix. I love my musicals. And so on driving home, they're they're playing these songs that just like perfectly relate to my life right now. I don't know how the fuck Spirit does it. I don't know how they do it. And they were like, they even played songs like running out of time, like Hamilton's, you know, um Hamilton run like he's he writes like he's running out of time. And then there was another Lid Manual Miranda song, I think, from Vivo that came up that was like running out of time. And I was like, what is happening? Why are you running out of time? I'm not running out of time. I have a pretty open schedule today on purpose because I'm going away on a retreat starting tomorrow, and I need a little space in my calendar to adjust. And I pull into my driveway, and it is such a meaningful, profound song for me, and they fucking know it. And like, and like the fact that they're playing that as the song before going away on this very big shamanic retreat this weekend. By the time you hear this, the shamanic retreat will be over. But it was just so amazing for spirit to bring me this song, and you're all gonna laugh when I tell you what it is. So I definitely have to tell you what it is. But they brought me this song that like brings me to tears every single time. And it is like I can see that this is the moment that that song is becoming a reality in my world, which is fucking wild for me too. Um, I will definitely be talking about what the fuck happens at this shamanic retreat that I'm away at this weekend and next weekend. Um, but the song, Green Ray the left, like just just imagine, just imagine. Uh have you ever seen Frozen 2, everybody? So it is the song where Elsa figures out that she is the one she's been looking for. I can't remember what the name of the song is. Um, but it's the one when she's like in the ice cave or whatever at the end. And when I first saw that movie, way before I got into the spiritual work, like I would sob at that song. That entire movie I sobbed at because like Elsa is looking for the person um that is making this sound up there in the north, right? Like to very simply, in case you haven't seen it. And so, like, she's the obviously I the ice queen, she has powers, but she still feels very far out of place. And so she's like, I'm gonna go find out why I have these ice powers and what's going on. So she travels all the way into this like frozen tundra up there, and like she finds out like she is literally the person she's been looking for, like she had the magic in her all along, which allowed her to be who she is and what she's meant to do, right? She's she's everything she's always been looking for external to herself is actually inside of herself. Fuck. And so that has always been a song that has like caused me to cry and like tearing up talking about it because this is something, and this is what happens, by the way, right? So this is physical mediumship as well. Is spirit causing me to cry during these songs because they are going to represent the transformation that is gonna happen in me or that like will be happening apparently in me this weekend? And so, like, if you have a physical response in you, that is also physical mediumship. And I'm talking way beyond the idea of clear sentience and being an empath, by the way. Which is also true, but like why would I cry during a kid's song? Like, kids don't cry during that song. I'm not picking up on the collective vibrational energy of that song. Nope, that is all about spirit being like poking me, being like, pay attention, ding, this song's important. We're gonna make you cry during it so you remember it. Don't you fucking believe I cried this morning? I sure did. I sure did, everybody. So this is another aspect of you know, them manipulating my radio to play the exact song that I need that is going to give me like the the oomph, the banner, the the excitement, the motivation, the joy, um, the vote of confidence in how transformative this upcoming weekend is going to be for me. And so spirit shows up in a very physical way to let me know that we got you and have an amazing fucking weekend because you're not going to be the same afterwards. So, again, just a few examples of how spirit is manipulating electronics, spirit is manipulating lights, spirit is manipulating music, spirit is manipulate manipulating your own energy field, causing big emotions, crying, etc. Because this is what physical mediumship looks like. It is. Must be somebody in my house that I don't know. No, like 99.99% of the spirits that are going to be around you are the spirits that you know and love and or are guiding you on your journey if you don't know them. So these tend to be very high vibrational souls. You've, if you are somewhat fear-based, you can always set the intention of like nothing low vibration is allowed in my house, on my property, on my land, in my space. You can like that is your part, your slice of planet Earth. And it is, it it is absolutely your right to say this is a no-ghost zone. No ghost sign zone, everybody. You don't belong here if I don't know you.

No Ghost Zone And Clear Intentions

So, number one, if you're uh concerned about low vibration energies, just set the intention that they're just not allowed around you in your space. Check, done. I've set that intention once in my house on my property. And when like ghosts don't bother me in my house, they're not allowed to. And if they make it through, I realize there's a reason they made it through. My team has something that they want me to work with. Um, seen it happen. I've seen my own dead relatives show up that I didn't know, extended family members, in my front yard because they still weren't allowed in my house. Because I didn't know them, because they were extended. And I'm like, hey, Ma, who's Uncle Jimmy? She's like, Uncle Jimmy. She's like, that's my that's my uncle. That's your great uncle. How the fuck do you know Uncle Jimmy? Um by the way, my mom was one of seven, my grandfather was one of 13 or 14. I don't know Uncle Jimmy. Um and yet, there he was in my front yard. Um that's another story for another day. So you can set the intention of making sure that your space is clear of any souls or energies that are low vibration and or not in alignment for you and your highest and best good, and then let the magic show up. Invite spirit to do some shit in your reality that is a little bit out of the ordinary, and that's what you're gonna pay attention to, or things that are out of the ordinary. Are your lights flickering as as they normally don't? Like, I don't know if you've you're watching the video or if you notice in the background, like the lights in the background of my video keep getting lighter and darker. There is no shift in my lighting in here, everybody. There is no shift. And so, like, if you're seeing like the lights go up and down, probably spirit. They're probably just giving you this beautiful little wink and nod. Look, it just got brighter. Um, that they are here with you, watching over you. And like, I want you to to embrace this exercise as fun. This is not meant to give you giant messages. This is just meant for you to acknowledge the way that spirit is showing up in your everyday life through physical mediumship. So do not read into the things that you're experiencing, just take them as nod of like, okay, spirits, let me know they're there. Period. End full stop. Do not double down on what it could possibly mean. Don't do it. Don't do it. That's not the intention. The intention is allowed a spirit to show up to show you they can do some cool shit. Okay. So pay attention to lights, pay attention to electronics that um shut off, get slow, Wi-Fi goes down, happens to me all the fucking time, right? Um, what are some other examples? I I don't know why I want to say this, like the water, right? The water with my friend Kim. Like, pay attention to that, right? Um, pay attention to anything that is just out of the ordinary, no matter what it is. Because what you do when you start to notice these things is you're gonna start to notice them more and more and more. You're gonna start to notice the way that spirit does synchronicities, like spirit shows up in different ways to let you know that they're with you. You might start seeing new birds you didn't see before. You might see start um God, seeing uh signs or like words on the backs of trucks, or like like just dumb shit, where you're just like that is fucking weird. I was just talking about that. That is physical mediumship, right? And again, I don't know what it is right now, but right now it is absolutely ripe for physical mediumship to happen in your reality. This is the time to fucking ask. Like, this is the time. And so this is gonna be a challenge for you. And I want to hear about your physical mediumship experiences. I want to talk about physical mediumship experiences. I want to like literally go onto my um social media, my website, like submit this, the physical mediumship stuff that is happening to you, and like let me know if you have any questions with it, because I want to take an entire episode to read the physical mediumship things that are happening in your life just to show this shit is real. Like this shit is real, and it's real because this is the matrix, everybody. Because spirit can manipulate physical reality. How do you think they just run that bell right now? Huh? Like, how do you think that happens? It's not me. I'll put my other hand up in my video if that's helpful. It's not me. I look like an Italian on my video right now. I get like, what you doing? Right? That's what it looks like right now. I got my two, you know, if you're Italian, you know what I'm talking about. But they can manipulate physical reality because this is the matrix. Like this is literally the matrix. Like this is a reality that is like physic ding ding. This is physically coded. And did you know that when we are in the soul world, the spirit world, whatever you want to call it, we go for trainings on how to manipulate reality. We see if we can create rocks, create water, create elements. We see if we can manipulate the energetic threads that exist in the spirit world and create physical objects.

Why Reality Feels Like The Matrix

We see if we can create universes and planets. Like, like our souls are, well, if you're a creationist soul, there's there's different categories of souls. That's a whole other conversation. But like there are souls that love to create and love to experiment. I am definitely one of those. And I have seen many past lives where I am working to create physical objects in this world, spirit world, where I'm working to um, how do you think Earth came to be? Is what spirit is telling me. Create a physical object from the spirit world and was like, okay, go forth, go live in that matrix for a little bit, see what it's like. Insert yourself in the 3D experience while our souls still exist on the other side. God, what a mind fuck, right? And so because we are spirits and souls first, and because we are humans second, and because this is the matrix and it's a fake reality, they will and can adjust reality. This is the basis of quote unquote miracles, this is the basis of um manifestation. This is the basis of your beliefs in your mind creating reality. I mean, that's all of this stuff. And so, like, let's take the baby step today to say, spirit, show up, show me physical mediumship, show me the ways that you are proving without a doubt that you are around me. And I want to hear all of it. Please, I want to hear all of it. I can't wait for spirit to break your brain. I'm gonna be writing down all the different ways spirit is showing up for me as well. But here is the carrot that I want you to walk away with. Because once you start to number one, realize that spirit can do physical mediumship and they can manipulate your reality. And then number two, you start to be able to pay attention to it, no matter if it's big or small. And you start to understand, like, okay, I can consistently understand when spirit is fucking with something versus when like something just it's a coincidence. I know like those don't really exist, but that's you're gonna start to know when it's spirit doing things. And then when you start to recognize it's spirit manipulating things, that's when you start to apply the messages. That's when you start to apply the huh. I wonder why they did that. Right? Because otherwise, I could have just been like, oh, maybe we got a power surge while I was recording the video on spirit guides yesterday. That was weird. Ignore it, keep going. Right? But when spirit is going so far to manipulate reality to get your attention, outside of this initial exercise you're gonna do, there's usually a reason for it. And it doesn't mean like it's an emergency because that's what our nervous systems would want you to believe that if spirit is going out of their way to like give you a flash of the lights, somebody's gonna die. No, that's not no, no, no, no, no, no. That's not how this works. Um do not jump to the worst case scenario. It's nope, and nope, that is very, very rare that they're gonna do that based on a worst case scenario. If they are going to they can flick the lights, they can remove you from the worst case scenario, or they can divert you away from the worst case scenario. Like it's like let's big big brain it, everybody, big brain. Um, and so when you start to being able to recognize it's spirit and this might mean something, you can start to like redirect your life to be in more flow state. Just for example, again, going away on the retreat yesterday, I went to go do something else on my computer. I can't remember what it was. I'm trying to get like emails and everything wrapped up before I go. And I went to go do it, and it just like every time I typed, it was the wrong word. Every time I try to do something, the internet was slow. And like after like four or five times, I was like, okay, I got it. This is not what I'm supposed to be doing right now. Understood. So I used those things that were happening in my reality, the resistance that was naturally occurring in my reality by me trying to do work and me not being efficient in that work to know enough, like this should be efficient. This is not hard to do. Okay, got it. I'm gonna go do something else. So instead, Spirit was guiding me towards like packing, because I'll tell you what, I've never packed so fast in my entire life. Everything was packed in like 45 minutes. And that just I hate packing, that never happens for me. Um, so like

Let Spirit Push You Into Flow

I packed my clothes, I packed, I went to go like pack my bathroom stuff. And the first bag I grabbed pretty much had everything in it. I was like, what the fuck? Um, and so I was able to essentially like go do everything that I needed to do in the time that I was gonna like waste being inefficient with my emails and wrapping things up. But then today I woke up and everything's done and I don't have to stress about it today. Right. Um, I went to go watch a movie last night and my nails were fucking busted. So I was like, oh, I gotta go do my nails. They were like, do it while you're watching the movie. And sure enough, sure as shit, the time that I didn't watch the movie, my nails were done. Right. And so, like, they lined everything up perfectly for me to be as efficient as possible in the way that I didn't know I could be as efficient as possible. So I used spirit to help guide me into the best flow state of the evening last night, which is going to lead to a flow state today while I'm not stressing about getting ready for this retreat. Like this is what it is like when you start to work with spirit and let the physical mediumship, let your guides guide you, even if you don't necessarily have the ability to yet. I can say yet, because I think everybody has the ability, but if you don't know how to tap in to talk to your guides or receive information from them through the Clares, that's okay. It doesn't matter because they'll show it to you through your physical reality if you're open to receiving it. And to be honest, it's the most effective way for me to receive it, even though I can talk to them. Isn't that wild? I've just learned how my spirit team shows up so much that I can tell in every moment of every day when they're trying to get my attention. And that starts with exercise one, asking them to bring physical mediumship and noticing it. Because in the middle of that frozen song I was listening to earlier today, I got a text, and I really wanted to answer that text, and I really wanted to see what it who it like. I saw who it was, it popped up on my little screen on my on my truck, and I was like, oh, I want to see what they had to say. So I literally am like listening to the song, and also it's simultaneous simultaneously, like trying to find my phone around the car. I can't fucking find it. It's not in my, it's not there, it's not there, it's not in my purse, right? Well, you know, yes, all while I'm driving. Yeah, I'm that person. Um, and I finally just like resigned to the fact that, like, fuck, I'm supposed to listen to this song. Okay, yeah, I'm not supposed to respond or read this voice. Got it. Okay, I'm not gonna respond to this text. I'm not even gonna know what it says, I'm just gonna listen to this song because that's what Spirit wanted me to do. And so I sat, I got home, pulled in the garage, listened to the rest of the song, turned off the truck, and I said,

Don’t Overthink It Share Your Stories

Okay, you're gonna tell me where my phone is now, and they're like, it's in the back. When I went in the back, there it was, like perfectly out of reach, so that I could not touch it and interrupt the signs that they wanted me to see. Let spirit work through you. Let you experience the fucking magic that exists in every moment of every day of this matrix. This is where life gets amazing. This is where life gets magical, this is where life gets fun. This is when you realize life does not need to be this serious. It can be amazing and epic and like full of signs, and you are so much more loved and supported than you could ever imagine.
